Modern approaches to managing the commercial activities of companies define key performance indicators (KPIs) as a system of indicators that assess the degree of achievement of certain business objectives. Our study of the commercial activity of AZAL \"Flight Training Centre\" shows that the system of key performance indicators is not used to assess the effectiveness of commercial activity, although the sphere of ATC services requires increased attention to the construction of effective management with the possibility of assessing the results. In addition, the authors propose the use of Dupond's analysis as a tool for comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of the commercial activity of the ATC in order to identify the weaknesses of the ATC and timely development of measures to improve and increase the efficiency of its commercial activity. The purpose of this study is to develop a system of KPI indicators for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the management of the commercial activities of aviation training complexes, taking into account the specifics of the airline and the main areas of activity, using the tools of strategic management and marketing. Research methods - in the process of research the authors used both empirical and theoretical research methods, qualitative methods of interpretation and explanation of the characteristics of the studied economic object, methods of system analysis and decomposition. Significance of the study - the theoretical and practical results obtained can be used by ATC management as a tool for assessing and improving the efficiency of business activities. Results of the research - as a result of the research conducted on the basis of the analysis of the commercial activity of AZAL \"Flight Training Centre\" ATC, a system of key performance indicators of commercial activity in the following main areas has been developed: financial, production, customer relations and development indicators.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"291 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139195353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is an important condition for the formation of partnerships between business and the state. Another important condition is that business cannot develop effectively without the help and assistance of the state. This is due to a number of reasons. The effectiveness of demand satisfaction is directly related to the rational use of economic resources and a flexible response to changes in the structure of demand. Efficient use of resources by each individual producer ultimately ensures the efficiency of the entire economic system. Business, performing its direct functions, ensuring the preservation and expanded reproduction of their property through the increase of private capital, simultaneously performs social functions related to the increase of social capital and the product capable of ensuring effective demand in the market of goods and services. The article substantiates the need to use the mechanism of public-private partnership as an effective tool for implementing the innovation policy of regions, and also identifies the possibilities of public-private partnership in projects for commercialization of intellectual property as a form of interaction between the state, research institutions and business.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"237 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139195582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many manufacturing sectors require various components in remote locations. Intermodal transportation is used to ensure that production processes are not interrupted. The war particularly affected Ukraine's entire intermodal transportation system. Ports, shelters and piers stopped their activities. The main role shifted to road transportation. Many airports were completely destroyed and most of the major ports were occupied, making further operations impossible until Ukraine was completely victorious. Road transportation became the saving link for supply chains and further economic activity. One of the main problems in this situation is to choose the best mode of transportation and the most suitable carrier. Trucking companies continue to cooperate with air agencies, but the shift of their main hubs to neighboring countries may raise new questions about optimizing deliveries. Factors such as price, quality of service, distance and time will always play an important role in the supply chain. The main goal of transport companies and their staff in intermodal transportation is to deliver the goods ordered by manufacturers safely, completely and on time. In this article, all the risks, bottlenecks of the organization of multimodal transportation under martial law are researched.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126959698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Development prospects are also considered, starting from the automation of individual procedures and moving on to the development of complex autonomous systems for decision-making. Further, a detailed analysis of the transformation of key business processes in supply chains under the influence of artificial intelligence was carried out. This made it possible to discover how artificial intelligence technologies affect the organization and management of supply chains, which can lead to changes in management approaches and strategies. In the article, a matrix model of the interaction of specialists with artificial intelligence in supply chain management was developed and improved. It contributes to the understanding of how to effectively combine the role of humans and artificial intelligence systems to optimize processes in supply chains. Special attention is paid to the transition from supporting to autonomous role of artificial intelligence systems in supply chains. This change in dynamics may change the balance of power between humans and AI systems, and affect accountability and control mechanisms, as well as the ethical implications of delegating authority to AI systems. Accordingly, it is important to develop the digital skills of supply chain managers and increase their level of digital competence in order to implement artificial intelligence technologies effectively and ethically. The lack of such competencies can become an obstacle in the development and successful use of artificial intelligence in supply chain management.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128952453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has become an integral part of business operations for many organizations since its introduction in the early 1990s. With recent technological advancements, CRM systems have seen a significant transformation over time. This article has explored how these changes have occurred, explored the features offered by today's CRM systems, and identified some of the key challenges along the way. The growth of competition, the development of the goods and services market has led to changes in approaches to customer service, as well as to the need to involve the latest IT solutions in the customer service process. In addition, after the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the issue of changing the vector to domestic providers of CRM systems became relevant. Today, CRM systems have also begun to change as a result of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The increasing availability of data, the need to automate repetitive operations, and the need to offer personalized experiences at scale are the trends driving this movement. Personalization and predictive analytics help identify potential growth opportunities, improve the efficiency of tasks such as sales forecasting or lead scoring through automation that reduces human error, and provide valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences that can be used to personalize the customer experience, which leads to increased customer loyalty. Customer relationship management systems are necessary for Ukrainian enterprises to be competitive. CRM solutions simplify sales processes, facilitate better teamwork and offer a deep understanding of customer behavior.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122937356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A structural and logical diagram of the formation of the strategy of decarbonization of supply chains has been built. Seven key business processes in supply chains/networks have been identified that significantly affect the volume of greenhouse gas emissions: ecological design, environmental procurement, energy- and resource-saving production, green transportation, ecological storage, smart eco-consumption, recycling and disposal. It was established that in closed-loop chains, managerial environmental solutions should be aimed at: preservation or restoration of products to extend their life cycle, which includes diagnostics and repair; reuse of products for the same or new purposes in their original form or with some changes; restorative repair of products or individual components; processing of waste and end-of-life products, or recycling (any recovery operations, with the help of which waste and old products are processed into materials, resources, substances for the production of other products or for other purposes).","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129833069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was determined that the basis of understanding competition is the struggle between market subjects for access to resources, consumers, while competition determines the economic behavior of market subjects. It is substantiated that competitive development, as one of the types of development, is a tool for ensuring economic growth and a consequence of ensuring competitiveness. Modern interpretations of competitive development by scientists are analyzed. It was found that such development is based on a process approach to the implementation of changes that provide a synergistic effect in the parallel acquisition of competitive advantages and development of the business entity. The key features of competitive development are determined by its basis on the creation of special unique advantages of the enterprise, the use of production factors capable of providing a competitive basis for development, the use of strategizing processes in ensuring competitiveness, which in the complex not only ensure the maintenance of positions and economic efficiency of operation, but also become tools for the development of the enterprise. The own vision of the interpretation of the competitive development of the enterprise as qualitative and quantitative changes in the economic activity of the enterprise, provided with innovative, organizational, economic advantages, different from those of competitors, which ensure economic growth, increase in efficiency and the transition of the enterprise to a higher level of functioning in an economic environment with hard-to-achieve results, has been formed for competitors.","PeriodicalId":329393,"journal":{"name":"Electronic Scientific Journal Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management #1 2020","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132474891","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
