The research method is quasi-experimental, utilizing a nonequivalent group's pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques encompassed sentence writing tests and angle distribution. The research sample comprised Class IX C as the experimental group and Class IX A as the control group. Data processing techniques included the Shapiro-Wilk test to assess data normality, paired sample T-tests, and the NGain-Score test. The paired sample T-tests for the experimental group yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.005, indicating a significant distinction between the pretest and posttest scores. Similarly, the paired sample T-test outcomes for the control group demonstrated a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.005. Moreover, based on the NGain-Score calculation, the average gain score for the experimental group was 71.25. This research aims to be a learning resource for students to obtain messages and information from teachers so that learning materials can be further improved; this research also focuses on improving the character of love for the homeland through learning media. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall method. The steps of use are potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, and limited product trials. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the analysis of the material expert assessment of 92%, media expert assessment of 86.67%, grade elementary school teacher trial of 90%, individual trial of 91.11%, small group trial of 90.13%, and large group trial of 88%. One of the efforts that can be used is through smart tree learning media. This research uses research and Development (R&D) research methodology. Smart Tree Learning Media is carried out based on ADDIE development steps. Populusi in this study were 20 SD Negeri grade IV students 105286 Tandam Hilir 1. The results showed; (1) the material expert validity test got a score of 92% and was very well qualified, (2) The validity test of media experts got a score of 86.67% and was of very good qualifications, (3) the validity test of Class IV Teachers got a score of 90% was in very good qualifications, (4) individual trials got a score of 91.11% were in very good qualifications, Small Group trials got 90.13% were in very good qualifications, Large Group trials got 88% scores were in very good qualifications. The research objective is to develop an interactive Android-based media to visualize Science learning, specifically the concept of animal classification based on their types of food, to facilitate its retention in students' long-term memory. The \"Klanimal\" media is an Android-based platform that includes content menus, learning objectives menus, animal guessing menus, and quiz menus. The research methodology employed in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development model used is the ADDIE development model, which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Media experts and subject matter experts validated the Klanimal media. Subsequently, it was tested on 6th-grade students. The test results showed a percentage of 89.8, indicating a highly suitable category. Pretest and post-test scores improved, and the N Gain analysis indicated a value of 0.70, indicating a significant increase in understanding. The research targets were the Pusat Layanan Pembiayaan Pendidikan (Puslapdik) and teachers in Indonesia. From the research activities carried out, it was found that, in general, most people in this case (teachers and education personnel) were aware of the BPI program initiated by Kemdikbudristek. However, there are still some problems that must be of particular concern to Kemdikbudristek to be followed up to disseminate the advantages of the BPI program as a form of active steps to solve educational problems by providing the widest possible opportunity for teachers and education personnel to continue competence in certain scientific fields in order to develop academic and technical abilities in Higher Education through participation in the selection of the BPI program. As an online application, Wattpad offers several benefits for students, particularly those with low motivation in writing due to difficulties learning vocabulary and a lack of ideas or inspiration when composing a narrative text. Therefore, exploring the efforts of students who utilize Wattpad to develop their writing skills is interesting, specifically by using narrative texts as the application's content. This research employed a qualitative case study approach, in which the researcher conducted interviews with three 11th-grade students from SMA Negeri 1 Wringinanom during the academic year 2022/2023. The data obtained from the interviews were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The study findings revealed that Wattpad significantly motivates secondary school students to write narrative texts. The platform aids students in nurturing their imagination and discovering new vocabulary through the narrative stories on the Wattpad application. The research aims to enhance student activeness in using couple card media among elementary school students. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model design. The research implementation plan includes planning, action and observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques involve observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data processing techniques involve calculating average values and percentages. The results obtained in the pre-cycle phase showed that out of 30 students, only 41% (12 students) were active in the learning process. After implementing the first cycle using couple card learning media, student activeness improved but still needed to be maximized, with a percentage of 67% (20 students) being active in the learning process. Following the implementation of the second cycle, student activeness significantly increased and reached the predetermined threshold set by the researcher as an indicator of activeness in learning. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a pre-experimental design, specifically the one-group Pre-Test-Post-Test design. The subjects of this study were 32 third-grade students. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a test to measure third-grade students' simple essay writing skills. The test was conducted with a Pre-Test and a Post-Test. The test consisted of writing a simple essay based on five indicators. The data analysis technique differed significantly between the Pre-Test and Post-Test results. This was indicated by the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test with a significance value of 0.000, which means the sig value < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The independent variable in this research is part-time work, while the dependent variables are learning activity and academic achievement. The population for this study consists of all undergraduate education students from the 2019 cohort at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, totaling 246 individuals, regardless of their part-time work status. The sample for this research includes the entire population, and the sampling technique employed is proportionate stratified random sampling, where all individuals in the population have an equal chance of being selected as sample members. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique employed is MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance). The results of the research indicate that part-time work influences the variable of student learning activity, as the part-time work variable shows a positive effect, with a significance value of 0.009 (p < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.788 > 2.045). Therefore, the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (HI) is accepted. Furthermore, part-time work also affects the variable of student academic achievement, as the part-time work variable has a positive effect, with a significance value of 0.023 (p < 0.05) and tcount > ttable (2.397 > 2.045). The role of school principals in educational institutions is crucial and is connected with implementing various elements in carrying out their duties. Various policies under the control of school principals determine the level of educational quality success, which also depends on the school principal's policies. Problems arise when it is known that several school principals throughout the provinces of Indonesia need more competence. The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of school principal competency policies in elementary schools. This article is written using a qualitative approach. The results show that a school principal must fulfil and possess comprehensive skills in competency policies, especially at the elementary school level. The school principal must first understand the job description based on competency standards. Each school has its unique vision and mission compared to other schools. The determination of the vision and mission is adjusted to the school principal's goals in directing the school towards specific areas driven and supported by the surrounding school environment factors.
