Adanya antrian dan total waktu bongkar muat yang lama menyebabkan terjadinya mahalnya ongkos bongkar muat serta hilangnya pelanggan dikarenakan lamanya waktu bongkar muat . Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut yaitu Kapasitas Number Out kapal sebesar 17 kapal, VA Time sebesar 10050.55 Menit, Wait time 20587.22 Menit, Total Time 1133672 Menit dan WIP sebesar 183009 Menit. \u0000Abstract — This study aims to find out how long the ship queues to get loading and unloading services starting from the ship arriving process, preparing loading, installing ship bumpers, installing ship ropes, barges docking to the mother vessel, unloading heavy equipment, commenced loading, triming cargo, complete loading. , raising heavy equipment and barge cast offs and how to optimize the coal loading and unloading service queuing system using discrete simulation methods and ARENA software at PT Handil Bhakti Persada Banjarmasin, which is a coal loading and unloading service provider company. The existence of queues and the long total loading and unloading time causes the occurrence of . the high cost of loading and unloading and the loss of customers due to the long loading and unloading time. Guna menakar kinerja terhadap manajemen rantai pasok, salah satu strategi perusahaan yang diterapkan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja Supply Chain Management (SCM) supaya mampu bekerja lebih optimal, sehingga menciptakan kualitas produk yang baik dengan memanfaatkan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) yang dibantu dengan Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan guna menetapkan bobot di tiap metrik (Irfan, 2008). Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui yang mana indikator kinerja perusahaan yang tergolong rendah, dengan cara ini dapat diberikan saran perbaikan, serta metrik apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja pada perusahaan. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) merupakan model referensi pada operasi rantai pasok dengan 5 atribut yang digunakan yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, dan return (Pujawan, 2005). Sedangkan Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan berguna menentukan bobot pada tiap metrik, jadi dalam penelitian kali ini Metode Perbandingan Berpasangan yang telah diadaptasi dari (Saaty, 1993) akan dipakai. Indikator pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dengan pendekatan SCOR terdiri dari 3 level, level 1 (Kriteria Proses) terdiri dari 5 proses, level 2 (Konfigurasi Proses) terdiri dari 9 proses, didalam terdapat proses Atribut Kinerja yang terdiri dari 30 atribut kerja dan level 3 (Matriks) terdiri dari 35 matriks. Nilai akhir kinerja rantai pasok adalah 68,01 (Average). Secara keseluruhan kinerja rantai pasok berjalan dengan baik sesuai rata-rata, namun perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada indikator-indikator yang perlu diperbaiki agar kinerja rantai pasok di UKM Mina Indo Sejahtera dapat meningkat lebih baik lagi ke kategori diatasnya. Perusahaan manufaktur ergonomi dan antropometri sangat dibutuhkan. PT PO sendiri merupakan perusahaan internasional pembuatan produk pemantauan korosi pipa internal dan menyediakan layanan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data lapangan kehilangan logam pipa, atau biasa disebut sebagai perusahaan “Corrosion Monitoring System (CMD)”. Perusahaan manufaktur tidak lepas dengan adanya kegiatan manual material handling, hal ini dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan kerja khususnya cidera MSDs. PT PO yang memiliki permasalahan tidak ergonomisnya posisi kerja pada area support sandblasting dimana terdapat keluhan nyeri pada bagian tubuh pekerja. Antropometri sendiri merupakan studi yang berkaitan dengan postur tubuh manusia dan juga desain alat bantu yang dipakai manusia. Metode PEI ini bertujuan untuk menghitung posisi pekerja apakah sudah ergonomis atau belum, jika posisi tidak ergonomis maka akan dilakukan perbaikan pada posisi kerja dengan mendesain alat bantunya. Hasil dari penggunakaan metode PEI pada permasalahan yang ada pada PT PO setelah melakukan perbaikan meja kerja sebesar 1.105, juga menghasilkan waktu kerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan masing-masing membutuhkan waktu 269 x 10-4 menit dan 554 x 10-4 menit dalam satu produk untuk membersihkan dan menyuci produk DBB (Double Block & Bleed). Diharapkan perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan posisi para pekerja, khususnya adalah pada area support sandblasting karena pada area tersebut posisi pekerja yang paling tidak ergonomis, sehingga pekerja pada area tersebut lebih sering dan lebih cepat mengalami kelelahan kerja. \u0000Abstract— Manufacturing companies are companies that produce raw materials or raw materials into finished goods, using tools, machines, or with the help of human labor. Pabrik rokok Pulsara Cempaka mengalami permasalahan terkait keseimbangan lintasan karena pekerja masih banyak menganggur karena berbagai hal terutama menunggu pekerjaan selanjutnya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberapa metode antara lain region approach, Ranked Positional Weight (RPW), presedence diagram, bobot posisi, penentuan waktu siklus, penentuan jumlah stasiun kerja, balance delay dan efisiensi lintasan. Dengan berbagai pendekatan metode tersebut diharapkan waktu produksi dan efisiensi lintasan optimal maupun stasiun kerja optimal. Jumlah outut produksi rata-rata sebagai parameter untuk menetapan waktu siklus ideal. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa perusahaan dapat memperoleh efisiensi lintasan sebesar 69% dan balance delay dapat dikurangi sebesar 42% dari 74% menjadi 32% dengan target produksi harian sesuai target. \u0000  \u0000Abstract— The line balance is the main aspect that must be paid attention to when carrying out the production process. If the balance at the workstation is disturbed, there will be problems such as delays, bottlenecks, and inefficient and effective production processes, which can result in a decrease in productivity. Pulsara Cempaka cigarette factory is experiencing issues related to line balancing because many workers are still unemployed for various reasons, especially waiting for the next job. This study used several methods, including the region approach, Ranked Positional Weight (RPW), precedence diagram, position weights, determining cycle time, deciding the number of workstations, balance delay, and track efficiency. With these various approaches, it is expected that the production time and efficiency of the optimal path and workstation are optimal—the amount of average production output as a parameter to determine the ideal cycle time. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, jika peramalan menggunakan metode single exponential smoothing dalam pengadaan bahan baku kalsium karbida akan diperoleh grafik penggunaan RAMP yang lebih banyak dan cenderung naik dari waktu ke waktu, sedangkan bahan baku tepung spar memperoleh grafik penggunaan yang lebih miring daripada penggunaan aktual dan variabel dan cenderung menurun. Jumlah persediaan calcium carbide safety sebesar 184.289 unit/hari dan tepung spar sebesar 13.462 unit/hari, batas atau titik pemesanan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk kalsium karbida sebesar 192.318 unit/hari dan tepung spar sebesar 13.951 unit/hari, dan frekuensi pembelian bahan baku kalsium karbida dan tepung spar optimal adalah dua belas kali lipat dari pembelian bahan baku dalam satu periode. \u0000Abstract—  Forecasting and controlling the supply of calcium carbide and flour spar raw materials at PT XYZ Southeast Sulawesi, has a special purpose to predict and determine the optimal and efficient supply of raw materials so as to minimize the occurrence of excess stock and lack of stock. Based on the results of calculations, if forecasting using the single exponential smoothing method in the procurement of calcium carbide raw materials will be obtained more RAMP usage graph and tend to rise over time, while the raw material flour spar obtained more sloping usage graph than actual use and variable and tend to decrease. Karakteristik pekerja marketing online dapat dikategorikan sebagai office work yang berhubungan erat dengan interaksi antara pekerja dengan komponen dalam stasiun kerja meliputi meja/bangku kerja, kursi, monitor, mouse, keyboard, dan telepon, faktor psikososial. Pekerja menghabiskan sebagian besar waktu dalam posisi duduk di depan komputer yang berkaitan dengan resiko munculnya keluhan otot rangka atau musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat keluhan nyeri otot, penilaian faktor resiko postur kerja, dan tingkat produktivitas individu secara subyektif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif cross-sectional dengan subyek 30 pekerja sales online (total sampling) di PT X, suatu industri busana muslim skala menengah di kota Gresik. Pengukuran tingkat keluhan MSD secara subyektif dilakukan dengan kuesioner Nordic Body Map , penilaian faktor resiko postur kerja menggunakan Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA), dan tingkat produktivitas individu  dengan Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pekerja melaporkan tingkat keluhan otot rangka secara subyektif mencapai lebih dari 50% pada satu tahun dan tujuh hari terakhir pada anggota tubuh bagian atas yang meliputi leher, bahu, punggung atas, dan punggung bawah. Skor ROSA akhir 7-9 mengindikasikan perlu perbaikan segera. Adapun tingkat laporan diri  produktivitas individu secara umum cukup baik. Namun demikian, pekerja yang mengalami keluhan di bagian tubuh tertentu cenderung melaporkan tingkat produktivitas lebih rendah dibandingkan mereka yang tidak mengalami.  Usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan mencakup perbaikan fasilitas kerja dan organisasi kerja seperti pengaturan waktu istirahat, peregangan, dan ergonomi partisipatori. \u0000Abstract— Online sales people play pivotal roles in the success of the product sales through rapidly growing e-commerce business. Their types of work have been characterized by office work which correlate with the interactions among workers and the components of their workstations, including table/desk, chair, monitor, mouse, keyboard, telephone, and psychosocial factors. Working hours were mostly spent sedentary in front of computers which have been related with some musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) factors. This study aims to evaluate the prevalence of MSDs, risk factors for MSDS, and self-report individual productivity. This study employed a cross-sectional design, recruiting 30 online sales participants (total sampling) from a medium scale of muslim fashion industry in Gresik. The questionnaire included Standardized Nordic questionnaire for musculoskeletal disorders, Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) for identifying risk factors, and Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) for self-reported productivity. Permasalahan diketahui berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dengan kuesioner Nordic Body Map pada operator proses setting yang menunjukan adanya keluhan mengenai rasa sakit yang dialami oleh operator pada bagian lengan, punggung, pinggang dan lutut serta adanya beban kerja fisik yang berlebih dimana operator mengeluhkan adanya rasa sakit pada lengan dan bahu pada saat bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi beban kerja fisik dan risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders yang dialami operator. Identifikasi risiko pada aktifitas kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan skor akhir yang didapatkan untuk postur kerja pada proses setting adalah 8. Hasil dari penilaian menggunakan REBA menunjukan bahwa aktifitas kerja memiliki risiko tinggi dan perlu adanya perbaikan segera. Diketahui bahwa operator memiliki beban kerja fisik yang berlebih, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil pengukuran denyut nadi dan perhitungan konsumsi energy dimana diketahui bahwa kategori beban kerja fisik yang dialami oleh operator termasuk dalam kategori berat. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan untuk mengurangi beban kerja fisik adalah dengan menghitung kebutuhan waktu istirahat bagi operator yaitu selama 9,25 menit setiap melakukan pekerjaan selama 30 menit. Kemudian usulan rancangan berupa Mold Setting Bench untuk memperbaiki postur kerja operator memberikan nilai REBA dengan skor 3 dimana risiko MSDS menjadi lebih rendah.\u0000Abstract—. This research was conducted at PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia where indications of excessive physical workload and poor work posture were found in the setting process operator. Dampak dari banyaknya remanufaktur terhadap komponen blade lift cylinder D-8R ini menyebabkan leadtime pengiriman ke pelanggan menjadi lama. Hal ini akhirnya merugikan perusahaan dan juga pelanggan secara tidak langsung. Kajian awal mengungkapkan bahwa leadtime disebabkan oleh jumlah pemborosan (waste) pada proses produksi komponen blade lift cylinderD-8R. Adapun anlaisis terhadap pemborosan pada proses remanufaktur blade lift cylinder D-8R dapat menjadi strategi pilihan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan lean manufacturing sebagai pendekatan analisis 7 pemborosan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) Current Value Stream Mapping (CVSM) sebesar 30,4%, kemudian nilai PCE pada kondisi perbaikan Future Stream Mapping (FVSM) meningkat menjadi 84,6%. Dari hasil ini dapat diketahui adanya kenaikan sebesar 54,2%. Penurunan leadtime remanufaktur blade lift cylinder D-8R sekitar 10406 menit atau sekitar 63,9%. Dengan demikian, Pemborosan pada proses remanufaktur komponen blade lift cylinder D-8R dengan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dapat diidentifikasi dan leadtime menurun lebih dari separuh leadtime pada kondisi awal. \u0000Abstract— Blade Lift Cylinder D-8R is one of the hydraulic components of heavy equipment. The impact of the many remanufacturing of the blade lift cylinder components of the D-8R causes long lead times for delivery to customers. This ultimately harms the company and also the customers indirectly. Preliminary studies reveal that leadtime is caused by the amount of waste in the production process of the blade lift cylinderD-8R component. The analysis of waste in the remanufacturing process of the D-8R blade lift cylinder can be the strategy of choice. In this study, lean manufacturing is used as a waste analysis approach. The results showed that the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) Current Value Stream Mapping (CVSM) was 30.4%, then the PCE value in the improved condition of Future Stream Mapping (FVSM) increased to 84.6%. From these results, it can be seen that there was an increase of 54.2%. The decrease in leadtime for remanufacturing the blade lift cylinder of the D-8R is about 10406 ​​minutes or about 63.9%. Due to the increasing demand in 2020, there will be an increase in the quantity of items, which will cause the finished goods warehouse at PT X to reach capacity. This issue lengthens the flow through the warehouse and makes it easier for the items to sustain damage. To improve capacity, the firm is building a new finished goods warehouse, and it wants to organize the two warehouses so that the displacement time is as short as possible. This study utilized simulations to calculate the time and dedicated and class-based storage strategies to establish the layout. This study utilized simulations to determine the time and dedicated and class-based storage approaches to establish the layout. According to the findings, the dedicated storage technique has a total displacement distance of 703,952 meters and an average moving duration of 3.37 minutes per pallet.
