Penerapan SPBE yang terintegrasi didukung oleh regulasi pemeritah yaitu satu data indonesia. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan in-depth interview pada satu waktu pengambilan data dan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus tunggal untuk mengetahui tantangan migrasi dan integrasi sistem dalam implementasi SIMRS. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 orang yaitu para pengambil kebijakan, tim IT dan tim vendor yang terlibat langsung dalam implementasi, migrasi dan integrasi SIMRS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya kapasitas SDM IT dalam implementai, migrasi dan integrasi. SDM yang terlibat sudah mencukupi dan sesuai jobdesk, tetapi SDM mempunyai tugas tambahan. Sehingga, terdapat kendala keterbatasan kemampuan karyawan dalam penyesuaian kebutuhan dari berbagai macam user menimbulkan beban tugas rangkap dalam pegelolaan SIMRS mengakibatkan lamanya waktu penyelesaian. Diperlukan pelatihan dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM baik user maupun tim IT. Kerjasama dan komunikasi antar karyawan sudah baik. Dukungan pimpinan, manajemen dan staf merupakan bagian penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan sistem informasi. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan dari SIMRS di sudah memadai, hasil data yang diperoleh dari SIMRS sudah digunakan sebagai bahan perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Output data yang dihasilkan SIMRS sudah dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi. Migrasi data admisi diperlukan agar sistem yang digunakan hanya 1, integrasi dengan BPJS perlu diselesaikan. RS perlu membuat rencana strategis, rencana operasional, roadmap, dan SOP yang digunakan di instalasi IT. Kualitas sistem mempengaruhi penggunaaan, user interface, kecepatan, kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi apa yang dibutuhkan tersedia sesuai kebutuhan. Semakin baik kualitas sistem maka semakin menambah kualitas penggunaan dan penerimaan user semakin baik. Kesimpulan: Faktor organisasi menjadi faktor utama terkait keberhasilan sistem informasi. Tujuan implementasi migasi dan integrasi akan berhasil ketika didukung oleh leadership dan manajemen. Penggunaan sistem penomoran unit seharusnya dapat menjamin tersedianya satu gambaran lengkap tentang riwayat penyakit dan pengobatan pasien, karena informasi media terdahulu dapat dijadikan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan oleh dokter atas tindakan yang akan dilakukan. Akan tetapi, pada kenyataan di Puskesmas Banguntapan II masih terdapat duplikasi nomor rekam medis, dimana satu pasien memiliki nomor rekam medis lebih dari satu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengolahan rekam medis, mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya duplikasi penomoran, dan mengetahui SOP penomoran berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Banguntapan II.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa pernyataan tertulis atau lisan dari petugas pendaftaran, petugas filing, dan penanggung jawab rekam medis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara kepada petugas. Data diperoleh dari berkas rekam medis dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 berkas, untuk subjeknya dua staff yang sudah lama bekerja di rekam medis dan satu petugas rekam medis lulusan D3 Rekam Medis. Penyajian data dalam bentuk teks narasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan prosedur pengolahan rekam medis dari sistem penomorannya, di Puskesmas Banguntapan II menggunakan sistem penomoran unit. Sistem penyimpanan berkas rekam medis menggunakan sistem penyimpanan sentralisasi. Sistem penjajaran menggunakan sistem penjajaran straight numberical filing. Faktor penyebab duplikasi nomor rekam medis berasal dari internal Puskesmas yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang teliti dalam mendaftar pasien dan juga berasal dari eksternal Puskesmas, yaitu pasien yang kurang mengetahui fungsi kartu berobat dan penulisan identitas yang kurang lengkap. To prevent the transmission, several changes should be done in ER during Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, this research aimed at analyzing the changes made to ER as an effort to prevent and control Covid-19 infection which could be utilized as a recommendation for the ER towards other hospitals during this epidemic disease. The method used in this article was a literature review by researching the design through Google Scholar, Mendeley, and PubMed. The keywords included emergency department, hospital, changes, guidelines, preparedness, and Covid-19. The criteria of selected articles were published in 2020 using full English text, and the type of research was descriptive qualitative research. In addition, the total of the articles were 5 used articles which should match the research criteria related to the topic of the research. Based on the results of the literature reviews from the experts, the changes made to ER during the Covid-19 pandemic were divided into 3 parts such as preparation, pre-triage and during triage. Likewise, the made changes during the preparation consisted of organizational structure and leadership, human resource management, infrastructure, and logistics. Likewise, the changes made during pre-triage were online clinics and patient screening. The coronavirus disease outbreak of 2019 (COVID-19) has posed significant challenges for healthcare systems worldwide. The establishment of an intensive care unit (ICU) is a critical component of any pandemic response. We discuss the critical principles and strategies for ICU readiness in this review. Additionally, we describe the early stages of our outbreak and discuss some of the difficulties encountered. Virus is widely reported to have emerged from a Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan City, the Capital of Hubei Province, Central China. After COVID-19 has been designated as a pandemic outbreak in the World, the country is present as a guarantor of community needs in handling COVID-19 cases. Thus, this paper specifically discusses the financing of suspect patient care and positive confirmed patients for COVID-19 in Indonesia which is financed by the state through the state through Ministry of Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the policies and sources of funding for handling COVID-19 in Indonesia by the Central Government and the flow of services and referral for COVID-19 patients. The method used in this paper is literature review. The literature review is done by reading and analyzing and analyzing various literatures, both in the form of documents, journal data publications from The Finance Ministry and from the official website that releases information relevant to research. Data analysis is performed by reducing, classifying, interpreting, and drawing conclusions. Based on data distribution of cases up to April 5, 2020 the number of positive cases was 2,273 with mortality rates ranging from 8.7%, spread in 32 provinces out of a total of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Policies and anticipatory measures have been taken by the government, both at the central government, provincial, district and city governments in the effort to overcome this COVID-19 pandemic. The main step that has been taken by the government is the issuance of Government Regulation in Lieu of Perppu Law Number 1 Year 2020 concerning State policy and financial stability for handling the COVID-19 pandemic 19. Some problems handling COVID-19 patients at COVID-19 referral hospitals are the lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure such as the COVID-19 patient's special room, personal protective equipment for health workers, lack of human resources such as doctors, nurses who can work directly in serving and treating COVID-19 patients. The government through the Ministry of Health on 24 April 2020 has issued a circular number HK.02.01/Menkes/295/2020 regarding claims for reimbursing COVID-19 care costs by hospitals. Followed from the official website of the government namely indonesia.go.id, the claim refers to the applicable provisions in the decision of the minister of health number HK.01.07/MENKES/238/2020 about the technical guidelines for claiming reimbursement of certain infectious disease patient care costs for hospitals which organizes COVID-19 services. COVID-19 patient care costs in Indonesia are charged to the budget of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) so that if there are patients who have already paid, the hospital must return the fee. Engagement merupakan prediktor keberhasilan organisasi dalam hal ini rumah sakit sedangkan dokter spesialis merupakan faktor kunci dalam sistem organisasi rumah sakit yang memiliki potensi, baik potensi untuk berkinerja prima maupun potensi untuk tidak produktif. Tujuan : Untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendiskripsikan hubungan engagement dokter spesialis dengan rumah sakit. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif studi kasus, untuk mengetahui fenomena dalam konteks kehidupan dengan menggunakan design kasus tunggal holistic singel case design. Studi kasus tunggal digunakan karena penelitian ini merupakan kasus yang sangat penting (critical case) untuk membuktikan bahwa manajemen kasus di RS Jiwa Prof. Dr. SOEROJO Magelang diselenggarakan dengan efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan design holistic (unit analisa tunggal). Hasil : Dari hasil analisis data responden penelitian menyatakan bahwa faktor social support/ sumber daya professional yang dalam hal ini terkait hubungan dengan rekan kerja, atasan dan lingkungan pekerjaan paling tinggi pengaruh terhadap engagement ddoktr spesialis dengan organisasi/Rumah Sakit yaitu 11,08 % kemudian diikuti oleh harga diri atau self esteem 9,72%, selanjutnya efikasi diri atau self efficacy 7,88%, selanjutnya umpan balik kinerja/performance feedback paling rendah 7,19%. Namun selama lima tahun berjalannya program JKN, belum seluruhnya masyarakat Indonesia terlindungi JKN. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data jumlah peserta BPJS Kesehatan di seluruh Indonesia mencapai sebanyak 719.528 jiwa. Fenomena yang terlihat di lapangan, BPJS Kesehatan belum optimal dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta JKN di Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Data dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kemendagri tahun 2020 diketahui bahwa jumlah penduduk di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 268.583.016 jiwa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa cakupan kepesertaan BPJS masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah penduduk, itu berarti masih ada 46.147.297 jiwa yang belum terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi sebanyak 222.435.719 jiwa. Sampel ditarik secara Accidental Sampling yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis hubungan akan dilakukan menggunakan tabulasi silang dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0,018) dengan minat masyarakat dalam kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan. Anggraini","doi":"10.47638/admmirasi.v6i2.200","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47638/admmirasi.v6i2.200","url":null,"abstract":"Gerakan keselamatan pasien menjadi salah satu goal dari akreditasi rumah sakit JCI (Joint Commission International) merupakan program pemerintah Indonesia sebagai acuan bagi rumah sakit untuk melaksanakan sistem keselamatan pasien sesuai standar yang ditetapkan. Rumah sakit dipaksa memiliki upaya untuk melakukan tindakan yang bersifat preventif untuk mencegah terjadinya medical error yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan pasien, maka manajemen rumah sakit perlu menciptakan serta membangun budaya keselamatan pasien. Di Indonesia, laporan insiden Keselamatan Pasien menemukan adanya pelaporan kasus KTD (14,41%) dan KNC (18,53%) yang disebabkan karena proses atau prosedur klinik (9,26 %), medikasi (9,26%), dan Pasien jatuh (5,15%) (KKP RS, 2011). Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Karanganyar merupakan RSU Tipe C yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki kewajiban menerapkan Keselamatan Pasien di seluruh area pelayanan, sejak tahun 2012 the Joint Commission mengeluarkan standar akreditasi yang berlaku secara global untuk rumah sakit yang menekankan serta fokus pada pasien yaitu Standar Joint Commission International (JCI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Budaya Keselamatan Pasien Berbasis HSOPSC (Hospital Survey On Patient Safety Culture) Di Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods research yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perawat dan bidan yang memiliki masa kerja >1 tahun, tehnik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Responden pada kualitatif menggunakan 3 responden dari TIM KPRS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Karanganyar pada bulan April – Agustus 2020, Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis konten dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan budaya keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Karanganyar sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan memiliki budaya keselamatan pasien yang kuat (92,8%). Credentials are an evaluation process by the hospital of a health worker to determine whether the person concerned is worthy of a clinical assignment and clinical authority to carry out certain medical care/actions within the hospital environment for a certain period.Purpose : To analyze the perceptions of radiographers and relevant policy makers, about the process of implementing the credential program for the radiographer profession, especially in RSUD Sleman.Methods : Methods of data collection through in-depth interviews with radiographers and policy makers, And documentary studies related to the radiographer’s credential program in hospitals. For the result of the research, the radiographer’s credential were analyzed using qualitative methods. The location is in Sleman hospital, Yogyakarta.Results : From the analysis of the radiographer’s perception of the credential program, it was found that the implementation of the radiographer’s credentials at the Sleman Hospital was in accordance with the existing mechanism.Conclusion : From the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of credentials at the Sleman Hospital has been carried out independently, but the implementation of the radiographer’s credentials program independently needs to be evaluated regarding the implementation mechanism. Because the credential program is only limited to the administrative aspect (portfolio), This is still less than ideal and objective, Considering the increasingly complex services available in radiology installations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kualitas layanan rumah sakit dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan dan niat perilaku pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quantitative Analitic dengan metode cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposses sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 120 pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis termasuk uji regresi dan sobel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat. Dengan alpha 0.05, hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan tidak mempengaruhi niat perilaku pasien secara langsung, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien, kepuasan pasien berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku pasien dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku pasien melalui kepuasan pasien.
