Shumakov","doi":"10.22281/2413-9912-2022-06-02-154-163","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22281/2413-9912-2022-06-02-154-163","url":null,"abstract":"In this work the author analyzes the causes and prerequisites of the Southampton slave uprising of 1831 based on the materials of journalistic articles and reports of the XIX century and academic works of the XX-XXI centuries. At the same time, the main emphasis is on considering the dynamics of changes in the interpretation and perception of this event in American historiography. Such an unusual choice of subject is dictated by the fact that it is this question, according to the author, that is decisive in the study of this phenomenon, because it leads to the essential characteristics of the phenomenon under consideration. The author identifies two sets of causes and prerequisites – objective and subjective, describing each of them in detail. In addition, he identifies three key stages in the history of the study of the Nat Turner uprising: 1831-1900 – the first attempts at analysis in the form of journalistic reports, 1900-1971 – the formation of a binary academic perception associated with the release of works by W. Drewry and H. Apteker, 1971-our time – attempts to synthesize two approaches. It is noteworthy that the latter did not lead to the creation of a new concept. In the conditions of post-war Germany, anti-Semitism acquired a political sound due to the fact that a significant percentage of German Jews were represented in the revolutionary government, the Social Democratic and radical left parties, who turned into the face of the Weimar Republic. Antisemitismus became an important domestic political component of the struggle against the Weimar political system, which allowed reducing political controversy to racial and national components. The unity and difference between the political journalism of the Nazis and E. Junger as the leader of the \"new nationalism\" is analyzed. The place of the Jewish question as a political problem is considered in the context of the nationalist ideas of the Weimar right. The study of the peculiarities of the understanding of Jewry in the ideas of E. Junger and its difference from the Nazi interpretation is being carried out. The desire of National Socialism to turn anti-Semitism into one of the structural components of ideology and political journalism made it possible to group political opponents into a single racially defined whole and concentrate the entire range of political means of struggle against it. The political divergence of E. Adhering to the principles of \"pancha shila\", the Soviet leadership used the strategy of \"soft power\" to expand its own influence in Asian countries. The exchange of creative teams and individual performers laid the foundation for building cultural relations between the USSR and India in the future. Closer contacts in the period under review were established between circus, theatrical art and dance ensembles. Spectators from both countries had the opportunity to get to know the intangible cultural heritage of the USSR and India, which, in turn, formed a positive impression on the public. Without official agreements, the exchange was carried out during the period under review on the basis of mutual interest, thanks to the initiative of the USSR leadership, closer interaction was carried out, contacts were expanded in the cultural sphere. Consideration of the issue of the place of variety art in the Soviet-Indian cultural exchange makes it possible to determine the features of the process, identify problematic components, in particular, the reluctance to expand the geography of exchanges and the increase in the cost of organizing tours by the Indian leadership. A special role in the group was played by its leader, who, not yet being a believer, had served a sentence for a criminal offense. Then, probably, there was a reassessment of moral values and he became a believer. The activities of the head contradicted the norms of the Soviet criminal legislation. Thus, it was found that the head of a religious group forced believers to perform a whole system of actions and rituals, urged believers to abandon active social life. The head was forced to leave the Baltic States and moved to the Smolensk region. In the new conditions, a religious group was created, which, by the nature of its activities, continued the activities of a religious group in the Baltic States. The religious group operated in the regional center and in one of the district centers. Based on archival material, an idea of the activities of a religious group and its leader is given. Archival materials allow us to draw conclusions about the quantitative composition of a religious group, its religious practices and creed, about the specifics of this group, which defined itself as different from the practices of Baptist and Pentecostal organizations. The leader of a religious group was convicted of violating Soviet legislation in the field of freedom of conscience. After serving his sentence, the head of the group returned to preaching activities, which representatives of a special Soviet body defined as fanatical. The Soviet executive authorities sought to influence the activities of the religious group and its leader. Traditionally, the details of this historical plot were considered in the context, first of all, of Russian history - the history of Old Rus itself as an administrative-political system and its own as a center for the consolidation of East Slavic ethno-political formations. Rarely have its researchers addressed the issues of the functioning of old Rus statehood in a broad context - as an integral and integral part of a single Eastern and Southern European military-political \"symphony\". It should be noted that, according to a number of researchers, the first half of the 11th century in Russian history was a time during which the plots of local Russian history were closely intertwined with numerous issues of foreign and domestic political topics - from the Balkan and North Caucasian issues to the Baltic and West Slavic problems. The author of this article considers it possible to pay attention when considering the stated topic to some of its indirect and not always obvious connections and contexts. An analysis and comparison of currently available sources and hypotheses allows us to assume an unobvious influence on the events under consideration of a number of factors - from traditional family inheritance to specific features of foreign policy battles traditional on the East European Plain. A separate and specific type of machines for construction are drilling machines based on industrial tractors of the T10 type. As a rule, this uses a hydraulic volumetric drive of the main working bodies. The traditional design consequence of the drilling string drive of the machine is the use of a low-torque hydraulic motor with a gearbox. At the same time, high-torque hydraulic motors have grown in domestic industrial resistance, making it possible to provide the necessary torque on the drilling rig without using a gearbox. This solution allows you to simplify the light, reduce production costs and increase the reliability of the drive in operation. The existing infrastructure facilities and technical devices, in particular the underground gas storage «Kaliningrad» and the floating Storage Regasification Unit «Marshal Vasilevskiy», make it possible to overcome the current crisis in many ways. At the same time, it should underline that the implemented method of liquified natural gas transportation to the Kaliningrad region and its regasification has different drawbacks, as a result of natural losses and imperfections of technological solutions, part of the liquefied gas may be lost. The article presents the results of a study of the causes and preliminary projected volumes of losses of liquefied natural gas during its transportation by the floating Storage Regasification Unit «Marshal Vasilevskiy» from the port of Ust-Luga to the Romanovo underground gas storage with subsequent regasification and injection into underground reservoirs. The road safety of vehicles should improve with the rapid development of vehicle dynamics. Knowledge of vehicle roll stability data is important for the development of vehicle stability systems that will improve road safety. As a result of a review of trucks and passenger vehicles, it was found that the normal anti-roll bars are used to increase lateral stability. At present, higher-class passenger cars have begun to use active stabilizers (anti-roll bars), which provide more efficient alignment of the car when cornering. The main disadvantage of a conventional anti-roll bar is the reduction in suspension travel and does not provide the necessary smoothness when cornering and when maneuvering. These movements can lead to dangerous traffic situations. Thus, unfavorable driving conditions are manifested in terms of vehicle stability and controllability, as well as a smooth ride, which determines the level of comfort during heavy cornering and maneuvering. A new vehicle active safety system has been proposed, which makes it possible to increase lateral stability.
