Setiap manusia berupaya untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang sejahtera, baik kondisi fisik,sosial, dan mental agar kualitas hidupnya meningkat. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis salah satunya rasa syukur. Hal ini dikarenakan rasa syukur mampu menciptakan suatu pandangan positif terhadap peristiwa yang terjadi dalam hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara rasa syukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer di MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara rasa syukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. \u0000Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru honorer di MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 18 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling representatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala rasa syukur sebanyak 18 aitem (? = 0,916) dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis sebanyak 18 aitem (? = 0,952). \u0000Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara rasa syukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer di MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product momen pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari dua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. rxy = 0,789 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01), hal ini menandakan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan antara rasa syukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer di MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung sehingga hipotesis diterima. Semakin tinggi rasa syukur maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan psikologis yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan self efficacy siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mereka yang dinilai dari nilai tengah semester (PTS). Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel yang diambil dari kelas tinggi untuk persiapan ujian yaitu kelas 5 dan 6 sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, selanjutnya data dilakukan analisis menggunakan rank spearmen untuk menilai arah hubungan dan kekuatan hubungan efikasi diri dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Hasilnya dilaporkan bahwa terdapat hubungan efikasi diri dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SD N 5 Jinengdalem dengan nilai rho 0,53 dan hasil ini signifikan secara statistic dengan nilai p < 0,05. Siswa sebagai peserta didik memiliki tantangan kembali untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan semangatnya dalam mencapai prestasi dibandingkan selama masa pandemi sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelaah dan menganalisa peran dukungan sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa SMP di Surabaya pada era baru.Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu siswa SMP di Surabaya melalui purposive sampling dengan jumlah 150 subyek. Instrumen penelitian untuk menguji dukungan sosial orang tua disusun oleh peneliti dengan total item sebanyak 23 item (validitas item berada pada rentang antara 0,316 sampai dengan 0,678 dengan reliabilitas ? = 0,882) dan alat ukur motivasi berprestasi dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan total item sebanyak 30 item (validitas item berada pada rentang antara 0,260 sampai 0,389 dengan reliabilitas ? = 0,794). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian single case experimental design. Perbandingan dalam penelitian single case experimental design ini tidak dilakukan antara individu maupun kelompok namun dibandingan pada subjek yang sama dalam kondisi yang berbeda yaitu antara konsisi baseline dan kondisi intervensi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan tes psikologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA kelas XI yang mengalami kebingungan karier. Intervensi dilakukan selama 5 hari dan hasil intervensi menunjukkan adanya perubahan dari kondisi baseline ke kondisi intervensi. Pada kondisi baseline subjek belum mengenal dirinya sendiri, belum memahami jenis-jenis fakultas dan jurusan yang ada di bangku perkuliahan dan tidak dapat membuat perencanaan karier yang cocok dengan dirinya. Ketika perbandingan sosial dilakukan secara negatif maka dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan self esteem. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social comparison dengan self esteem dewasa awal yang mengakses media sosial di Kota Kupang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Partisipan penelitian adalah 208 dewasa awal berusia 18-25 tahun pengguna media sosial di Kota Kupang. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Scale (INCOM) dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) yang diterjemahkan oleh Maroqi (2018). Hasil uji korelasi pearson Product Momen diperoleh nilai r = -0,332 dan P = 0,000 (p<0,05) yang menunjukan adanya hubungan negatif signifikan antara social comparison dengan self esteem, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi social comparison maka akan semakin rendah self esteem yang dimiliki. The study used a quantitative correlational design. The data were collected using the social skill scale with the reliability value of 0.824, the group cohesiveness scale with the reliability value of 0.900, and the social adjustment scale with the reliability value of 0.850. This is a research and development study with interview and questionnaire as data collection technique. The data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This study found that (1) most classroom teachers could not conduct guidance and counseling optimally and did not completely know their task to guide, so this mobile application-based comprehensive guidance and counseling media (EDasbk) was needed by elementary school teachers (2) there was an appropriate prototype of comprehensive guidance and counseling media developed through an andromo-mobile app builder for Android, and mobile learning application (EDasbk) of the 1.0.4 stable version. (3) the validity and practicality of the mobile learning application (EDasbek) through the first product testing was implemented in a small group and involved two experts showing a very high result. This study aims to investigate the relationship between parent support, peer support, and academic resilience. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational design. The sample of the study was 165 students, selected using the purposive sampling technique with the criteria: students at least in the seventh semester and currently working on the final paper at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Peer and parent support was measured using the social support questionnaire developed by the researchers, while academic resilience was measured using The Academic Resilience: Scale-30 (ARS-30). Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and assisted by the SPSS 25.00 for Windows application. The results of the study showed that most students (52%) had high resilience; 98% of students had a moderate level of parent support; and all students (100%) had a moderate level of peer support. Based on the partial test results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between parent support and academic resilience, but no relationship between peer support and academic resilience. This study aims to discover: (1) the level of need for career success cards to improve the career maturity of senior high school students; (2) the prototype of career success cards to improve the career maturity of senior high school students; and (3) the validity and practicality of career success cards in improving the career maturity of senior high school students. The Borg & Gall 10-step research model was adapted into seven steps to conduct this study. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The subjects of the study were seven students of SMAN (State Senior High School) 4 Sigi in the odd semester of the academic year 2021/2022, selected using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, both qualitative and quantitative approaches were used for the analysis.
