Untuk mengatasi hal ini serta untuk mencapai kestabilan performa crane, maka perlu adanya tindakan perawatan yang intensif pada setiap komponen crane. Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), digunakan untuk mengetahui interval waktu perawatan dan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dilakukannya perawatan terencana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada 4 komponen kritis pada mesin Crane Abus yang perlu memperoleh prioritas tindakan perawatan dengan periode waktu interval perawatan untukmasing-masing komponen sebesar 44,5 jam untuk motor 3 phase, 13,6 jam untuk komponen brake, 149,16 jam untuk komponen MCB 1 Phase dan 101,69 jam untuk komponen. Before carrying out the company's production process, it is necessary to check raw material inventories. However, the supply of raw materials still needs a reference in order to obtain optimal supplies. Based on this, we need a good raw material requirements planning system using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system. The accuracy of delivery of goods to consumers is strongly influenced by the availability of raw materials on time so that the decision-making process for planning the right raw material needs is an important activity in the company. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pabrik AMDK yang berada di NTB dikarenakan sering terjadinya permasalahan terkait proses supply chain yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko prioritas dan menentukan strategi mitigasi untuk meminimasi risiko yang dapat terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk menentukan nilai severity dari risk event dan nilai occurance dari risk agent, penggunaan AHP juga dibutuhkan untuk membandingkan antara risiko yang satu dengan risiko lain yang akan dilakukan pada perbandingan berpasangan. Sedangkan house of risk untuk menentukan prioritas risiko dan prioritas strategi mitigasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 risk agent prioritas dan 7 strategi mitigasi untuk menangani 3 risk agent prioritas yaitu risk agent A1, A2 dan A25 dan Strategi mitigasi prioritas SM3, SM1, SM2, SM5, SM7, SM4, dan SM 6. \u0000Abstract—The risks that occur in the supply chain management process can result in disruption of the processing of raw materials into finished goods which can harm the company. This research was conducted at an AMDK factory located in NTB due to the frequent occurrence of problems related to the supply chain process that could affect the company. So the purpose of this study is to determine priority risks and determine mitigation strategies to minimize risks that may occur. This study uses the AHP method to determine the severity value of the risk event and the occurrence value of the risk agent, the use of AHP is also needed to compare one risk to another which will be carried out in pairwise comparisons. Meanwhile, the house of risk is to determine risk priorities and mitigation strategy priorities. Kasus yang diangkat adalah opini publik dari data Twitter terkait kebijakan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) minyak goreng yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah pada awal April 2022. Tahap penelitian diawali dengan proses crawling dengan bantuan Twitter API menggunakan kata kunci Minyak Goreng BLT dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap pra-pemrosesan data dan pelabelan secara manual. Data teks yang bersih dan memiliki label kemudian dibelah menjadi data latih (90%) dan data uji (10%) dan diubah menjadi data numerik dengan menggunakan model BOW dan TF-IDF untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai input pada algoritma klasifikasi. Proses crawling menghasilkan   5058 tweet dan menyusut menjadi 1335 tweet bersih setelah pra-pemrosesan data. Terdapat 25,62% tweet positif, 14,38 % tweet negatif, dan 60% tweet netral. Hasil perbandingan model ekstraksi ciri dan algoritma klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa model dengan performansi tertinggi diperoleh melalui model regresi logistik dengan BOW (LR-BOW) yang menghasilkan F1-score sebesar 0,70 dan akurasi sebesar 0,72. Hasil prediksi sentiment dengan model terbaik dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Sosial dan Kementerian Perdagangan untuk lebih memperkuat tema kebijakan BLT yang membangkitkan sentiment positif serta memperbaiki tema yang membangkitkan sentiment negative. \u0000Abstract—This study aims to compare the classification performance of the Naïve Bayes (NB) and Logistics Regression (LR) methods using two feature extraction models, namely Count Bag of Word. (BOW) and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). The case raised is public opinion from Twitter data related to the Cooking Oil Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) policy issued by the Government in early April 2022. The research phase begins with a crawling process with the help of the Twitter API using the keyword BLT Cooking Oil and continues with the pre-processing stage of data and manual labeling.. The clean and labeled text data were then split into training data (90%) and test data (10%) and converted into numeric data using the BOW and TF-IDF models to be used as input to the classification algorithm. The crawling process resulted in 5058 tweets and shrunk to 1335 clean tweets after data pre-processing. There were 25.62% positive tweets, 14.38% negative tweets, and 60% neutral tweets. The results of the comparison of feature extraction models and classification algorithms show that the model with the highest performance is obtained through a logistic regression model with BOW (LR-BOW) which produces an F1-score of 0.70 and an accuracy of 0.72. Hal ini sangat merugikan bagi pemilik kapal karena tidak dapat mengoperasikan kapal sesuai waktu yang direncanakan. Permasalahan industri galangan kapal nasional dalam pembangunan kapal baru perlu diidentifikasi sehingga dapat diketahui langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalkan resiko keterlambatan pembangunan kapal yang merugikan pihak pemilik kapal dan galangan kapal. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi resiko pada pembangunan, reparasi dan kecelakaan kapal saat beroperasi sesuai dengan resiko-resiko yang di-cover oleh pihak asuransi guna mengurangi resiko. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan survei yang dilakukan di 6(enam) lokasi, yaitu: Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Bitung, dan Sorong. Kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengetahui resiko-resiko, dan selanjutnya nilai secara kuantifikasi dari resiko tersebut dianalisis metode statistik dengan rumus Likert. Hasil didapatkan bahwa resiko-resiko yang dialami saat pembangunan kapal, reparasi maupun kecelakaan saat kapal beroperasi menunjukkan besar bobot sekitar 0,39 – 0,85, dimana artinya kapal perlu diasuransikan baik saat kapal dibangun di galangan kapal, maupun saat reparasi serta pengoperasian kapal. \u0000Abstract— In the new ship building, as well as ship repair, there is always the potential for delays in the completion of ships. This is very detrimental for ship owners because they cannot operate the ship according to the planned time. The problems of the national shipbuilding industry in the construction of new ships need to be identified so that it can be seen what steps need to be taken to minimize the risk of shipbuilding delays that are detrimental to ship owners and shipyards.  The purpose of this study is to identify risks in the construction, repair and accident of ships while operating in accordance with the risks covered by the insurance company in order to reduce the risk. The research methodology uses questionnaires and surveys conducted in 6 (six) locations, namely: Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Bitung, and Sorong. Questionnaires were conducted to determine the risks, and then the quantifiable value of these risks was analyzed by statistical methods using the Likert formula. Adanya covid-19 serta kebijakan-kebijakan terkait pandemi covid-19 seperti PPKM dan lockdown secara langsung dapat mengganggu kinerja rantai pasok pada industri otomotif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu adanya rancangan sistem rantai pasok industri otomotif yang dapat menahan gangguan serta dapat pulih dari gangguan dengan biaya dan waktu seminimal mungkin.  Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) memiliki faktor vulnerability yang merupakan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perusahaan rentan terhadap gangguan. Untuk membantu perusahaan-perusahaan otomotif dapat mengatasi disrupsi yang dapat mengganggu sistem rantai pasoknya, maka diperlukan identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor vulnerability apa saja yang dapat mengganggu sistem rantai pasok industri otomotif serta bagaimana tingkat pengaruh antar faktor tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory) yang dapat memvisualisasikan hubungan kausal antara faktor-faktor melalui diagram sebab-akibat dan menunjukkan sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut saling mempengaruhi.\u0000Abstract—The automotive industry is one of the business sectors that has been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has implications for the instability of Indonesia's economic conditions. The existence of covid-19 and policies related to the covid-19 pandemic such as PPKM and lockdowns can directly disrupt supply chain performance in the automotive industry. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design a supply chain system for the automotive industry that can withstand disturbances and can recover from disruptions with minimal cost and time. Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) has a vulnerability factor which is a factor that makes a company vulnerable to disruption. To help automotive companies overcome disruptions that can disrupt their supply chain systems, it is necessary to identify any vulnerability factors that can disrupt the automotive industry supply chain system and the level of influence between these factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi dan mengklasifikasikan SCD daya saing UMKM Pedesaan. Desain penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode purpose sampling. Metode Analisis data menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) untuk mendapatkan model konfirmasi. Selanjutnya, metode Machine Learning untuk menemukan model klasifikasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor inventori menjadi penggerak daya saing terbesar di UMKM pedesaan. Kemudian secara berurutan yaitu faktor transportasi, sourcing, informasi, fasilitas, dan harga. Hasil selanjutnya disimpulkan 5 indikator teratas dari klasifikasi level daya saing High, Middle, Low. Implikasinya untuk pengembangan daya saing UMKM pedesaan, yakni dengan menerapkan strategi bauran dari 5 indikator tersebut. Yang meliputi route of transportation, lead time of supplier, variation of inventories, utility of facility, dan purchase quantity of supplier. \u0000Abstract— Supply chain drivers (SCD) as a driver of the competitiveness of Rural MSMEs, is a topic that needs to be studied. This study aims to confirm and classify the SCD of Rural MSME competitiveness. Quantitative research design using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis method uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to obtain a confirmation model. Next, the Machine Learning method for finding a classification model. The results of the study concluded that the inventory factor is the biggest driver of competitiveness in rural SMEs. Then sequentially namely transportation factors, sourcing, information, facilities, and prices. The next result concludes the top 5 indicators from the classification level of competitiveness High, Middle, Low. The implication for developing the competitiveness of rural MSMEs is by implementing a mix strategy of the 5 indicators. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi produk sesuai dengan pesanan perusahaan lain, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan sangat bervariasi dari segi bentuk maupun ukuran. Dari banyaknya variasi produk yang dihasilkan, seluruh produk yang dibuat harus melewati proses pemotongan raw material menggunakan mesin slitter. Dalam proses pemotongan ini, pekerja memiliki berbagai keluhan dan permasalahan dalam mengoperasikan mesin slitter. Maka dari itu diperlukan analisis perancangan alat bantu dengan menggunakan model integrasi antara AD dan HOQ atau sering disebut Axiomatic House of Quality (AHOQ). Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode AHOQ dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data. Dari AHOQ yang sudah didapatkan terdapat 3 macam kombinasi alternatif konsep desain. Dari 3 macam tersebut terdapat 4 komponen DP yaitu penahan, roda, sistem lipat, dan dimensi alat bantu. Terdapat 2 alternatif dari setiap komponen kecuali pada DP dimensi alat bantu. Pada setiap kombinasi alternatif memiliki masing-masing kelebihan dan kekurangan tanpa mengurangi fungsi utama yang diinginkan oleh para operator mesin slitter. \u0000Abstract— – PT. XYZ is a company that produces products according to orders from other companies, so the products produced vary greatly in terms of shape and size. Of the many variations of products produced, all products made must go through the process of cutting raw materials using a slitter machine. In this cutting process, workers have complaints with the slitter machine. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to analyze the design of tools using the integration model between AD and HOQ or often called the Axiomatic House of Quality (AHOQ). This research was conducted using the AHOQ method with observation, interviews, and data analysis techniques. From the AHOQ that has been obtained, there are 3 kinds of alternative combinations of design concepts. Of the 3 types, there are 4 DP components, namely retainers, wheels, folding systems, and dimensions of tools. There are 2 alternatives for each component except for the DP dimension of the tool. Sumber Pangan Jaya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik Bulaf Café, ditemukan permasalahan berupa penurunan penjualan pada Bulaf Café, maka dari itu Bulaf Café perlu suatu model  bisnis baru yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memberikan inovasi baru yang adaptif terhadap kondisi pandemi. Metode perancangan model bisnis antara lain Business Model Canvas, 5 Why’s Analysis, Design Thinking, Empathy Map, Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy, dan Marketing Mix 4P. Penelitian diawali dengan menggunakan BMC untuk mengetahui kondisi model bisnis sekarang milik Bulaf Cafe. Setelah itu menggunakan 5 Why’s Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan, serta menggunakan Empathy Map untuk melihat pandangan konsumen terhadap Bulaf Café. Dari Value Proposition Canvas hasilnya menyediakan sistem online self-order serta merubah konsep Bulaf Café dan memberikan pilihan varian menu baru. Pada tahap Protototype menggunakan Lean Canvas untuk melihat jelas permasalahan dan solusi pada Bulaf Cafe. Berdasarkan analisis Blue Ocean Strategy didapatkan faktor pembeda antara Bulaf Cafe dengan pesaing kafe lainnya. Hasil uji validasi menyatakan bahwa 79% responden setuju dengan produk dan layanan baru Bulaf Café. \u0000Abstract—Bulaf Café is a cafe that has been established since 2014, where Bulaf Café is a development of the Bulaf sausage outlet owned by PT. Jaya Food Source. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the owners of Bulaf Café, problems were found in the form of a decrease in sales at Bulaf Café, therefore Bulaf Café needs a new business model that is expected to increase sales and provide new innovations that are adaptive to pandemic conditions. Business model design methods include Business Model Canvas, 5 Why's Analysis, Design Thinking, Empathy Map, Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy, and Marketing Mix 4P. The research begins by using BMC to determine the condition of Bulaf Cafe's current business model. After that, use 5 Why's Analysis to identify the root of the problem, and use Empathy Map to see consumer views on Bulaf Café. From the Value Proposition Canvas, the result provides an online self-order system and changes the concept of Bulaf Café and provides a choice of new menu variants. At the Protototype stage using Lean Canvas to clearly see the problems and solutions at Bulaf Cafe. Based on the analysis of Blue Ocean Strategy, it was found that the differentiating factor between Bulaf Cafe and other cafe competitors.
