Faktor lingkungan kerja fisik adalah salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat memengaruhi dalam kerja mental seseorang. Potensi timbulnya bahaya atau penyakit karena kerja dapat memengaruhi kesehatan karyawan dan hal ini sering muncul dari tempat bekerja. PT ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta nasional yang bergerak di bidang industri pengecoran logam pipa air mineral yang masih menggunakan bantuan tenaga manusia. Dalam pelaksanaan produksinya, PT ABC memiliki beberapa kondisi lingkungan yang kurang mendukung pekerjaan karyawan. Maka dari itu, dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis lingkungan kerja fisik khususnya faktor suhu dan kebisingan lingkungan pekerjaan dan memberikan rekomendasi agar pekerja dapat bekerja lebih aman dan nyaman sehingga tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerjanya. Pengumpulan data pengukuran lingkungan kerja fisik dilakukan dengan alat Envirometer 4in1 dan kemudian perhitungan faktor suhu dengan LTM5. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis masalah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengukuran suhu ruangan sebesar 30,5˚C hingga 32,4˚C pada waktu pagi dan sebesar 31,7˚C hingga 34,3˚C pada waktu siang. Sedangkan, pada hasil pengolahan data tingkat kebisingan didapatkan hasil sebesar 90,06 dB. Rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja pada faktor suhu yaitu menambahkan ventilasi, menyediakan blower di area kerja, menyediakan air minum bergaram natrium cukup, dan menanam tumbuhan di sekitar area ruangan sehingga terasa lebih sejuk. Sedangkan, pada faktor kebisingan yaitu dapat disediakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), memberikan penyuluhan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), dan menyesuaikan jam kerja dengan waktu istirahat yang disarankan oleh KEMNAKER tahun 1999. \u0000Abstract— The physical work environment is something that must be considered to realize the productivity of workers in carrying out their duties. Factors of the physical work environment are one of the external factors that can influence in the mental work of workers. The potential for occupational hazards or illnesses can affect the health of employees and this often arises from the workplace. PT ABC is one of the national private companies engaged in the mineral water pipe metal casting industry which still uses the help of human labour. In the implementation of its production, PT ABC has several environmental conditions that do not support the work of employees. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi saat ini proses extruding menjadi bottle neck karena memiliki kapasitas terendah dibandingkan proses yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi pada proses extruding. Penelitian terdiri dari sub model perhitungan kapasitas extruding, sub model peramalan permintaan produksi ban dan sub model pengambilan keputusan. Perhitungan kapasitas produksi dilakukan dengan metode calculated capacity, peramalan menggunakan metode DMA dan regresi linear dan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan pohon keputusan dengan metode perhitungan expected monetary value. Hasil analisis sistem menunjukkan bahwa extruding memiliki kapasitas terendah dibanding proses yang lain, hal ini dikuatkan berdasarkan hasil sub model perhitungan kapasitas extruding yaitu 80.190 pcs/hari. Sub model peramalan permintaan menunjukkan trend permintaan yang cenderung meningkat dengan rata-rata permintaan per hari 98.376 pcs/hari. Alternatif pilihan peningkatan kapasitas yang diusulkan adalah pengaturan waktu kerja, penambahan tenaga kerja dan investasi mesin. Kriteria keputusan adalah jumlah produksi extruding, usulan peningkatan kapasitas yang terpilih berdasarkan model keputusan menggunakan pohon keputusan adalah melakukan penambahan tenaga kerja dari 4 orang/shift menjadi 6 orang/shift. Estimasi peningkatan kapasitas extruding menjadi 104.671 pcs/hari dari 86.000 pcs/hari. Hasil model keputusan metode pohon keputusan dari 3 alternatif usulan menunjukkan, alternatif peningkatan kapasitas proses extruding yang terbaik adalah penambahan tenaga kerja. Pemilihan alternatif peningkatan kapasitas menggunakan pohon keputusan terbukti dapat menjadi solusi perusahaan menentukan alternatif pilihan terbaik sesuai kriteria dan perhitungan resiko masa mendatang. \u0000Abstract— increasing production capacity in the extruding process is important because the extruding is one of the main processes in the manufacture of motorcycle tires. The problem identified is the extruding process becomes a bottle neck because it has the lowest capacity compared to other processes. This study aims to design a decision-making model to capacity up in the extruding. The research consists of a sub-model of calculating extrusion capacity, a sub-model of forecasting a production demand of tire and a sub-model of decision-making. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh waktu tunggu, nilai pelanggan, pelayanan prima, dan kewajaran harga terhadap kepuasan pasien, (2) menganalisis efek mediasi pelayanan prima dalam pengaruh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien, (3) menganalisis efek moderasi kewajaran harga dalam pengaruh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif berbasis survei kepada pasien di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik sampling yang menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 96 orang responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian memperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara waktu tunggu, nilai pelanggan, dan pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit “X” di Kota Pekanbaru. Pengujian efek mediasi diperoleh bahwa pelayanan prima mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh yang diberikan oleh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien. This study aimed to determine; (1) analyze the effect of waiting time, customer perceived value, excellent services, and price on satisfaction, (2) analyze the mediation effect of excellent services in terms of waiting time and perceived value on satisfaction, (3) analyzed moderated effect of price in terms of waiting time and perceived value on satisfaction. Quantitative analysis was adopted as an approach to this study based on a survey analysis of several patients in a private hospital in Pekanbaru. Accidental sampling was applied as a technique sampling to determine 96 respondents—the data analysis technique used SEM-PLS; warpPLS tool. This study's result revealed a significant effect of waiting time, perceived value, excellent services, and price on satisfaction. Moreover, the mediation effect testing showed that excellent services could be a partial mediation on satisfaction. Sensory analysis was carried out on 3 samples using a descriptive test on 13 semi-trained panelists. The results of this study were that the panelists preferred KK because it had a distinctive milky aroma and a strong cheese characteristic; stronger milk, cheese, savory, salty flavors; good sliceability; softer texture and mouthfeel. Pemilihan jenis kain yang tepat berperan penting dalam mendukung kenyamanan penggunaan dari kotak makan, terutama ketika berpergian. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan meneliti kepentingan beberapa kriteria tas kotak makan dengan penjual kain, penjahit kain, dan penjahit tas di Kota Medan yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian berperan sebagai rekomendasi bagi penjahit tas ketika ingin memproduksi tas kotak makan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan metode WP, maka dapat disarankan pemilihan untuk jenis kain polyester sebagai lapisan luar dan kain spunbound sebagai lapisan dalam. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan penggunaan metode TOPSIS, maka dapat disarankan pemilihan jenis kain untuk lapisan dalam menggunakan kain spunbound, dan untuk lapisan luar menggunakan jenis kain oxford. \u0000Abstract— This study aims to select the appropriate type of fabric for the outer and inner layers of lunch box bags. The selection of the right type of fabric plays an important role in supporting the comfortable use of the lunch box, especially when traveling. This study uses the Weighted Product (WP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) by examining the importance of several criteria for lunchbox bags with cloth sellers, cloth tailors, and bag tailors in Medan City who are the research subjects. The results of the study serve as recommendations for bag tailors when they want to produce lunch box bags. Based on the results of the analysis using the WP method, it can be recommended to choose the type of polyester fabric as the outer layer and spunbound fabric as the inner layer. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang banyak terjadi di sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) dan tindakan pencegahan kerusakan serta penanggulangannya. Berdasarkan metode yang tepat akan dihasilkan suatu prioritas perbaikan yang tepat pula. Banyak industri khususnya pembangkit listrik menggunakan metodologi yang disebut Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) yang didalamnya terdapat Risk Priority Number (RPN). Didalam RPN berisi beberapa faktor antara lain tingkat keparahan (Severity), peringkat terjadinya kegagalan (Occurrence) dan peringkat mendeteksi terjadinya kegagalan (Detectable). Dengan penyusunan FMEA pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya akan meningkatkan kehandalan sisitem tersebut sehingga biaya operasional akan lebih murah dan harga jual listriknya akan terjangkau masyarakat.Abstract— On 12 December 2015 a Conference of the Parties 21 (COP) was held in Paris which aims to limit global warming to below 2 oC and even better if it can reach 1.5 oC. Currently the use of solar energy into electrical energy is very massively applied and technological developments are also increasing rapidly. Routine and proper maintenance greatly reduces production costs so that the selling price of electricity becomes cheap. This study aims to determine the damage that occurs in the Solar Power Generation system (PLTS) and the prevention and control of damage. Based on the right method, an appropriate improvement priority will also be generated.Many industries, especially power plants, use a methodology called Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) which includes a Risk Priority Number (RPN). Permasalahan rute yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah kendaraan kadang-kadang datang terlambat sehingga pengiriman harus dijadwalkan ulang. Selain itu pemilihan kendaraan yang tepat untuk mengunjungi retail akan mempengaruhi total biaya bahan bakar yang dikeluarkan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan perusahaan, penelitian ini mengusulkan penentuan rute dengan menggunakan algoritma sequential insertion. Dengan menggunakan algoritma ini, terbentuk 3 rute dengan jarak tempuh yang lebih minimum dan kedatangan kendaraan berada pada jam buka dan tutup pada masing-masing retail. Penghematan biaya bahan bakar dengan rute usulan sebesar 45,31% atau sejumlah Rp 254.720. \u0000Abstract— PT Sarwa Jaya Bersama is a distributor of corn vermicelli located in Surabaya. In distributing these products, retailers have opening and closing hours and the vehicles used have different capacities. The route problem faced by the company is that vehicles sometimes arrive late so deliveries must be rescheduled. In addition, the selection of the right vehicle to visit the retail will affect the total fuel costs incurred. To solve the company's problems, this research proposes determining the route by using sequential insertion algorithm. By using this algorithm, 3 routes are formed with a minimum mileage and vehicle arrivals are at the opening and closing hours of each retail. Sudah banyak rekomendasi penyelesaian dari masalah ini, namun belum ada yang mengambil insight dan merumuskannya menjadi satu kesatuan. Padahal hal ini sangat penting agar para pendidik dari semua kalangan dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikan dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebuah framework yang berisi konsep pembelajaran digital yang dapat menjadi solusi mengatasi tantangan dan permasalahan pada pembelajaran di era digital yang selanjutnya dinamakan ThreeS Framework. ThreeS Framework merupakan tiga aspek yang dapat menyukseskan pembelajaran di era digital, yaitu “Sifat Pembelajaran, Sistem Platform, dan Siklus Pembelajaran”. This situation is challenging for education systems around the world and forcing educators to shift to information and communication technology-based learning. Challenges and problems in distance learning with the use of technology are very diverse. Starting from the limitations and disturbances of the internet, difficulties in accessing learning platforms, boring learning systems, and difficulties in understanding the material. This condition will have a negative effect on student learning outcomes which in turn can affect the results of Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) and Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK). Pengukuran hanya dilakukan pada bagian – bagian yang dianggap perlu oleh perusahaan, sehingga tidak menginformasikan upaya – upaya yang harus diambil saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengukur kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Vendor Anak Indonesia membutuhkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC), yang mampu mendapatkan hasil pengukuran kinerja secara keseluruhan berdasarkan aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pada tahap awal perancangan BSC, dilakukan penjabaran visi, misi, tujuan dan strategi yang dilakukan analisa terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal menggunakan analisa SWOT untuk memperoleh strategi - strategi yang akan menghasilkan tujuan strategis, dan diperoleh 8 tujuan strategis yang akan dimasukkan kedalam 4 perspektif BSC. Setelah itu, menentukan tolok ukur, target dan inisiatif strategi untuk tiap tujuan strategis, lalu pembuatan Peta Strategi untuk menggambarkan keterkaitan antar tujuan strategis. Sebelum melakukan pengukuran kinerja, dilakukan penentuan Skala Penilaian Pembobotan terhadap tujuan strategis yang saling terkait menggunakan metode Pairwise Comparison. Tahap akhir adalah pengukuran kinerja dengan menghitung skor tiap perspektif dan perusahaan secara menyeluruh, dan diperoleh hasil pengukuran kinerja perusahaan pada perspektif finansial dengan bobot 0.25 dan score 5.00 dengan skala penilaian ,pada perspektif pelanggan memiliki bobot 0.25 dengan score 4.73, pada proses bisnis internal memiliki bobot 0.25 dengan score 4.19 dan perspektif pembelajaran pertumbuhan dengan bobot 0.25 dengan score 4.56 dan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4.62 yang tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dari skala 4.21 – 5.00 pada penilaian skala Likert. \u0000Abstract—PT.
