本文旨在通过分析北京与伦敦的人力资源、需求条件下的基本经济实力、支撑产业及相关产业、政府角色、知识吸收与创新等方面，对电影产业与新钻石模型进行比较。从而总结出北京影视产业存在的不足，并提出相应的建议，以提升北京影视产业的竞争力，为其他地区的影视产业发展树立良好的榜样。
