However, this function is not suitable for many applications such as intrusion detection, anomaly detection where a quadratic loss function can be more appropriate to distinguish the concurrent hypotheses. Although a Bayesian test with the quadratic loss function has been constructed for this problem, its asymptotic performance has not yet been well studied due to its poor bounds. The main contribution of this paper is the construction of better bounds for this Bayesian test and the one associated with the 0-1 loss function. An adaptive immune genetic algorithm based on information entropy is proposed. The parameters of similarity and affinity are designed based on information entropy. It integrated density control, improved crossover and mutation. The algorithm can make better use of global and local information and differences between antibodies for diversity control. The adjustments improve the speed, accuracy and convergence stability. In recent years, it has received extensive research and application due to its prominent advantages of high temperature and high frequency, the comparisons and analysis of switching characteristic of SiC MOSFET and traditional silicon (Si) MOSFET is of great importance. In this paper, a test platform based on H-Bridge double-sided LCC ZVS resonant network is presented. The switching waveforms, switching time, turn-off voltage change rate (dv/dt), turn-on current change rate (di/dt), turn-off spike voltage, switching energy loss of SiC MOSFET, Si CoolMOS and Si MOSFET were compared and analyzed. Finally, the system efficiency and the temperature rise of the heat sink are compared using three kinds of MOSFET under the same output power and environment temperature. Camera calibration is very important and also the key research field of vision system. In this paper, a flexible high-precision Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera calibration method suitable for industrial field is proposed. The pin-hole model has been introduced and applied in process of calibration. Specially, in order to improve the accuracy, both radial and tangential lens distortion have been taken into account during the implement of calibration based on OpenCV. This kind of arithmetic has practical value on the application design of image processing and computer vision. The experimental results show that proposed approach is feasible, with high precision. Based on the physical contact detection algorithm which retains the frame containing possible violence, this paper combines Harris 3D spatio-temporal interest point detector and optical flow method to make up for defects of optical flow method in huge computation and slow processing. The two types of parties of the game are the government sectors and the public and the interaction between strategies and states of the public is taken into consideration in the model. It includes three types of states of the public, susceptible (S), infected (I) and recovered (R) states and the states could be switched from each other. At the same time, the evolutionary game is done between I individuals in the public and government sectors. In this paper, a novel structural compressive tracker is proposed. The contributions compared with traditional compressive trackers can be summarized into three aspects. First, the motion information is effectively integrated into compressive sensing based appearance model by introducing particle filter motion estimator. Second, a 3-order transition model is designed to simultaneously consider the velocity and acceleration to estimate both the location and scale of the target object. Third, the structural holistic appearance information is efficiently embedded into our observation model, which further provides additional constraints to avoid potential drift.
