Coconut oil is one of the most important raw materials for making soap. There are two processes of making soap by saponification reaction, namely hot and cold processes. The purpose of this study was to provide scientific information about the benefits of adding the content of soap making. This research is expected to help improve the economy of coconut farmers in Indonesia. The materials used in this study were VCO, stearic acid, NaOH, glycerin, ethanol (70%), sorbitol solution (66.66%). This experimental research method uses laboratory experimental methods (pH and homogeneity tests) using descriptive analysis (using SPSS), to provide information about the manufacture of this soap product. The hot process method is carried out to streamline the saponification process in soap making so that ultra transparent soap products can be formed properly because the hot process has the advantage of accelerating the saponification reaction process. The manufacturing industry in the steel sub -sector is one of the strategic industries as it is a pillar of national development. Global competition requires companies to continuously improve the efficiency of their production activities, which is heavily influenced by the production planning process. With good production planning, it is hoped that the company can optimize the use of limited resources to achieve the company's goals. This study found that the most appropriate optimization to the real situation of the BjLS manufacturing industry is multivariate NLP with constraints on production volume, production time, raw material supply and budget to purchase raw materials. This study aims to measure the performance of gas station queues and propose a queuing line system optimization strategy with Multi Channel Single Phase (M/M/S) queuing model. Collect data using in -depth observations and interviews. Queuing data was taken for two weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic, daily from 06.00 to 20.00 WIB. Whereas work stress can directly affect the safety and health of workers. This is because work stress can trigger health problems and even work accidents. The method used is a quantitative method. The data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires with a total of 250 respondents were processed and analyzed using SPSS 22.00 software for windows. Factor 1 was able to explain 37.461% of variations, namely role ambiguity, role conflict, career development, work stress, work conflict. While factor 2 explains 20.126% of the variation which includes quantitative overload, qualitative overload. This is a consideration by the company to manage spare parts that can be controlled properly. The large number of machine components that vary with different types and types of machines causes the spare part controller to be able to arrange, give names, signs and labels, and store them to make it easier to search for these parts when needed for the process of replacing damaged parts. The parts availability management system requires data needs based on the type & type of machine, uniformity in mentioning the names of parts, functions and forms. Before the implementation of the parts keeper management system, it takes 35 minutes to find and get the parts needed. By applying the VESO and ROCEM classification methods, it can help in grouping, storing, and assisting in making component naming standards and determining how many parts are needed on an ROP basis. Delays in delivery can result in large losses as customer stop line losses will be charged to the company. Delivery delays also lead to reduced customer satisfaction and increased transportation costs. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize product delivery to customers to achieve timely delivery targets, achieve customer satisfaction, and transportation cost efficiency. This study aimed to find a solution to the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with the Cheapest-Insertion Heuristics (CIH) heuristic approach. Heuristic methods are methods used to solve problems by trial and error when the algorithmic approach is considered impractical and inefficient to produce a solution. Machine maintenance is a very important activity, so the interval of component replacement and machine maintenance must be scheduled more intelligently. incinerators as a tool to destroy waste and use the heat arising from the combustion of waste to be converted to steam production, where the steam is reused for the production process of making wrapping paper. And the Incinerator component is a conveyor belt used for the process of transferring the waste to be incinerated. The Ishikawa diagram or known as the fish bone diagram is one of the Seven Quality Tools methods used to find the cause of a problem. This method divides the problem into cause and effect which consists of several factors: machine, management, materials, manpower, environment, measurement, method. The result of this study is that there are factors that cause damage or stuck on the carry roller belt conveyor C101 there are 4 points including: a. Material (life time of material carrier rollers), b. Machine (excess load causing shaft damage), c. environment (environmental conditions and weather factors), d. The expectation of a company that implements KPI is the optimal achievement of the specified target even though the implementation of several components has not been achieved. Production Ratio is one of the company's KPIs, some Plants have not met the expected expectations. Likewise for the production of UMKM Bagus Bakery which has a production failure rate or NG product of 184 of the totalproduction of 4610 pieces or 3.99%. Based on fishbone diagram analysis, the causes of production process failure are material composition, unsanitary environment, oil temperature. XYZ is one of the large companies operating in the automotive sector as a manufacturer of two -wheeled and four -wheeled vehicles. In the production process, there are various types of plants, one of which is the die casting plant which focuses on the manufacture of cylinder heads. Inside the die casting, there is a part responsible for caring for and maintaining the mold or cylinder head mold, which is the mold maintenance part. Every workplace will always have the possibility of occupational accidents and illnesses. To control the risk of occupational accidents and diseases, it is necessary to identify the causes of hazards in the workplace and assess the level of risk so that adequate control and prevention of occupational accidents can be carried out. The incidence of accidents and injuries in the workplace can be reduced by using Occupational Safety Analysis. At one stage of the dies maintenance process, the upper dies cleaning process is carried out by the mold maintenance section. In the process, there is the potential for work accidents to be cut, pinched, exposed to sharp fragments and crushed by molds that stand without support. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential hazards in the process and action of upper dies cleaning. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and observational qualitative research. By conducting interviews with operators who run the process, in addition to conducting interviews, researchers also make observations about how operators work in the process. The method of analytical study is to see or observe and carry out the upper die cleaning process before any improvement, seen the potential for work accidents is very high because workers sit and carry out the cleaning process behind the upper die which is standing without safety. The potential hazards that may occur at the upper dies cleaning process stage are upper dies weighing up to 500 kg. The advice given is to develop by creating tools.
