Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, jika peramalan menggunakan metode single exponential smoothing dalam pengadaan bahan baku kalsium karbida akan diperoleh grafik penggunaan RAMP yang lebih banyak dan cenderung naik dari waktu ke waktu, sedangkan bahan baku tepung spar memperoleh grafik penggunaan yang lebih miring daripada penggunaan aktual dan variabel dan cenderung menurun. Jumlah persediaan calcium carbide safety sebesar 184.289 unit/hari dan tepung spar sebesar 13.462 unit/hari, batas atau titik pemesanan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk kalsium karbida sebesar 192.318 unit/hari dan tepung spar sebesar 13.951 unit/hari, dan frekuensi pembelian bahan baku kalsium karbida dan tepung spar optimal adalah dua belas kali lipat dari pembelian bahan baku dalam satu periode. \nAbstract— Forecasting and controlling the supply of calcium carbide and flour spar raw materials at PT XYZ Southeast Sulawesi, has a special purpose to predict and determine the optimal and efficient supply of raw materials so as to minimize the occurrence of excess stock and lack of stock. Based on the results of calculations, if forecasting using the single exponential smoothing method in the procurement of calcium carbide raw materials will be obtained more RAMP usage graph and tend to rise over time, while the raw material flour spar obtained more sloping usage graph than actual use and variable and tend to decrease.
