The new indexes system reflects the relativity and foresee ability of the indexes used, and can reasonable evaluate the risk of technological innovation project. 摘要

企业的技术创新成本将影响技术创新项目的决策。现有的创新成本评价指标较为简单,评价体系不完善。本文从成本结构、创新效率与效益、创新成本风险和财务风险等方面构建了创新成本评价指标体系,并采用基于时序多指标的动态模糊评价方法建立了评价模型,并将该评价方法应用于某项目的变更状态评价。新指标体系体现了所采用指标的相关性和可预见性,能够合理地评价技术创新项目的风险。对技术创新成本的合理性和有效性进行了全面、动态的评价。
