摘要

本文运用SPSS13.0统计分析软件，采用聚类分析方法，对辽宁省部分县域县政府财政资源整合绩效水平进行聚类分析。结果表明:县政府财政资源整合绩效水平存在不平衡，差距较大，地域差异显著;最后，本文就如何提高辽宁省县政府财政资源整合水平，缩小区域差距，促进区域经济协调发展提出了相应的措施和建议。
