The subject of this study was the PSGA Team at UIN Jakarta with 4 lecturers from 4 Faculties involved. The data collection used was interviews which consisted of in-depth questions about PSGA UIN Jakarta. The data collection process was carried out using the method of visiting directly to the gender and children study room, participating in various activities carried out by the PSGA. The results of the study show that qualitatively the PSGA team always tries to make activities for students in preventing sexual violence and making a flow of handling, and handling it until it's finished, to form an anti-sexual violence task force. But in the field not all students have good career planning and can develop their talents and interests. Based on this, it is necessary to have a solution to optimize student development tasks. One of them can use career information services through the website. The subjects of this study were class VIII students with a limited-scale research sample of 10 students, and a large-scale research sample of 35 students. This research uses the development research method or RnD (Research and Development). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the developed website. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were six class XI participants who were selected based on the results of observations and interviews so that students would not become bullies. The data collection procedure used observation and interviews. Data analysis in this study used source triangulation through the data collection stage, the data reduction stage, the data display stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. This research is based on the reality at school, where there are a number of students who have a level of self regulated learning below the average while participating in online learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. This study uses interview and observation techniques to collect data. The informants in this study were junior high school students grade VIII totaling 3 people with the criteria of having low self-regulated learning during online learning. In terms of metacognitive, motivational and behavioral aspects, the results of this study indicate that during online learning, students find it difficult to organize themselves in independent study sessions. This has a significant impact on student behavior, especially in terms of responses to external stressors and physiological changes that may be caused by students. Emotional maturity also acts as a skill that allows individuals to control their emotions and respond to them at the right time. The result is a measuring tool for emotional maturity in the form of a questionnaire about emotional maturity that has passed the validity and reliability test stages. Students of SMKN 1 Pacet became the subject of this research. The research was conducted on. Class X consists of 50 students. A score of 0.882 was obtained in the reliability test and was classified in the high category. One of the characteristics of high school students' puberty is that they want to show their existence, one of which is by displaying a self-image, but in reality the self-image that is displayed is negative, such as low self-esteem, shyness and closing off. The role of BK teachers is to develop students' self-image by using individual counseling services with a client centered approach. This study aims to describe group guidance services with a client centered approach that can develop students' self-image. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done by interview and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which consisted of three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This research uses qualitative approaches as for the methods used that are descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research site is focused on class XI SMAN 1 Maniis Purwakarta. The subject of the study is to the guidance and counseling teacher and the student. Data analysis is done by selecting and sorting the answers to the data obtained and then collected for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is using data triangulation. Data validity tests use levels of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmation. The study found that 1) Implementation of group guidance services with sociodramaic techniques is carried out with the formation stage, transition stage, activity stage, and termination stage. Activities are carried out with due regard to guidance and sociodramaic procedures; 2) Student response is that students are very excited, comfortable, and more cooperating, more creative, and very enthusiastic; 3) Difficulties experienced by students that some students do not focus and sometimes disturb their friends; and 4) The teacher's constraints are limited time. Academic procrastination is an individual's self-regulation inability that causes behavioral tendencies to delay procrastinating in doing and completing school assignments until the next day. The purpose of this research is to know the development process, to know the feasibility according to experts and practitioners, to know student responses and the effectiveness of the tutoring module on academic procrastination behavior. This type of research is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which was adopted by Sugiyono. The participants in this study were media experts, material experts, BK practitioners and students of SMAN 1 Ciranjang consisting of 10 students who were involved in the product trial and 36 students who were involved in the usage trial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kepercayaan diri siswa SMK Aloer Wargakusumah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang siswa kelas XI Smk Aloer Wargakusumah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kepercayaan diri tinggi 15%, rendah 72% dan sedang 13% yang memiliki aspek kepercayaan diri yakin akan kemampuan diri 80%, optimis 83%, bertanggung jawab 86%, rasional 76%, dan realistis 72%.
