This study aims to describe Mapalus' relationship with types, styles, principles, and principles in educational leadership. This study uses library research methods (library research). Data was collected through books, literature, references, and articles related to Mapalus and Educational Leadership. The results showed that Mapalus, which contains the principles of kinship, cooperation, and religion with the principles of mutual assistance, openness, discipline, and togetherness, has a relationship with democratic leadership, free leadership, charismatic leadership, paternalistic leadership, expert leadership, visionary leadership, and moralist leadership, but not has a relationship with authoritarian leadership because it is not in accordance with the principles and principles of Mapalus. The learning objectives have not been achieved optimally, affecting student learning effectiveness. One effort that can be used is by using Flash Card Fun Thinkers media. This study used a research and development (R&D) methodology. Flash Card Fun Thinkers media is based on ADDIE's development steps. The population in this study were 33 Second Graders of Elementary students at SD IT Iqro Stabat. The results of the research showed; (1) the material expert validity test scored 92% and was categorized very well, (2) the media expert validity test scored 86.67%, and it was said as in excellent qualifications, (3) the second graders of Elementary teachers’ validity test score was 90%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, (4) individual trials score was of 91.11%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, Small Group trials score was of 90.13%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, Large Group trials score was 88 % and it was said in excellent qualifications. Identifying the influence of Tiktok on the use of standard terms in 4th-grade elementary school children is the aim of the researchers to conduct research. This research method collects data qualitatively to provide specific information about a particular problem. Qualitative and observational methods were used to collect this data, interviews and written tests. The subjects of this study were 26 grade 4 students of UPT SD Negeri 32 Gresik. This research on grade 4 students shows that half of the students use slang and mixed language. Also, common words are only used by half of the other students. Teacher performance can be seen from their work performance in managing learning activities. This study used a sample of 172 respondents. Three variables are examined in this study: academic competence, discipline, and teacher performance. The data collection method that researchers use is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SPSS Statistics 20 and Excel Office 2010 software. Based on the research and followed by data analysis using multiple linear regression, shows 1) teacher performance influences pedagogical competence; 2) teacher performance is influenced by teacher discipline; 3) and teacher performance can influence pedagogical competence and discipline together. multiple regression equation Y = 33.304 + 0.132X ₁ + 0.304X ₂ + e. Using a plan that suits the material and needs involves using multiple techniques. This research aimed to obtain the ability to read argumentation texts by students of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Panribuan using the SQ4R method. The research method used is the experimental method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Panribuan. In particular, the research was carried out in class X. The empirical research design was a group pre-test and post-test design. The research instrument used to obtain data is by using a test. The study results mean that the average value of student learning outcomes in the experimental class before being given less/low treatment and after being given treatment using the SQ4R method increased. This indicates an increase in student learning outcomes after being given treatment. The sample in this study was all 40 grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Bandar. The technique used to analyze research data is quantitative data analysis. The data obtained in quantitative form is converted into qualitative data concerning the Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. From the study results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on sexual ethics education on the treatment of adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Bandar for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research used in this research is a quantitative experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. In this study, the population was all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 091281 with a total of 38 people, and the research sample was group A with a total of 24 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used the results of multiple-choice test questions. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of calculations using the paired sample test obtained tcount = 19.096 > ttable = 1.713. Difficulty understanding material colligative properties of solutions can hinder students' understanding of other concepts. The purpose of this research was to find out the increase in creative thinking skills and mastery of students' material after participating in the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model of learning. The research method used was quasi-experimental research, with the research design used being one group pretest-posttest design. In this study, the experimental class was treated using the Problem Based Learning learning model on colligative properties of solutions. The population in this study were undergraduate students at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. The sample in this study were Bachelor of Chemistry Education students at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. The results of research on student learning outcomes in the material Colligative Properties of Solutions using the PBL learning model increased from 42.6% students' pretest scores and 84.16% students' posttests, the increase obtained was 41.56%. The conclusion of the research is that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model has a significant effect on students' creative thinking skills. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive research design with regression and comparison types, sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study are that there is an influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes of male and female gender in thematic subjects in class V SDN 52 Bengkulu City.
