This research concludes: (1) twenty evaluation criteria in relation to website visual design determined through access the relative importance of criteria set as sub-criteria within a hierarchical structure; (2) goal, criteria, and sub-criteria constitute the evaluation model for website visual design. It provides the reference for the industry and relevant researchers when evaluating the candidates of website visual design; and (3) this study adopts fuzzy multiple criteria decision making (FMCDM) with reference to the data analysis. The results can clearly show the preference ranking of decision-makers for proposed design alternatives and the optimal design solution could be selected. Therefore, this analysis method is effective and objectively reflected all of the decision-makers' subjective judgment on website visual design assessment.","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128979761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of this study is to explore the mobile phone technology adoption by analyzing the influence of the age, gender and occupation of five different cohort samples from Beijing and Portsmouth. The findings are expected to support Hofstede's I/C cultural dimension that cultures (age, gender and occupation) influence people's attitudes and behaviour in adopting mobile phone technologies; to support the TAM theory that perceived usefulness, ease of use, cost, system quality and social influence affect consumers' adopting and using mobile phone technologies.","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129050361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This makes the accounting based on cargo flow and cash flow quickly go from the traditional manual labor age into a digital age. Computer-based accounting and electronic accounts have thus appeared. As a consequence, false E-accounting is unavoidable. Fictitious huge operating income of Wuliangye Co., LTD in Yibin, Sichuan further indicates that false accounts are very common among China's listed companies. This leads to a turbulent capital market, continuous commercial bribery, and spreading corruption. This paper aims to explore the concept, features, content, form, prevention, and control path of electronic false accounts of listed companies by taking forensic accounting as the clew, so as to prevent the risks of false accounts of listed companies for the sake of healthy development of capital markets, effective control of commercial bribery, and apparent control of corruption of power.","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129632704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, should the fare rise together with the gas price? The government and the public may not agree. Even if the fare is adjusted, the range and method of adjustment need to be examined. The authors suggest that local governments promote the use of fuel-efficient cars and gas substitutes to reduce the financial burden on the taxi company and the driver and to save consumer expenditures and to promote a cleaner city environment. Besides energy substitution, the taxi company and the driver should look to cut down on their costs rather than seeking to raise fares. The eventual adjustment should be less than the rise in gas price with contributions from every party concerned. This paper is based on analysis of the Shanghai and Hunan price linkage mechanisms in the taxi industry.","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"217 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130384954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, selecting construction agent by public tendering appears weaknesses due to the restrictions that brought from imperfect competition in construction agent market. Some domestic regions introduced construction agent list to select construction agent, which can make up the above problems. Construction agent list can promote trust and cooperation between the Government and construction agent, and can incentive construction agent to reduce transaction costs. This paper introduces the reputation effect to establish reputation-based effect construction agent list through the reputation measurement and the analysis of information disclosure, to guide the various regions of the establishment and dynamic management of construction agent list.","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129185619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the selection of variables,we select not only financial ratios,but also indexes on ownership concentration, corporate governance and audit opinion. Empirical results indicate that the probabilistic predictions generated by the panel logit model can provide a measure of the company's financial position .","PeriodicalId":329390,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Management and Service Science","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129213339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
