Now we believe that Ebola virus first spread through the contact with infected animal blood, secretions or organ, and then diffuse from person to person. The mortality is 50% on average. There is no licensed Ebola vaccine, so actively participate into control these epidemic diseases is very important. This fact will be harmful for the security, stability and reliability of the system. This paper presents a power-decoupling module which is able to compensate for the twice pulsation power and the reactive power at the AC-side by controlling the voltage of the two series capacitors in the power-decoupling module. Consequently, the harmonic currents of the DC-side current will be eliminated. The disturbance of the DC source from the inverter will be reduced. The stability and the reliability of the system will be improved. This paper establishes the simulation model of the H-bridge inverter based on the power-decoupling module. The main objective of the method is to extract the fundamental positive-sequence active currents, which can compensate the fundamental positive sequence reactive components, the unbalanced components and harmonics of the load currents. A model of three-phase four-leg SAPF with LCL-filter based on the proposed SRF method has been designed and simulated on MATLAB/simulink. The nonlinear active disturbance rejection controller is designed to improve the ability of anti-interference, meanwhile, fuzzy control is adopted to adjust the ADRC parameters online, which makes control performance better. Simulation results show that compared with conventional PID the Fuzzy-ADRC strategy can suppress the disturbances quickly and efficiently, with higher control accuracy, stronger robustness and so on. Next, summarized the audit methods and techniques and compared the analysis tools for source code audit, then, show the value and significance of code audit. Closed-loop SMI is applied to build the unit step response model directly. In this paper, a bridge arm and a pair of capacitor as power decoupling module was added in H-bridge inverter, the decoupling theory and capacitor selecting principles of the decoupling module was studied either placing in inverter DC side or AC side. Through analysis of voltage and current stress in both topologies, the influence of the decoupling module on H-bridge inverter and the selection of module capacitor on module voltage and current stress is analyzed. The flow path of double-line frequency ripple current illustrates the decoupling effect of power decoupling module. It provides rich information of object classification on the region of interest. In this study, an approach on displaying multispectral acoustic imaging (MSAI) data was proposed based on a neural network called Self-Organizing Maps (SOM), which effectively realized dimensional reduction of high-dimensional data. The multispectral acoustic imaging data was obtained from an example that a rigid surface with 9 different holes was illuminated by sound waves sweeping over the frequency range from 1 to 20 kHz with a 30 Hz step.
