Gano-an","doi":"10.51276/edu.v4i2.409","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51276/edu.v4i2.409","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to describe: (1) soft skill values instilled in students by accounting teachers, (2) the process of instilling soft skills in students by accounting teachers, (3) Barriers and supporting factors in instilling soft skills in students. This research is qualitative using ethnographic design. Data sources of the study are accounting teachers and first-grade students in the accounting department. Data collection techniques were performed through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique conducted during the study was analyzing the data contained in the research site in which the results were used as conclusions to answer the objectives of the study. The research results revealed seven aspects of soft skills, namely self-confidence, communication skill, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skill, teamwork ability, time management, and leadership. The instilling of soft skills in students through cooperative learning strategies and providing positive habituation to students was performed during the teaching-learning process. The barriers of instilling soft skills, which are the lack of students’ abilities, the difficulty to control students, and the lack of teachers’ competences in developing learning methods. Based on the analysis and synthesis of journals, the appropriate learning model for facing the 21st century is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the project based learning (PJbl) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in class IX on conflict material. This research was conducted at SMP 4 Kismantoro Wonogiri, academic year 2022/2023, semester 2. The research method was quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The research subjects were 40 students in class IX, which were divided into 17 students in the control class and 23 students in the experimental class. Data analysis used was paired simple t-test, independent t-test and N-Gain scores. The results showed that the project-based learning model could significantly improve the learning outcomes of class IX students at SMP 4 SATAP Kismantoro, with a score of to = -18.164 with sig 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the level of effectiveness of the project-based learning model in social studies subject matter is in the range of 0.3-0.7. The research used a qualitative. The classroom action research design used in this research consisted of two cycles. The data were collected from observation, field notes, and interviews. The research participants are 34 students in the tenth grade of SMA YKM Tanjungsari. The results showed that picture series could improve students’ ability to write recount text, create a fun learning atmosphere, and increase students’ writing interest. In the first cycle, the percentage of learning activities was 18%; in the second cycle, 80% of students got excellent categories. The two cycles could effectively improve students' writing ability in recounting text. The students could develop their ideas to make a story and were active and enthusiastic in the teaching-learning process. The research method used was qualitative with a survey research design. The instrument used in data collection was questionnaires distributed online through Google Forms, with 105 respondents. The data analysis technique is an interactive model that goes through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Then proceed with triangulation. The results showed that MGMP has a high role in improving the quality of subject teachers because, in MGMP, there are many things discussed, such as improving teacher performance, teaching materials or materials, curriculum, about good PBM so that the material reaches students, lesson plans, how to deal with students and compile exam questions. This study concludes that MGMP is an essential forum for teachers to conduct deliberations to solve further everything that exists to improve the quality of the times. Through more frequent MGMP meetings, it can achieve educational goals and make teachers more professional. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological research type with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman and Saladana include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test technique uses triangulation, namely source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that strengthening religious character education can be through a school culture consisting of tahfidz Al-Qur'an, ta'lim muta'alim activities, congregational prayers, habituation of greetings, muhasabah activities, Friday blessing activities and commemoration of religious holidays. Professional teachers are central to developing students' character in the Pancasila student profile. Student responses to teachers are needed to determine if a teacher already has professional competence to support students in developing their character in the P5 program. This study examined students' responses to teachers in implementing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5). The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Using this approach, the researcher can emphasize the importance of students' responses to the teacher, and the researcher can gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the actual condition of the teacher. Data was taken using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of the analysis of this study were that the responses from students indicated that several teachers could not make the class atmosphere lively when giving material in the P5 program, so learning became boring and monotonous. The implications of this research for the teacher concerned, the school will take the following actions: a. training through the Merdeka Teaching Training application provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, b. Combining classical learning traditions with modern styles is well embodied in the teaching system and lessons.
