Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data kuesioner dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), poin yang penting untuk diperbaiki dalam program pertukaran mahasiswa untuk kuesioner mahasiswa dan dosen adalah pengembangan Student Information System (SIS), pengembangan penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS). \u0000Abstract— The Student Exchange Program is part of the government program, namely Independent Learning Independent Campus.Industrial Engineering Department, Electrical Engineering Department, Mechanical Engineering Department and InformaticsEngineering Department, Faculty of Industrial Technology has implemented student exchange programs in the odd semester 2021/2022. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the implementation of student exchanges that is being run at the Faculty of Industrial Technology of Trisakti University and design improvements for the implementation of student exchange programs in the coming semester. Braja Mukti Cakra merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang menghasilkan produk komponen (machined products) yang berpresisi tinggi, berupa komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. Braja Mukti Cakra berada pada gudang bahan baku, dimana peletakan bahan baku yang belum optimal dikarenakan tidak adanya penamaan dan pembagian jenis material bahan baku pada rak atau pallet yang ada digudang. Hal ini menyebabkan operator kesulitan dalam mencari bahan baku yang akan dikirim ke lantai produksi dan mengakibatkan waktu pengambilan bahan baku menjadi lama sehingga akan terjadi keterlambatan dalam pengiriman ke lantai produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang model simulasi perbaikan tata letak gudang bahan baku dari area penyimpanan ke pintu keluar gudang yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan waktu perpindahan bahan baku. Pada penelitian ini langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah mengevaluasi tata letak gudang bahan baku menggunakan checksheet untuk mengetahui kondisi gudang bahan baku saat ini dan menggunakan peta aliran proses pengambilan bahan baku untuk mengetahui aliran proses pengambilan bahan baku. Selanjutnya dibuat model simulasi awal tata letak gudang bahan baku untuk memahami sistem aktual tersebut. Model yang telah dibangun kemudian diverifikasi dan divalidasi. Jika model dinyatakan valid, dilakukan perbaikan terhadap permasalahan yang ada dengan memperbaiki tata letak gudang bahan baku dan penempatan bahan baku yang ada dengan menggunakan metode shared storage sebagai usulan tata letak gudang bahan baku. Penempatan baku baku, memperhatikan bahan baku yang memiliki tujuan yang sama dan dibuat ke dalam rak atau pallet yang sama maupun letaknya berdekatan antara rak atau pallet yang satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga mendapatkan waktu yang lebih singkat dalam proses pengiriman. Jumlah usulan perbaikan pada tata letak gudang bahan baku adalah 3 usulan. Usulan pertama adalah penambahan material handling, usulan kedua menggunakan metode shared storage dan usulan ketiga menggunakan metode shared storage dan penambahan material handling. Untuk pemilihan usulan terbaik digunakan metode benferonni dan menggunakan hasil evaluasi checksheet. Usulan yang terbaik adalah usulan ketiga dengan waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan perpindahan bahan baku ke pintu keluar gudang yaitu sebesar 71.18 jam. Dibandingkan dengan model simulasi awal yang memiliki waktu pengambilan bahan baku dan perpindahan bahan baku ke pintu keluar gudang sebesar 122.23 jam. Dari usulan terbaik ini diperoleh penghematan waktu sebesar 51.05 jam atau sebesar 41.76 %. \u0000Abstract— PT. The pandemic causes instability in the Indonesian economy from demand and sales. The supply chain is a long process consisting of parties involved directly or indirectly in fulfilling customer needs: suppliers, manufacturers, shipping, warehouses, checking, and the customers themselves. In an increasingly dynamic and volatile global environment, various events threaten to disrupt supply chain operational activities. For example, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused supply chain management to be very vulnerable due to closing access and lockdown policy. Therefore, the designed supply chain system must withstand disruptions and recover quickly at a minimal cost. Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) is the ability of the supply chain to survive, adapt, and overcome operational disruptions that can damage the supply chain system so that the supply chain can quickly recover from disruptions and reconstruct the supply chain to be stronger than before. SCR has attributes that enable companies to anticipate and overcome disruptions. The Automotive Industry in Indonesia needs to identify what capabilities have been or will be used to anticipate supply chain disruptions which are then quantified to find out which capabilities have the most effect on increasing supply chain resilience. To ensure the patient has a kidney failure, a doctor assesses one parameter like creatinine. Unfortunately, the existing system does not have a stable ecosystem towards classification and optimization due to inaccurate measurement methods and lack of justification of significant parameters, which will influence the accuracy of diagnosis. The objective is to apply the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system (MTS) in the MFlex program. The data is collected at Bandar Pekan clinic with 34 parameters. Two types of MTS methods are used, such as RT-Method and T-Method, for classification and optimization. As a result, the RT-Method can classify healthy and unhealthy samples, while the T-Method can evaluate the significant parameters in terms of the degree of contribution. Fifteen unknown samples have been diagnosed with different positive and negative degrees of contribution to achieving lower MD. The best-proposed solution is type 5 of 6 modifications because it shows the highest MD value than others. This study aimed to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction on e-wallet continuance intention. This study focused on customers of e-wallets in Indonesia. This research was quantitative research with data collection used the purposive sampling technique. This sampling was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 97 e-wallet customers in Indonesia, with eight questionnaires being rejected due to unmet criteria. Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLSPM) was used to test the hypotheses. The Technology Acceptance Model and the Technology Readiness Index model were combined to identify the critical factors influencing the intention to use Learning Management System. Several development concepts include integrating the ecological aspect into the supply chain to reduce environmental degradation. In implementing the idea, companies in the agriculture industry need to evaluate their performance in the environmental area. This measure­ment uses the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR) Model that provides its entire supply chain aspect. This study demonstrates that the enable parameter criterion, which shows the magnitude of employee management toward environmental requirements, significantly impacts supply chain performance. Other criteria are also critical, such as a plan that considers every entity's usage and a source that considers the supply of the entities. The performance measurement produces a 6.357 value in the yellow color category with an average condition in the company. One of the DSS methods is the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (IFAHP) and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Tomada de Decisao Interativa Multicriterio (IFTODIM). This study applied the IFAHP method combined with the IFTODIM method to select the best freight forwarding company at PT Progressio Indonesia. PT Progression Indonesia is a manufacturing and retail company that produces furniture. There are 11 criteria used in the performance assessment of the four alternatives. This research shows that the best freight forwarding company at PT Progressio Indonesia is Kobra Express, with a comprehensive value of 1.000. The second is Herona Express, with a comprehensive value of 0.9437, followed by Indah Logistik Cargo, with a comprehensive value of 0.7005. However, it has to allocate some of the profit to the community development in the form of corporate social responsibility. Along with the importance of the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), many companies consider the social effects of their supply chain activities. In this paper, we address a problem determining the optimal order allocation, carrier selection, and the amount of CSR in a single product, multi-suppliers, and multiple periods environment. A goal programming model was developed to solve the problem by considering all-unit quantity discounts, the lateness of deliveries, and rejections. LINGO 18.0 was used to solve the model. The results of optimization show that all the goals are achieved. Based on the sensitivity analysis results, the proposed model is relatively insensitive to the goals of the profit and social value unless at the increases of 24% of both goals. For the goals of defect items and late delivery items, both goals affect the objective function when each goal is decreased. The logistics sector is one of the sectors with an increase in fuel consumption. Therefore, route optimization is one of the attempts to solve the problem of minimization fuel consumption. In addition, this problem generally also has time windows. This study aimed to solve the Green Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (GVRPTW) using the Camel Algorithm (CA). The objective function in this problem was to minimize the total cost of distribution, which involves the cost of fuel consumption and the cost of late delivery. The CA parameter experiment was conducted to determine the effect of the parameter on distribution cost and the computation time. In addition, this study also compared the CA algorithm's performance with the Local search algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, and Ant Colony Optimization. Results of this study indicated that the use of Camel population parameters and the total journey step affected the quality of the solution.
