By analyzing the water transport safety condition of Shanghai inland waterway, the paper gives a comprehensive analysis from the four aspects which are liveware, hardware, software and environment. And this paper builds an evaluation model and presents the comprehensive assessment of risks of navigation safety in Shanghai inland water by means of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP Method (Analytic Hierarchy Process Method), and makes a scientific forecast and analysis about safe ship navigation in the future. This paper argues that the relationship between CSR and corporate financial performance also depends on whether firms incorporate their strategic orientations (i.e., prospector vs. defender) into CSR activities. At the same time, divide CSR into “public CSR” and “internal CSR” instead of focusing on aggregate CSR as usual. This article selects the data of 728 manufacturing listed companies in China from 2010 to 2014, exploring the relationship between CSR and corporate financial performance with corporate strategy. Our results show that prospectors engaging in public CSR can get better performance than defenders. They are the scale, efficiency, management and market factors. But under the institutional constraint, the labor force in non-agricultural industries flows back into the countryside constantly. In 2004, China had entered into the Chinese-style Lewis turning point. Under the Chinese-style Lewis turning point, the three industries in China has three characteristics: low efficiency in the primary industry, overcapacity of the second industry, the rapid development of the tertiary industry. In order to improve production efficiency of the primary industry, China should implement effective policies to promote the rural population urbanization, and at the same time encourage urban capital to flow to the countryside. However, the classification shifting earnings management has been found in developed market and Chinese scholars did not do many researches in this field and the understanding is still limited, especially the effect of classification shifting on accruals and cash flow has not been study yet. Therefore, we use Chinese A-share listed companies to test the classification shifting existing and the impact of the earnings quality from accruals and cash flow that can be the index for the affections. Through the empirical results, we can know classification shifting is confusing to investors and the reaction of accruals may be lower in market to make the stock price mispricing in coming years. According to the data of Continuous Innovation Network (CINet), this paper studies the process of continuous improvement and the moderating effects of the continuous improvement consciousness of employees on continuous improvement actions. The results show that the consciousness of employees has significant moderating effects on the relationships between the motivation of operation level and the incentive practices, and has significant moderating effects on the relationships between the coordination practices and the operation level performance. However, what should not be ignored is that the policy has lead to the increase of the gender discrimination in employment. How to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women workers, realize social harmony and sustainable development, we need scientific knowledge and actively respond to female employment discrimination. The enterprises within the virtual industry cluster establish complex connection between each other through the social behavior of resource integration, and some studies have showed that these complex connections form a criss-cross resource integration network of the virtual industry cluster, showing typical complex network characteristics. This paper intends to analyze the virtual industry cluster under the ecosystem of cyber-society by drawing on the complex network model, and use the characteristic path length and clustering coefficient to characterize the resource integration efficiency and clustering degree of the virtual industry cluster.
