Trushkina","doi":"10.46783/smart-scm/2023-18-5","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The article examines the conceptual foundations of the formation of a strategy for the decarbonization of supply chains, the identification of strategic solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the management of green chains from the point of view of ecological and economic efficiency. A structural and logical diagram of the formation of the strategy of decarbonization of supply chains has been built. Seven key business processes in supply chains/networks have been identified that significantly affect the volume of greenhouse gas emissions: ecological design, environmental procurement, energy- and resource-saving production, green transportation, ecological storage, smart eco-consumption, recycling and disposal.
