Kondisi inilah yang memacu untuk tumbuhnya kedai-kedai  kopi  dengan mengusung  berbagai macam konsep  dalam  upaya  meningkatkan  kepuasan  konsumen. Kedai kopi X merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang berada di kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang termasuk dalam tahap perkembangan. Terjadinya penurunan jumlah konsumen di Kedai kopi X membuat usaha ini tidak mencapai target yang telah ditentukan dan semakin dituntut agar bergerak lebih cepat dalam hal menarik konsumen. Guna meningkatkan hal itu, perlu dilakukan analisis yang bertujuan dapat mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap Kedai kopi X. Tingkat  kepuasan konsumen dapat diukur dengan mengunakan  instrumen  dimensi  bukti  fisik  (tangible),  kehandalan (reliability),  ketanggapan  (responsiveness),  jaminan  (assurance),  dan perhatian (empathy). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The existing problem is that the law prohibits nickel ore exports, and the policy of industrial downstream causes delays in the process of nickel processing. The problems happen because Indonesia's nickel industry is still incapable of downstream. As a result, the nickel supply chain faces dynamic and complex events that can disrupt operational activities. At the same time, supply chains need to withstand and recover from disruptions quickly. Therefore, Supply Chain Resilience, which is the ability to survive, adapt, and recover from disruptions to meet customer needs, is needed. This study uses system dynamics to analyze complex and dynamic systems to provide more practical policy advice. The system dynamics model starts by building a conceptual model through a system diagram. Inside the model is a causal loop diagram, then proceeds with developing a quantitative stock flow diagram (SFD) model. The prediction of cognitive stress state is important to better monitor work performance. This study aims to explore machine learning models to detect cognitive load or state using heart rate variability (HRV) signals. HRV data were recorded from thirty subjects during rest, two cognitive tasks (d2 Attention and Featuring Switcher task), and recovery. Seven HRV indexes from both time and frequency domains, extracted from raw R-R intervals, were used to identify whether subjects performed cognitive tasks or not. Five classifier models: linear support vector machine (LSVM), kernel SVM radial basis function, k-nearest neighbor (KNN), and random forest (RF), were trained and evaluated using a leave-one-out cross-validation approach. The accuracies and F1-score range from 0.54 to 0.62, with LSVM, showing the best. These acceptable performances indicate the machine learning approach could be used to further distinguish between rest and cognitive state. Organic certification is one way to expand the market. The aim of this study is analyze the effect of SNI 6729: 2016 certification on purchase intention and purchase behavior of organic vegetables in Indonesia so that PT Rumah Roti can take the right decision. To see the effect of SNI 6729 : 2016, this study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior model. Data processing was used in the PLS-SEM method. The results of this study prove that the variables perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and perceived quality have a significant effect on purchase intention in organic vegetables and awareness has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between purchase intention and purchase behavior. In addition, it was found that purchase intention has a significant effect on purchase behavior. Halal certification is now a step businesses can take to increase their successful business performance. This study aims to provide business actors with a deeper understanding of the impact of halal certification on company performance by analyzing the effect of halal certification on logistic performance and financial performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based on processed meat and cowhide in Surakarta. This study is based on a purposive sampling survey of SMEs producing processed meat and cowhide in Surakarta that has obtained halal certification. The PLS-SEM method was used to process the data. This research shows that halal certification has a good and significant impact on the logistical and financial performance of SMEs producing processed meat and cowhide in Surakarta. In its early form, it was used extensively in the quantitative analysis of newspapers, and its applications later evolved to include electronic media such as radio and television. It has recently been applied to digital media, including the Internet. However, the use of content analysis in analyzing online content has been chiefly applied to static content, such as ‘static’ websites, in the early days of the Internet. Studies that involve its use in analyzing dynamic Internet content—for example, content that resides behind databases—are relatively much less common. This article is not written as a research paper per se. This article will instead discuss reflections on the efficacy of content analysis as a research method when applied to dynamic content such as DRs by using a previous study, which has applied content analysis to the dynamic content of digital repositories (DRs), as a case study. The previous study used as the basis for this article had applied content analysis to several DRs using manual counting by the researcher. In the process, several idiosyncrasies in terms of the way institutions populate their DRs with digital objects and the user metadata to facilitate discoverability of those digital objects were encountered that have introduced some ‘complication.’ This article will focus on how content analysis, as a research method, can be adapted to account for those idiosyncrasies to produce better results. One of the critical problems in distribution is the vehicle routing problem. This research proposes the Improved Ant Colony Optimization (IACO) algorithm to solve the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). The main objective is to minimize the total vehicle mileage by considering the vehicle capacity and customer time windows. The proposed IACO algorithm is inspired by the conventional Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm by adding local search and mutation processes. Numerical experiments were conducted to test that the routes generated did not violate the customer's time window constraints. In addition, this study also compares the proposed IACO algorithm routes with other metaheuristic algorithms, namely ACO classic and Tabu Search. In addition, this investigation was carried out by experimenting with the number of iterations. The application of GP is a tool to evaluate the quality of the environment. For instance, an industry of crispy fried chicken drains the chicken's wash water, pours cooking oil, and slurries down the drain. It will diminish water quality. This research aims to assess Environment Performance Index (EPI) and prevent environmental damage by creating crispy chicken. The initial step must be identifying waste, creating a material balance diagram, calculating EPI and productivity, and proposing alternatives. This research indicates that pollution levels in this industry are extremely high. Environmental Service testing of production wastewater revealed BOD values of 769mg/l, COD values of 1699mg/l, TSS values of 2536mg/l, and an EPI Index of -31,05 exceed government standards. The result indicates that production enhancements must continue. As a consequence, feasibility studies for generating industries for La2O3 production are required, particularly in developing countries. The purpose of this research was to evaluate and investigate the prospect of the production of La2O3 nanoparticles. This study was carried out to determine whether large-scale La2O3 production using solution combustion (SC) and hydrothermal supercritical water conditions (HSWC) is profitable or not.  The analysis method was evaluated based on economic evaluation parameters such as gross profit margin, payback period, and cumulative net present value, while also taking technical aspects into account by designing commercial tools.  An economic evaluation was made based on estimates of ideal conditions, such as tax increases, changes in raw materials, sales, workers' salaries, and utility costs. The results of the analysis show that the best method, and has great advantages, was the HSWC method. Based on an engineering perspective, this method produces 4.08 tons of La2O3 in 20 years of production. This research aimed to analyze noise exposure in the kernel recovery station in the manufacturing process of palm oil. We conduct some measurements and calculations for noise exposure analysis to get the Equivalent Noise Level (Leq) value during the daytime for each measurement point. The noise measurement was conducted on four machines, including a depericarper and polishing drum machine, ripple mill machine, silo dryer machine, and clay bath machine. In addition, this research showed noise contour mapping to define the noise distribution.  The results of this research are that only the clay bath machine had Ls below the threshold. The clay bath machine workstation has good noise levels. The Depericarper, Polishing Drum, Ripple Mill, and Silo Dryer Machine must be quieter. Thus, this research used the Hierarchy of Control Approach to reduce and control hazardous noise exposure.
