The now available existing evaluation indexes of the innovation cost are simpler, and the evaluation system is incomplete. Based on the cost structure, innovation efficiency and benefit, innovation cost risk and financial risk, this article constructs the innovation cost appraisal index system, and uses the dynamic fuzzy evaluation method based on timing sequence multi-index to build the evaluation model, and applies this evaluation method to evaluate the change states of some project. The new indexes system reflects the relativity and foresee ability of the indexes used, and can reasonable evaluate the risk of technological innovation project. In recent years, the real estate price of some cities in China continues to rise rapidly. This article embarks from the relation between the development of the real estate industry and the bank credit, studies the mutual influence of China's real estate price inflation and the bank credit support, using qualitative and quantitative methods, and makes the reasonable judgments of China's real estate market. Free cash flow has significant impact on agency cost. The combination of research on these two fields would help to build and extend the theoretical system. Based on agency cost theory, the present study firstly categorized the characteristics of free cash flow as well as the statistical methodologies. Furthermore, the existence of investing free cash flow in agency cost was proved by a model. Then free cash flow was introduced into agency cost theory as restriction, the analysis shows that it will change agency cost, in turn, will have an impact on the relationship between agency cost and capital structure, finally, will influence the optimal capital structure point to maintain the equilibrium. The typical business of road-based logistic companies is to transport goods from a certain source to a certain destination by the use of trucks. During the actual transportation of goods, small disturbances such as delays or wrongly loaded goods can prevent the original plan from being executed as intended. Some of the main problems caused by these disturbances, and how they are currently dealt with, are investigated in a medium-sized logistics company. Typically, traditional planning and control systems have difficulties handling these kinds of problems effectively. However, recent technological developments, such as intelligent products, enable new solutions in the field of information systems. Therefore, a new system architecture is proposed here to tackle the outlined problems. The system is designed to detect local disturbances in real-time, and solutions to problems caused by these disturbances can be presented to the users directly. There are three modes available in China, which are Shenzhen mode, Shanghai mode and Beijing mode. The three modes have their own origins with adaption for different local governments. So many projects invested by the government are well prepared and operated. However, some of them did not succeed in the unsuitable mode choosing. By field research from Beijing, Dalian, Shanghai, Shanxi and Ningxia provinces of China, we bring forward a feasible choosing model for local government which contains Exterior conditions, Stakeholders and Project features. On the basis of which, this study compares these two scales to find differences. Project schedule not only solve the project time conflict, but also project other resources conflict. So it is necessary to research resource constraints project schedule. The Resource constraints usually lead to project tasks delays and rework, because the tasks have to use serial structure and coupling structure. For solving this problem, the paper proposes a model based on design structure matrix (DSM) to optimize the serial structure and coupling structure, and sets time-factor (TF) parameters to consider the time impacts of the resource constraints. The model that integrates TF into DSM can optimize above- mentioned logical structures efficiently, and then shorten the project time effectively. Meanwhile, DSM applies simple calculation procedures to construct solution, and the used formulas in model are easily calculation, so the operation processes of project scheduling is very convenient.
