摘要

本研究从一些管理问题入手,使用改进SERVQUAL量表和改进SERVPERF量表对上海学校的教育服务进行研究,寻找感知服务质量、学生满意度和学生忠诚度之间的关系。在此基础上,本研究对这两种量表进行比较,找出差异。通过收集数据和检验假设,本研究得出SERVPERF优于SERVQUAL,满意度在感知服务质量对学生忠诚的影响中起部分中介作用。
