Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kemampuan perencanaan karir yang telah dikembangkan dengan 63 item pernyataan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten yang berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 60% mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan perencanaan karir sangat tinggi, dan 40% mahasiswa memilki kemampuan perencanaan karir pada kategori sedang. This research is a research and development model of Borg and Gall by involving 20 prospective BK teachers. The results show that 1) The social competencies of the school counsellor's inventory as an instrument was needed by school counsellors candidates because inventory needed updating in terms of form, content and problem areas as well as statement items by the competencies measured in the Teacher Competency Examination (UKG) assessment. 2) Inventory of social personality competencies of BK teacher candidates developed following the objectives to be achieved because researchers have gone through trial steps in developing an inventory of social personality competencies for BK teacher candidates. The instrument validity value with valid criteria and the reliability test value is in the very reliable category based on the results obtained. As for the school counsellor's practicality test, it was obtained within the practical criteria. Quantitative approach was used in this study by implementing quasi experimental design and using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design to 24 samples. Data collection techniques applied in this research were self-awareness scale on learning developed by the researcher, observation, and interview. Data analysis technique applied in tis study was independent samples t-test which was conducted through Statistical Product for Service Solustion (SPSS) version 24.0. The location of this study is at LAWANG Mental Hospital. The client is male and he is currently 21 years old. Catharsis method is where the client is assigned to perform activities that are preferred by clients with the aim to reduce client emotions, by channeling emotions through client hobbies. This study uses a qualitative experimental approach with within-subject research, namely the type of experimental research that examines an individual's behavior, makes observations, and establishes a baseline, then intervenes. After the intervention, the researcher re-observes to determine the effect of the intervention. Observations are made just before the intervention, during the intervention and after the intervention. From the analysis of the data it was found that there was a decrease in emotions in hebifrenic schizophrenic clients. It was shown that the client's emotions from every day the client's behavior often cried and after the intervention of that behavior increasingly decreased. \u0000Keywords: Relaksasi, Emosi, Skizofren Hebiftrenik \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh katarsis dalam menurunkan emosi klien skozofren hebifrenik. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di RSJ LAWANG. Klien tersebut berjenis kelamin laki � laki serta ia saat ini berumur 21 tahun. Metode katarsis adalah dimana klien ditugaskan untuk melakukan kegiatan yang disukai oleh klien dengan tujuan untuk mereduksi emosi klien, dengan menyalurkan emosi melalui hobi klien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen kualitatif dengan within-subject research, yaitu tipe penelitian eksperimen yang meneliti perilaku seorang individu, melakukan observasi, dan menetapkan baseline, kemudian melakukan intervensi. Setelah intervensi, peneliti melakukan observasi kembali untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi. Observasi dilakukan saat sebelum intervensi, selama intervensi dan setelah intervensi. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa terdapat penurunan emosi pada klien skizofrenia hebifrenik. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa setelah mengikuti layanan informasi tentang Psychological first aid.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara tahun pembelajaran 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 110 orang terdiri dari 3 kelas . pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan random sampling, kelas VII A Pagi sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B Pagi sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain pos-tes only control design dan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes esai. Hasil penerapan Psychological First AID Dalam Mereduksi Kecemasan Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Bimbingan pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 69,06 dan penerapan psychological first aid dalam mereduksi kecemasan pada kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 62,61. Berdasarkan uji-t diproleh nilai tabel ttabel = 1,986, karena nilai thitung > t tabel yaitu 2,6437 > 1,986. The cluster sampling technique was used to obtain data from a total of 20,748 students from 137 junior high schools in Sleman Regency in 2017, through a questionnaire consisted of 10 answer choices. This research was conducted from 21 May to 21 August 2017 and analyzed with the SPSS version 16 with a 95% level of confidence and a margin error of 1.86%.The data collected was descriptive, therefore, it does not need further explanation or test hypotheses (Azwar, 2015). The subjects of this study are heterosexual and homosexual people, where homosexuals are divided into two groups, namely gays and transvestites. The number of subjects in this study were 90 people consisting of 30 heterosexual people, 30 gay people and 30 transvestites. The instrument used for data retrieval is the scale of self-esteem, and the scale of perceived discrimination. Interviews and Focus Groub Discussions (FGD) were conducted to obtain qualitative data, which is used to discuss the results of quantitative analysis. The data in this study were analyzed by anacova analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in self-esteem between sexual orientation and self-esteem with a value of F = 1.544 and p = 0.219 (p> 0.05) without controlling for the variable feeling discriminated against (perceived discrimination). The second analysis is done by analyzing perceived discrimination, showing that there is a significant difference in self-esteem with perceived discrimination, where the value of F = 5.314 and p = 0.024 (p <0.05). Researchers provide an empathy scale to reveal responses to aspects of perspective taking, fantasy, empathic concern, and personal distress. Based on the results of research conducted, 60% of bullying actors have a moderate level of empathy. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kleas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus masing-masing dua kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian ini siswa kelas XI Tata Busana 3 SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu sejumlah 33 orang yang seluruhnya perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi, angket keaktifan siswa. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan presentase dan didasarkan pada refleksi tiap siklus. Hasil penelitian: 1) strategi problem solving dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa berdasarkan lima indikator, yaitu: menghargai teman, mengemukakan ide, kerja sama, inisiatif, kemauan. 2) hasil observasi maupun angket menunjukkan bahwa aspek yang paling tinggi adalah menghargai teman dan aspek yang paling rendah adalah kemauan.
