Factor 1 was able to explain 37.461% of variations, namely role ambiguity, role conflict, career development, work stress, work conflict. While factor 2 explains 20.126% of the variation which includes quantitative overload, qualitative overload. 摘要

不舒服的工作环境是造成工作压力的重要原因。而工作压力会直接影响到工人的安全和健康。这是因为工作压力会引发健康问题,甚至是工作事故。所使用的方法是定量方法。使用SPSS 22.00软件对250名调查对象发放问卷的结果进行数据处理和分析。因子1能够解释37.461%的变异,即角色模糊、角色冲突、职业发展、工作压力、工作冲突。而因子2解释了20.126%的变异,其中包括定量过载,定性过载。从这些结果来看,为了减轻员工的工作压力,有必要为每个员工制定明确的sop,并进行领导和员工之间的团队建设会议,以减少工作量。
