The type of research used is qualitative research. For the subject, students are selected according to the characteristics, namely students aged 15-16 years and students in class X who have less prosocial behavior. Data was collected by interviewing homeroom teachers, BK teachers, and students who had low and high prosocial behavior. The results show that students who have low prosocial behavior can understand that prosocial behavior is very important to have and apply in the surrounding environment, it can be seen from the behavior of students who previously did not have a sense of help with the surrounding environment after being given group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. the student becomes have a sense of help towards the surrounding environment. Abstract

本研究旨在探讨在SMK Nusa Bhakti小学X班实施社会戏剧技巧的团体辅导服务,对学生亲社会行为的影响。所使用的研究类型是定性研究。本课题根据特征选择学生,即15-16岁的学生和亲社会行为较少的X班学生。通过对班主任、BK教师、亲社会行为高低的学生进行访谈收集数据。结果表明,低亲社会行为的学生能够理解亲社会行为在周围环境中具有和应用的重要性,这可以从之前对周围环境没有帮助感的学生在接受社会戏剧技巧的团体指导服务后的行为中看出。学生变得对周围的环境有一种帮助的感觉。通过社会戏剧技术的团体指导服务可以作为一种服务来帮助学生在学校发展亲社会行为。关键词:团体指导,社会戏剧,交往行为
