Research on the internal income difference of the informal employment personnel

According to the China statistical yearbook data of 2014, the informal employment people have accounted for 53.4% of the total population of urban employment. At the same time, the income differentiation also occurred in the internal of informal employment. So this paper makes a research on the income of the informal employment through the Gini coefficient and regression analysis. We classify the informal employment people, while the study found the income difference is not so big. And all their work status, gender, area, skill level and other factors have significant influence on income.
