To overcome these conditions, it is necessary to innovate learning to become more attractive, active, and not dull. This research tries to apply word wall as a learning media to increase students' learning enthusiasm. This classroom action research followed the model proposed by Kemmis et al., with two cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed a significant increase in students' learning enthusiasm in class XI IPS at SMAMSA Malang. Based on the observation, results showed that the average scores of the first and second cycles were 78% and 91%. Similarly, the questionnaire results increased from 85% in cycle 1 to 90% in cycle 2. Kindergarten-aged children only need to hear and speak correctly and according to their age development. According to Departemen Pendidikan Nasional (2003), the fiction of language development for early childhood is as a means of communication with the environment, as a tool for developing children's innate, actual abilities, as a tool for developing children's expression, and as a tool for expressing feelings and thoughts to others. This study aimed to improve early childhood expressive language skills using character hand puppets in group B1 TK ABA Wonosari IV as many as 15 children. Data collection through observation and documentation. The results showed an increase in indicators in the pre-cycle conditions of 13% and 60% in the first and 93% in the second cycles. The power analysis results concluded that using character hand puppet media could improve expressive language in group B1 TK ABA Wonosari IV. Guided Inquiry learning models can also bridge the empowerment of critical thinking skills. This study aims to: 1) describe the feasibility of the e-worksheet based on expert judgment, 2) describe the practicality of the e-worksheet based on the teacher's assessment, and 3) describe the results of the e-worksheet readability assessment by students. This development research refers to the ADDIE development procedure. However, this research was only carried out up to the development stage due to limitations. The results of the feasibility assessment by material experts, teaching materials experts, and linguists showed that the e-worksheet was categorized as valid with a score of 80.00, 74.00, and 90.00, respectively. Then, the teacher's assessment results showed that the e-worksheet was in the practical category, scoring 92.00 and 94.00. Finally, the student readability test results showed that the e-worksheet could be read well, with scores of 93.61 and 93.88. The study utilized a quasi-experimental design. The experimental group received the intervention through an interactive computer presentation program, while the control group used the standard dialogue and discussion techniques. The study used survey questionnaires adapted from BARSCH's Learning Style Inventory and self-made pre-and post-tests to measure students' learning and engagement. The research findings revealed that students with different learning styles benefited differently from multimedia-assisted instruction, suggesting the importance of considering individual differences in instructional design. The use of multimedia technology in teaching mathematics facilitates the learning process of students with different learning styles. The results of this study also support the importance of using statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions and to inform evidence-based decision-making in education. This study identified the most effective pedagogical exemplars for each learning style and highlighted the benefits of interactive media teaching mathematics. A sample of 10 people was determined based on a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementing activities, observing, and reflecting. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study's results concluded: (1) In the pre-cycle, teachers still needed to implement the PAIKEM learning model. (2) In the first cycle, the teacher's ability score to apply the PAIKEM learning model = 52.22 (very low). In the second cycle, the teacher's ability increased significantly, namely 95.46 (very good). (3) Student activity in the first cycle average score = 65 (poor category). There was a fairly high increase in the second cycle, with an average score = of 91.67 (very good). The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the description of the learning style profile of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 01 Semarang City. This method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research strategy used was observation sheets by distributing questionnaires based on learning styles, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 01 were more dominant with a visual learning style, obtaining a percentage of 46.63%. This indicates that most students better understand information with their sense of sight, such as seeing pictures and learning video animations. Next is the kinesthetic learning style of 28.67% by processing physical and mental information to move, and the auditory learning style of 25.00% by gaining understanding by listening. This learning style facilitates the needs of diverse students in differentiated learning. Learning style profiles in differentiated learning provide learning readiness, interests, and things each student likes. This research was conducted to determine the results of learning mathematics in students at STIKes Senior Medan online and offline. This study used a quasi-experiment using the comparative method. The number of samples used was from two classes and given two other learning treatments, namely online and offline. The samples used were 34 students for the odd school year 2020/2021 (online) and 39 for the bizarre school year 2021/2022 (offline). Then a normality and homogeneity test was carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) application program to determine whether the data were normally distributed and had the same variance. The results of testing the hypothesis using the independent t-test sig (2-tailed) 0.048 <0.05, so that as a basis for decision making in the independent sample t-test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research aims to find out the teacher's mental readiness and knowledge readiness about the independent curriculum. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are teachers who teach at SD Negeri Sekolah Penggerak in Kerinci Regency. This research data collection technique is using interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique of this research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of this study show (1) Mentally to face challenges and changes in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers have confidence and enthusiasm. (2) The teacher's ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum, the teacher has a fairly good ability seen in how the teacher compiles teaching modules with minor adjustments based on the sample modules provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, prepares teaching materials and evaluations by adjusting the characteristics of students. Determination of the sample is done by simple random. The research instrument used in this study was a test that was statistically analyzed using N-Gain. After carrying out a series of activities starting from the pretest, treatment and posttest, it can be concluded that the use of RME was apparently good for improving mathematical communication skills as seen from the N-Gain acquisition for each class that was sampled. This research method includes qualitative research with an ethnographic design. The data extracted in this research is information and documents about the transformational leadership competencies of school principals, including ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and attention to individuals to improve teacher performance. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, namely, the principal of the Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School showed that he had a powerful category of ideal influence competence, a substantial variety of Intellectual Stimulation competence, a strong type of inspirational motivation competence, a potent class of attention competence towards individuals. The results of the teacher performance assessment of 20 teachers considered to have scored in the excellent category. This study concludes that school principals understand their leadership competencies in improving teacher performance as Hendrayadi's theory, namely ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and attention to individuals. The principal's efforts to improve teacher performance are (a) motivating teachers, (b) increasing teacher discipline, (c) creating a conducive working atmosphere, and (d) increasing teacher competence.
