Aiming to the measurement of oxygen-content in flue gasses in Ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant, this paper discusses a soft-sensing model method based on Gaussian process regression (GPR). Then GPR based soft sensor is applied to estimate the Oxygen-content in Flue Gasses in 1000MW Ultra-superficial Units. By changing the parameters of the target gas concentration and modulation coefficients, the variation of the absorption curves and the second harmonic curves is acquired. As the ratio of feasible regions in the whole search space determines the difficulty of a constrained multi-objective optimisation problem, we propose four test instances CMOP3-6, which have very low ratio of feasible regions. In our method, we use gray level-median instead of gray level-mean to build 2D histogram. We also proposed a new method to process the edge and noise regions to reduce noise and obtain more clear edges. In order to improve the computation efficiency, our method selects the optimal threshold in each dimension independently using 1D Otsu's method on 1D histogram. Experimental results show that our method has stronger anti-noise capability and faster processing speed compared with the traditional 2D Otsu's method and the traditional 3D Otsu's method. In view of this problem, we propose a novel GMPP tracking method based on back-propagation neural network (BPNN). The BPNN takes the irradiance on each PV module as input variables. After identification by the BPNN, the GMPP voltage is obtained, which acts as reference voltage to the DC-DC converter circuit to keep the PV system operating at GMPP. However, due to the varying environment and the equipment aging, there are faults in the process. In this paper, a multi-objective monitoring approach is proposed to monitor the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process with DEWMA run-to-run Controller. An autoregressive and moving average (ARMA) model is set up to represent a drifted semiconductor manufacturing process with DEWMA controller. A recursive extended least-squares (RELS) algorithm is used to identify the coefficients of ARMA model. The proposed multi-objective monitoring approach indices are controller performance, system stability and the coefficients of the ARMA model. Finally, the faults are detected by applying SPC on these multi-object indices instead of the process data. Our proposed approach not only can be used to monitor the non-stationary drifted process, but also can reduce the miss rate.
