Based on the provincial panel data from 1997 to 2011 of 29 provinces (cities, districts) in China, here, we did empirical research on the effects of mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change on Chinese total factor productivity. The induced institutional change and mandatory institutional change was represented by the China marketization index which was proposed by the Fan et al. and preferential policy index, respectively. The results show that the influence of the institutional change on Chinese total factor productivity is heterogeneity. Mandatory institutional change has significant positive effects on Chinese total factor productivity, while induced institutional change has negative effects. These findings indicated that mandatory institutional change dominated by the government is an important reason to promote Chinese total factor productivity, which means the government plays an important part in the process of institutional change. At the same time, digital technology brought great pressure to the publishing industry security, and then, many problems followed: uneven distribution of interests, lack of innovation, lack of technical standards, laws and regulations lag, copyright security issues highlighted and regulatory difficulties, shortage of talent, and so on. In order to maintain the security of publishing industry, it should be pay attention to research and development, and further improve the level of digital technology. This leads commercial banks should be serious concern about interest rate risk management. The aims of the study is to examine the influence of financial repression on bank risk-taking on the basis of a sample of 16 listed commercial banks in China spanning the period from 2008 to 2014. The study employs independent variables of required reserve ratio, deposit prime rate and loan prime rate as proxies of financial repression and dependent variables of non-performing loan ratio, total risk and Z value to measure bank risk-taking behavior. The empirical results of the study indicate that required reserve ratio has negative effect on bank risk-taking. The paper analysis the feasibility of logistics park transforming service pattern to business pattern, studies the importance of inventory control. By analyzing the composition of inventory, it creates a new inventory control model with a number of parameters containing coal washing rate and cycle. The result shows that new inventory control model is the extension of classical Economic Order Quantity Model, the order cycle is the monotonic increasing function of product for washing rate and raw coal achieve frequency, and the order quantity is the monotonous decrease function of product for washing rate and raw coal achieve frequency. This paper discusses the behavior structure and operation mechanism of TISS industry, and analyzes the present situation and main problems of TISS industry in China.
