Abstract

The concept and category of Urban Mining Resources development and utilization industry were defined clearly, and the domestic industry and development status and trends are analyzed. It is in favor of feeling the pulse of the national industrial strategy layout, focusing on the direction of industrial development. The problems existing in the cultivation and development of the mining industry are analyzed. Finally, the policy orientation for promoting healthy development of the industry was put forward.
