This swelling can occur if a project management and control is not going well and does not meet the project target. The study was conducted to see the dominant factors that caused the cost overrun by the contractor for the implementation of the Karanganyar District Budget in Central Java Province which took place in 2017 and 2018, by distributing questionnaires to contractors. The results of the respondents collected were 36 respondents with 27 respondents. The questionnaire was processed by data processing using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 25 program. Reliability testing of 36 questionnaires showed that there were three unreliable questionnaires. In addition, the validity results of several variables in the questionnaire were obtained, namely one invalid variable. But in fact, theproducts of innovation in the world of construction have not been fully able to havea positive impact, both in terms of cost, quality, time, waste, on project development.Products of innovation are usually not necessarily in accordance with the wishesand needs of the customer. The purpose of this research is to analyze thecomparison of products in terms of time, cost, quality, waste, and in terms of K3Lbetween projects using precast walls and projects using the lightweight brick wallmethod. This research was conducted by (1) conducting a project simulation if theproject did not use precast, (2) comparing a real project with a simulation project interms of cost, quality, time, waste, and K3L. Since 2005,this area has frequently had floods caused by tides (tidal floods) and rainfall. TheCentral Government, supported by the Semarang City Government, built the KaliTenggang and Sringin Polder systems from 2016 to 2019. In terms of capacity, thissystem is not yet perfect for dealing with floods, and it requires efforts so that thesystem can be operated optimally. This study activity aims to simulate rainfall flowrate, the pump capacity, and the retention pond. The simulation results will becomethe basis for the development of the polder system operational manual. Theimplementation method collects secondary rainfall data, reviewing the condition ofa catchment area, retention pond, and pump station. Focus group discussion withstakeholders done in the Kaligawe Genuk area. The location of the activity is morefocused on the Kali Sringin area. This study produces tables and graphs of pumpcapacity simulation, retention ponds, and an operational manual for the SringinPolder system. Kandungan silika pada fly ash memiliki daya ikat kuat, sehingga dapat memperbaiki Properties Marshall pada campuran. Gradasi pasir pantai yang seragam dapat memperbaiki nilai ketidakrataan. Berdasarkan ulasan di atas penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kadar filler Fly Ash dengan pasir Pantai Takisung sebagai agregat halus dalam campuran terhadap aspek ketidakrataan dan Properties Marshall, sekaligus menganalisis kadar filler optimum ditinjau dari aspek Properties Marshall. Langkah awal penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data (primer dan sekunder). Berdasarkan data, ditentukan proporsi setiap fraksi dalam campuran sesuai dengan variasi kadar filler. Selanjutnya pencarian KAO dengan agregat halus menggunakan Pasir Pantai Takisung dan dilanjutkan dengan membuat campuran dengan variasi kadar filler fly ash 0%, 3%, 4%, dan 5%. Sebelum sample direndam dan diuji Marshall maupun Volumetrik, sample diuji nilai ketidakrataan dengan menggunakan metode Sand Patch dan pendekatan berat.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan pasir pantai sebagai agregat halus dengan filler fly ash dapat memperbaiki nilai ketidakrataan pada permukaan. Penambahan filler fly ash dapat memperbaiki nilai Properties Marshall campuran pasir pantai terutama aspek stabilitas dan MQ. Nilai ketidakrataan yang didapat sebagai berikut; sample pasir sungai = 3,82 m/km, sample pasir pantai = 3,49 m/km, sample kadar filler 3% = 2,63 m/km, kadar filler 4% = 2,54 m/km, kadar filler 5% = 2,59 m/km. Kadar filler optimum yang didapat yaitu 3,3%. Penggunaan CFRP bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas lentur dan geser balok, namun pada penerapannya penambahan CFRP berpengaruh terhadap perubahan kekakuan dan pola keruntuhan balok tersebut. Perilaku dinamik dari komponen struktuktur dalam penelitian ini digambarkan oleh nilai frekuensi alami komponen struktur dalam pengujian lentur dan geser. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam buah benda uji yaitu tiga benda uji balok T dengan perkuatan CFRP wrap pengujian lentur (BC1, BFR1, BFR2) dan tiga benda uji balok T dengan perkuatan CFRP wrap pengujian geser (BCg, BC1g, BC2g). Dari hasil pengujian, penambahan perkuatan CFRP meningkatkan nilai frekuensi alami benda uji BFR1 , BFR2, BC1g, BC2g  berturut-turut sebesar 41.29%, 42.86%, 10.34%, 15%. Peningkatan frekuensi alami ini juga divalidasi dengan adanya peningkatan kekakuan benda uji BFR1 , BFR2, BC1g, BC2g   berturut-turut sebesar 2.08%, 20.50%, 65.68%, 107.2%. Dari hasil pengujian lentur benda uji tanpa perkuatan (BCl) mengalami penurunan nilai frekuensi dari kondisi awal ke kondisi runtuh sebesar 29.8%, lebih besar dari benda uji dengan perkuatan BFR1 (10.33%) dan BFR2 (20.13%). Berdasarkan fungsinya, jalan dibagi menjadi jembatan jalan dan jembatan rel kereta api. Penelitian ini membahas perilaku respons dinamik dari struktur jembatan. Dengan mencari nilai getaran, penelitian ini menggunakan sensor accelerometer dan alat seismic monitoring pada jembatan rangka batang. Sensor diletakkan pada setengah dan sepertiga bentang. Kemudian, hasil dari penelitian membandingkan respons jembatan ketika dilewati kereta api penumpang dengan kereta api barang. Ketika jembatan tidak dilewati beban, rentang frekuensi natural dan amplitudo jembatan sebesar 0.78Hz;1.82 sampai 3.73Hz;1.89. Ketika dilewati kereta, rentang frekuensi natural dan amplitudo menjadi 1.03 hz;1.70 sampai 5.77Hz;4.14. Perubahan ini diasumsikan karena adanya perbedaan kecepatan kereta api, beban kereta api dan perletakan sensor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, jembatan dapat menahan bahaya resonansi yang ditimbulkan oleh getaran tanah. The problem of plastic waste does not only occur in the city of Semarang, but also in other cities, so that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry to impose a program to use paid plastic bags in the short term. But this is only to deal with problems in the short term. In the long run, it will not solve the problem of \"plastic waste\", because the policy actually encourages people to buy plastic which, of course, will add a new burden on the community to buy it. The results showed that the compressive strength of light brick with the model / type of BN s.d. B10.0 with 10 variations of the mixture of the addition of plastic waste starting from (1.0 to 10.0)% to the weight of Portland Cement (PC) there is a decrease in the average compressive strength. The lowest was the addition of 10.0% plastic waste with an average compressive strength of 9.88 kg / cm². The regression equation obtained Y = 0.042 X ² - 1.177 X + 18.84 with a correlation value R ² = 0.934, meaning that the addition of plastic waste ranging from (1.0 to 10.0)% of the weight of Portland Cement (PC) has the effect of \"very strong \"against the compressive strength. So we can get a picture that by adding the addition of plastic waste affects the compressive strength decreases. The decreasing of groundwater level is often accompanied by number of environmental impacts such as; subsidence, sea water intrusion, or reduced water from residents' wells and surface water bodies. Therefore, an experimental and numerical study was carried out to learn phenomena of cone depression resulted by groundwater production well. The experimental study of physical modeling used the S12-MKII Hydrology Study System equipment, and numerical modeling used Groundwater Modeling Software - Modflow. The modeling results were verified by analytical estimation. However by the time of execution work, the stakeholders wanted the work in the main channel to be carried out based on cropping pattern, where there a drying period and a drainage period. In this case, flow area and bottom structure of the channel can only be worked during the drying period lasting three months. To be able to determine the impact of these change, a duration calculation is carried out from project's data which are internal's BQ, initial plan's resources, and the relations between activities using Microsoft Project on the flow section structure which be worked in drying period of 2017. The normal duration obtained from analysis is 203 days. It was exceeded time of drying period and possibly could have an impact on the overall project completion schedule resulting in delays, defaults and even termination of contracts. Therefore, it is necessary to have an accelerate strategy of the work on the flow section structure to be completed within a predetermined time. In this study, the acceleration strategy was carried out using crashing analysis in the critical activities from normal duration using Microsoft Project. The crashing method was carried out in stages from the crashing simulation of 30 days, 60 days, to 120 days so that obtained the duration of acceleration was 83 days. The cost component of acceleration is calculated by choosing the lowest cost from the alternatives of increasing work hours (overtime) or by adding resources. Semarang City is a city that is classified as a flood prone area, this is due to the geographical location in the lowlands and highlands. The impact of the flood disaster caused damage and losses from various sectors of public infrastructure including the education service sector and health services. Damage and loss of public infrastructure will burden the government in the post-flood recovery phase. An assessment of infrastructure damage and losses from flooding is needed in order to help the Semarang City Government prepare a budget plan and manage rehabilitation and reconstruction. The purpose of this research is to explore the loss of public infrastructure due to the impact of the flood disaster, so that it can accelerate the post-disaster recovery process and management strategies for the risk of further flood disasters. The valuation method used is ECLAC (Economic Commission for Latin American and the Caribbean) Method. This method can identify damage and estimate the losses caused by floods. The results of this study are that each public infrastructure building has a different level of damage and loss and the budget allocation for disaster management each year is still inadequate.
