These two kinds of health insurance are different in objective, nature and characteristics. This paper, by means of mathematical model and numerical simulation, has proved that mixed health insurance contact can achieve the optimal social welfare based on risk sharing so as to complement their own advantages. Foreign direct investment will give positive impacts on optimizing the allocation of the publishing and media resources, improving the publishing efficiency, and adjusting the industrial structure. While to some extent, it brings negative impacts on human resources, markets, industrial capital, and cases of looting excellent cultural resources have been found. It proves that effective operation of social insurance systems is directly related to native demographic characteristics by visual statistics. This paper assesses similar problems and disadvantage influences on the development of fundamental social insurance system by comparison of macro-economic and socioeconomic indexes between Chile and China. Further, the Crystal ball software is used to do Monte Carlo simulation. Theoretical research shows that under the urban-rural dual economic structure, the employment effect of minimum wage presents obvious asymmetry. However, the empirical analysis about the employment of peasant workers and the minimum wage in Beijing shows that the growth of minimum wage has a negative effect on migrant workers' employment. Based on the Chinese Provincial Panel Data from 1985-2013 and the measurement in the Eastern, Central and Western regions urbanization level and service industry agglomeration degree, by constructing a simultaneous equations model, respectively making three stage least squares regression analysis to the mutual spatial effect between the urbanization level and the service industry agglomeration in Eastern, Central and Western regions from 1985-1996 and 1997-2007, 2008-2013. The result shows that the correlation of the mutual spatial effects between different stages of urbanization and service industry agglomeration in Eastern, Central and Western regions of China existed differences. The service industry agglomeration degree of the Central and Western regions compared to the Eastern region more lower, similar characteristics showed in the urbanization development level. In the different stages, resources supply and the potential of the market scale play positive roles in promoting service industry agglomeration, the spatial effect of opening-up to service industry agglomeration is not obvious. Compared to the railway construction, the highway construction brings greater effect to the urbanization level.
