Dengan adanya inovasi pembelajaran dari guru, siswa akan lebih termotivasi dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Beberapa aspek pendukung dalam terciptanya inovasi pembelajaran guru antara lain kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru SD di Kecamatan Salam, Menganalisis hubungan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru SD di Kecamatan Salam dan Menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru SD di Kecamatan Salam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Adapun sampel yang diambil sejumlah 104 orang dari populasi guru di kecamatan Salam sebanyak 141. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial dengan inovasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, hubungan supervisi akademik terhadap inovasi pembelajaran pun ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif. This study aims to describe the teachers’ strategy, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome obstacles in growing students' ethical manners through Civic education content for Class IV SDN Tegalgede 3 Karanganyar. This research method used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources: the school principal, fourth-grade teachers, and fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique was by reducing the data, presenting the data and concluding the data. This study indicated that: (1) The teachers’ strategy was to provide habituation of good behaviour when learning Civics. (2) Supporting factors for fostering student ethics were class teachers and students (3) Inhibiting factors came from students and class teachers. (4) The solution to overcome the obstacles was that the teacher provided strict rules. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach and a One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design. This research was conducted at 5 grades of SDLB Yayasan Kesejahteraaan Tunanetra Islam. The results of the total accumulation in the pre-test, the five participants got in average the accumulated score of 18.6 with a percentage of 37.2%. Then they got treatment by using learning media of probability material for blind students and a post-test was done, the results of the accumulated scores obtained by the five participants were on average 44 with a percentage of 88%. Thus, the average positive change score of the five subjects was 25.4 with a percentage of 50.8%. In addition, because the results obtained by T count were the same as the T table, T count is in the position of the rejection area for Ho with a significance level of 0.01. Therefore, based on these calculations, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Student misbehavior occurs in all schools from time to time. This study aims to determine (1) what factors influence the misbehavior of fourth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan II, (2) what are the forms of student misbehavior in grade IV at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan II. This type of research is a qualitative research using a case study paradigm. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan II Yogyakarta. The object of this research was the misbehavior of fourth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan II Yogyakarta. The data collected in this study were interview transcripts, observation sheets, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was done by using source triangulation technique. The results showed that (1) student misbehavior that appeared such as fighting, making trouble, and disobeying school rules. The misbehavior is not only caused by the students themselves but also caused by their families and the surrounding environment. The influence of the family includes the lack of attention from parents and family disharmony. An unfavorable environment also affects the incidence of student misbehavior. (2) the form of misbehavior committed by students, namely saying dirty sentences and disturbing friends during learning done on purpose, causing a commotion in class. The efforts of teachers and schools in overcoming student misbehavior are (a) giving a warning, (b) giving punishment, and (c) making a student agreement. One form of stimulant that can be given to students is to make students creative in making children's literary works. The population in this study were 4th semester studentsof PGSD study program at IKIP PGRI Wates who took children's literature courses. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the level of student creativity on the ability to make children's literature. The influence of student learning creativity on the achievement of learning outcomes by 23% shows the tendency of the results of making children's literary works to significantly depend on the creativity of students. Problem-solving activities dominate the ability to think algebraically, but in this case, the solution is not yet known. The solution that is possibly done can be through appropriate examples and self-discovered methods. Previous research found obstacles in algebraic thinking, namely epistemology obstacles, didactical obstacles, and conceptual obstacles. The method used in this research was a descriptive qualitative method. The research was carried out in the odd semester of 2021/2022. The data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. Interviews were addressed to educators and students. Observations were carried out to determine how the implementation of thematic learning for class V at SD Negeri Pendem II was carried out. Before using the KGW media (paper puppets), students were less interested in learning. They easily felt bored, so the process of teaching and learning activities was less than optimal. The study results showed that after using the KGW media (paper puppets), students were more active in participating in the learning process and did not easily feel bored, and students’ learning achievement improved. The use of KGW learning media (cartoon puppet images) minimizes the use of plastic and increases student creativity at SD Negeri Pendem II. In addition, this study could review the lack of utilization and management of facilities in elementary schools. At the time of starting their age, the students needed to get guidance by using a way that was in sync with the situation they were experiencing. Methods that could be used for education were advice, stories, and customs. There were no bad or good methods. Because it depended on many factors. The crucial thing that educators paid attention to in deciding a method was to know the limits of the goodness and weaknesses of the method to be used. As a result, it was possible to formulate conclusions regarding the outcome or achievement of tnegrihe decision objectives. The use of facilities was very crucial for the continuity of the teaching and learning process and increasing the quality of learning for students and educators. The facilities greatly hypnotized the ability of students to learn. This showed that the role of facilities was very crucial in supporting the quality of student learning. Management of facilities was a very crucial activity in schools, the success of learning in schools lied in how the strategic location of schools was placed. This study aimed to describe (1) the level of errors in the use of letters and (2) the level of errors in the use of punctuation, in the 2013 curriculum student book with the theme \"Environment is Our Friend\" for fifth grade Elementary School published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were in the form of a census (complete enumeration), in-depth observation (systematic observation) and using information sources in the form of books or documentation of previous research. The results of the research obtained, namely language errors in the 2013 curriculum students' books with the theme “Environment is Our Friend” for class V Elementary School were errors in the use of letters and the use of punctuation. Errors in the use of letters amounted to 136 (41.21%) and punctuation marks totaled 194 (58.79%). The work process starting from the selection of the main materials, the preparation of tools and supporting materials to the tutorial preparation process was carried out independently by each student but was still monitored through the online lecture process. This research used a qualitative method. To collect data, researchers used direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis steps included data reduction, data presentation and verification, while the data validity test included internal validity, external validity, dependability and confirmability. This research had been running until the stage of data collection. For the next step, the researcher continued to complete more in-depth data collection in the form of documentation, other supporting documents and others stuffs for the preparation of the final report. The results of this study could be used as a source or reference material, both by policy makers, prospective elementary school teachers, students of elementary school teacher education study programs, academic practitioners and the community in learning arts, culture and crafts (SBDP).
