The rapid population growth of urban area in Indonesia indirectly encourages various activities that affect the volume of waste. Semarang city were contributing waste in landfills reaches 850,000 tons per day, where 1,000 tons unmanageable. Unsorted garbage has the potential as new materials option in cultural heritage buildings. To elaborate these potential options, this research has been conducted qualitative method as the best approach to answer the research question. This research investigates the stakeholders’ perspectives about potential of plastic waste for replacement material of heritage buildings. The results show that there is a lack of data on waste management which is one of the challenges to find out how much volume of plastic waste can be reused. In addition, the principle of building cultural heritage is opposed to the use of plastic waste as an alternative material as a substitute element. Based on experience using UPV test equipment, it is known that instability occurs in reading the test results. This is caused by the inability of the operator, in maintaining the stability of the transducer both in its position and pressure, especially in the measurement with the overhead position. Therefore, in this study a tool was made to make the transducer stable in the test position. Comparison of measurement results shows that, the uncertainty of wave velocity measurement decreases from the range of 4% -17% to 0.2% -0.4%. Meanwhile, the uncertainty of measurement of wave travel time decreased from the range of 0.8% -14% to 0.1% -0.4%. This can be interpreted that, the level of accuracy of measurements using a transducer stabilizer is 99.6% -99.9%. Although the learning process involves many hidden layers (Deep Learning) this algorithm still has weaknesses when faced with high noise data. Concrete mixture design data has a high enough noise caused by many unidentified / measurable aspects such as planning, design, manufacture of test specimens, maintenance, testing, diversity of physical and chemical properties, mixed formulas, mixed design errors, environmental conditions, and testing process. Information needs about the compressive strength of early age concrete (under 28 days) are often needed while the construction process is still ongoing. ANN has been tried to predict the compressive strength of concrete, but the results are less than optimal. This study aims to improve the ANN prediction model using an H2O’s Deep Learning based on a multi-layer feedforward artificial neural network that is trained with stochastic gradient descent using backpropagation. The H2O’s Deep Learning best model is achieved by 2 hidden layers- 50 hidden neurons and ReLU activation function with a RMSE value of 6,801. This Machine Learning model can be used as an alternative/ substitute for conventional mix designs, which are environmentally friendly, economical, and accurate. The technology of artificial geomembrane reservoir or water tank is the small reservoir in the village land (TKD) which is built to collect the water in the rainy season by using waterproof material as the layer by utilizing the rainwater through the river around which is then used as an alternative source of clean water (water supply) in the dry season. As for the calculation methods used for this research include: analysis of rainfall area using algebra average method (arithmetic mean), the calculation of rainfall plan can be done by using disperse measurement, with the statistical parameter of the calculation result of Sd= 23.884 Cs= 1.933 Ck= 4.031 Cv= 0.233. The distribution analysis is done using the Gumbel 1 method for 10 years plan amounted to 146.601 mm/day. Rainfall intensity analysis is done by using the Mononobe method for 10 years rainfall intensity plan amounted to 6.108 mm/hour. For the next 10 years, population projection is done using a calculation of the Arithmetic method of 2.795 populations. The conclusion of this research indicates that the clean water need in the dry season at Tanggung Prigel Village, Glagah District in 2026 is approximately 0.001941 m3/sec. To solve those problems, the writer intended to design wastewater treatment plant.  This thesis aimed to (1) find the waswater discharge (2) design the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) system (3) estimate the cost of WWTP manufacturing.The data needed for this design were the map of the housing, Tirtasani estate’s topographic map, Work Unit Price of Malang District 2018. The waste steel smelting industry called blast furnace slag (BFS) used as a substitution for cement in a concrete mixture in a Laboratory Material Test, Civil Engineering State Polytechnic of Malang. The purpose of this analysis is to: 1) Test the workability of normal concrete and concrete with BFS; 2) Find out compressive strength of each concrete; 3) Compare the price to both concrete in the construction of building.The required data were of gradation of aggregate, water content of aggregate, density of aggregate, absorption of aggregate, bulk density of aggregate, fineness of cement, normal consistency of cement, cement setting time, compressive strength of mortar cement, and the price of building materials Surabaya 2016. X will built a 3,000-m2 ready mix plant able to demand of X-Y highway contruction project. The built was planned in 3 alternative site: in Gempol—72.6km from the project site, in Purwosari—44.6km from project site, and in Singosari—53km from project site . The purpose of this study is: 1) to determine investment feasibility by technical aspect of each alternative site; 2) to determine investment feasibility by financial aspect based on feasibility parameters; 3) to determine the level of sensitivity of financial feasibilty by seeing the increase of materials and operational costs, the decrease of selling price and product demand.Technical feasibility was analyzed based on the result of questionnaires by calculating the percentage of each variable such as materials; man power; equipment; transportation; provision of water, electricity, and telephone line; and circumstances of social, environtment, community. The percantage of variable was of influential factor to choose the site by ranking method. Financial feasibility resulted from the cost of each site was analyzed based on feasibility parameter of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The last analysis was the sensitivity one to determine the level of sensitivity by seeing the increase of materials and operational costs, the decrease of selling price and product demand.The result of investment feasibility by technical aspect is feasible in Purwosari, Pasuruan District with a close range of raw materials; adequate availability of man power; adequate equipment; adequate transportation facilities; provision of water, electricity, and telephone lines; supporting from social, environtment, and community. The investment feasibility is financially feasible at NPV = IDR7,075,213,700; BCR = 1.047; IRR = 64.875%, and PP = 1,13 year. The result of sensitivity analysis shows that the PT. Khamim","doi":"10.33795/prokons.v12i2.156","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33795/prokons.v12i2.156","url":null,"abstract":"Neraca air merupakan suatu analisis untuk mengetahui air yang tersedia berlebih atau kurang, yang dilakukan untuk proyeksi kebutuhan di masa yang akan datang. Pada penelitian ini, analisis neraca air dilakukan di Kecamatan Kraksaan untuk proyeksi kebutuhan tahun 2036. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa besarnya debit tersedia adalah sebesar 0,75 m3/dt, sedangkan untuk kebutuhan air sebesar 4,56 m3/dt. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2036, Kecamatan Kraksaan mengalami kekurangan air.Pengguna air terbesar bersal dari sektor pertanian.
