The concept and nature of language service industry has not been clearly defined and has not been included in the national industry classification system by many countries, including China. This paper thus intends to identify the activities as an industry and clearly define the industry from the perspective of industrial economics. Then it discusses how to put the industry into China's Industrial Classification for National Economic Activities (CISIC), while making references to the classification of the industry by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC), as well as European Standard Classification of Productive Economic Activities (NACE). In this study, the aim of our research is to investigate the impact of financial openness on the performance of Chinese commercial banks. The data of the first 5 big Chinese commercial banks have been analyzed for the period of 1997–2013. Two approaches have been taken: one is PCA, which helps to build the Financial Openness Index; the other is PLS to estimate the impact of financial openness on Chinese banks performance. Result shows that a slightly positive relationship between financial openness and commercial bank performance. We classify the informal employment people, while the study found the income difference is not so big. Urban water affairs have become one of the most important urban infrastructure existing to support the entire economic and social development. Urban water industry is under reforming in our country the past two decades and it has achieved great results. Government supports privatization of water industry greatly and the rapid growth of urban water affairs accelerate enterprise size and income. In recent years as China's water problem is getting worse, the public pay close attention to the environment and the performance issues of water companies cause more and more general concern of the government, the public and investors. Therefore, to assess performance of water companies has become increasingly necessary. This paper intends to select the larger water companies in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the 25 water companies, in period of 2011-2014. Based on the research status at home and abroad, the paper evaluates the performance of water listed companies based on DEA and BP neural network method. Based on the related theoretical analysis, this paper uses a sample of actual controllers in Chinese groups of the A-share non-financial listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014, to empirically study on the allocative efficiency of the internal capital market and connected transactions. The results show that, connected transactions and the internal capital market have very close theoretical relationship; connected guarantee transactions and connected lease transactions reduce the internal capital market's allocative efficiency, but connected sales transactions and connected capital transactions not affect. The paper finds Beijing is in a critical period to develop metropolitan area and commuter railway by analyzing the evolution of Beijing city spatial structure and rail transit. Then, it analyses how rail transit promote the Beijing metropolitan area from the perspective of stations, lines and network using the “Points-axis” theory by comparing with the Tokyo metropolitan area.
