BK teacher and student responses to group guidance service with discussion techniques on student when implementing group guidance service with discussion techniques on the self-confidence of class X / IPA students at SMAN 1 Cipongkor. Qualitative descriptive research methods were collected trough observation, interviews and questinnaires. The scenario steps and their implementation are also in group guidance service with discussion techniques including group formation seen from the students self-confidence problem that have been reviewed by the BK teacher and the results of the AKPD given by the BK teacher, Providing material through video media to stimulate initial confidence for participants. Studen, share opinions about the material provided, conclude, and evaluate the implementation of services. The response of students in self-confidence during the implementation of group guidance services with discussion techniques. The indicator of self-confidence according to the theorist, namely Lauster, becomes an urgency for students in the future. This study uses research and development methods by Borg and Gall which aims to produce products that have been tested by several validators, namely material experts, media experts, and practitioners. The research subjects consisted of 10 students for the limited trial, and 20 students for the wide trial, all of them were students of SMP Mutiara 4 Bandung who had problems in self-confidence. Based on the results of product testing by several validators, this podcast has an average percentage of 93.19% which according to predetermined criteria that the product is very suitable for use without revision. The results of observations and interviews with teachers and students showed high enthusiasm for the development of this podcast and the students had the ability to increase their understanding of self-confidence after conducting guidance and counseling activities using this podcasts. The type of research used is qualitative research. For the subject, students are selected according to the characteristics, namely students aged 15-16 years and students in class X who have less prosocial behavior. Data was collected by interviewing homeroom teachers, BK teachers, and students who had low and high prosocial behavior. The results show that students who have low prosocial behavior can understand that prosocial behavior is very important to have and apply in the surrounding environment, it can be seen from the behavior of students who previously did not have a sense of help with the surrounding environment after being given group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. the student becomes have a sense of help towards the surrounding environment. This research was taken based on phenomena that occur in schools. According to Young, internet/social media addiction is defined as a person's inability to control himself in using the internet, resulting in a few problems that interfere with the performance of his brain. Students who have a fairly high social media addiction during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used in this research is to use interviews and observations that will produce data for this research. The sampling technique in this study used the purpouse sampling technique. The sample used was 10 students who had social media addiction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are from the sample taken there are 5 students who have a high addiction to social media. This can be seen from the attitude of students who feel they cannot control themselves in accessing social media in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, this is due to the factors that influence students so that excessive social media addiction occurs.
