The objective of this project is to raise student learning outcomes and active learning achievement in social studies. PTK, or classroom action research, is the term used to describe this sort of study. Planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection are all phases of research. The information used in this study came from watching student learning outcomes and activities in Social Sciences 2 courses. According to the recapitulation data, the first cycle's average percentage of learning activities was 63.8%, and the second cycle's average percentage was 89.34%. This demonstrates an increase in student learning activities. In cycles I and II, respectively, the average student learning outcome was 42.22% and 71.04%. This demonstrates that social studies 2 student learning outcomes have improved. The minimum completeness score (71.04%) is obtained, according to the recapitulation of learning activities and student learning outcomes using problem-based learning techniques. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the supervisors of the Fieldwork Practice (PKL) program for students of SMK Negeri 2 Luwu Utara, totaling eight people. Data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. It will be helpful for anyone to perform any task that requires calculation if they have a basic understanding of mathematics. However, sometimes it is optional to carry out precise calculations. Counting is the backbone or breath of learning mathematics. Students' ability to count becomes vital in teaching mathematics to students. The research aimed to measure Class VII students' numeracy skills at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar, Simalungun Regency. The method used is a descriptive-quantitative approach. The population is nine classes with 254 students, and the sample is taken in layers and randomly as many as four classes with 112 students. The nine classes consist of 2 groups, namely the Superior Class (KU) of 2 classes, namely class VII1 and class VII2, and the Ordinary Class (KB) of 7 classes, namely class VII3, VII4, VII5, to class VII9. The research concluded that the Superior Class could count, while the Ordinary Class was 5.95% unable to count. Therefore, the management of teacher professional competency improvement must be owned by a teacher. This study aims to determine the management of improving the professional competence of teachers at MTsN 2 Palangka Raya City. This research uses a case study descriptive method to get an overview of the management of improving the professional competence of teachers at MTsN 2 Palangka Raya City. The responses in this study were from the Head of the School, the Head of Administrative Affairs, and the Board of Teachers of MTsN 2 Palangka Raya City. The results of the study found that the management of increasing teacher professional competence carried out at MTsN 2 Palangka Raya City had been carried out based on management principles which included planning, organizing, implementing, and by regulations and guidelines regarding teacher professional competence, but there were still obstacles in efforts to increase professional competence teachers, including the low motivation of teachers in developing sustainable professionalism, especially in terms of making scientific papers and scientific publications. The problem of the study was: Teachers still used conventional methods in every meeting, causing boredom among the students. Students had less vocabulary, and Students did not master grammar. Students were unable to express their ideas. This research used a non-experimental research design. The data were collected by using the test. To obtain the data, the grade X of MAS Muhammadiyah 2 Kisaran is selected as the respondent. The research subject was grade X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2. Each class consists of 30 students. The total number of students was 60 students. The reason for choosing this class was because the writer found some students' problems in writing recount text. After the data were analyzed, it could be concluded that there was an effect of the graphic organizer method on the student's ability to write recount text at grade X of MAS Muhammadiyah 2 Kisaran in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. It was proven that there was a high correlation between using the clustering technique and the student's ability to write recount text tcount > ttable. The technique employed is the comparison method. The purpose of this study is based on the needs in primary school environments, especially in high school, because knowing the problems and difficulties in applying Indonesian language learning to speaking skills for elementary school students is very much needed. It has been proven that it takes work to maximize students' speaking skills in front of an audience. Researchers identified the subject matter discussed in this study as 40 articles published in national journals within the last ten years. The article Speaking Skills with a Storytelling Approach consists of 20 pieces on speaking skills by various methods, as many as nine pieces for speaking skills in high school, which in general is as much as two articles; additionally, to speak with storytelling skills using a variety of models, as many as four articles; three articles for speaking skills using image media and comics; and the other two articles discuss speaking skills in law school in general. This research aims to know the improvement of the group B students' competence of PAUD An- Nisa in counting early by using number block media. In this research, the researcher used Action Research as the research Methodology, which consists of a plan, action, observation, and reflection. This research was done in 2 cycles, and the research instruments used were observation, scoring rubric sheets, and documentation. After implementing the research, the results showed that 1). the students’ competence in counting early using the number block media improved significantly. It can be proved by the result of students' learning result in cycle 1 showed 35% to be 89% in cycle 2. 2). Percentage of the student's activities in the first cycle was 50% increase to 94% in the second cycle. 3). The percentage of the teacher’s activities in cycle 1 was 65.41%, increasing to 96.5% in cycle 2. Based on the result above, using number block media could improve the competence of the group B students of PAUD An-Nisa in learning to count early. This study uses a descriptive approach to analysis of student responses in the study of the implementation of learning media. The subjects of the study were grade IV students totaling 18 students through purposive sampling techniques.  The results of the study were obtained from the questionnaire sheet of student responses in learning related to energy change material. Based on the results of a study consisting of 10 statements, it shows that Rulisca's learning media received a Considerably Interested. This is influenced because the media used uses the application of renewable technology to the concept of energy change. Rulisca makes students have a high curiosity to build their thinking constructions. Learning media used in energy change by involving solar cell technology and assembling supporting devices make students understand and are excited to understand energy changes contextually, besides that the use of Problem Based Learning learning models also makes students to think critically and logically in understanding problems.
