Abstract

Healthcare simulation enables medical and paramedical students, as well as healthcare teams, to improve their professional skills. Sessions feature different levels of increasing complexity, with low, medium and high fidelity. This enables them to make progress in technical gestures, knowledge of equipment and operating procedures, and ultimately acquire the skills needed to deal with critical situations and optimize the quality of care for patients and their families.
