Namun hal yang cukup menarik, proporsi Glukosa Darah Puasa Terganggu (GDPT) dan Toleransi Glukosa Terganggu (TGT) pada penduduk di pedesaan lebih tinggi dibandingkan perkotaan yaitu 3,7% dan 5,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penduduk di pedesaan lebih berisiko terkena DM tipe 2 jika tidak dilakukan intervensi.</em></p><p><em></em><strong><em>Tujuan: </em></strong><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan kejadian DM tipe 2 pada populasi agrikultur</em></p><p><strong><em>Metode: </em></strong><em>Jenis penelitian adalah case control study, dengan sampel penelitian adalah petani yang menderita DM tipe 2 (kasus) dan petani yang tidak menerita DM (kontrol). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran dengan jumlah masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 41 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengukur Indeks Massa Tubuh, tekanan darah, wawancara dengan kuesioner IPAQ-SF dan Indeks Brinkmann</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil: </em></strong><em>Hasil penelitian didapatkan jumlah jenis pestisida, faktor genetik dan aktifitas fisik merupakan faktor determinan terjadinya DM tipe 2. Responden yang menggunakan pestisida ≥ 2jenis pestisida memiliki risiko 2,7 kali kemungkinan menderita DM tipe 2 dibanding yang menggunakan 1 jenis pestisida. Responden dengan riwayat keluarga menderita DM memililiki kemungkinan (odds) 16,03 kali menderita DM dibandingkan yang tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga DM. Respoden dengan aktifitas fisik rendah memiliki kemungkinan (odds) 4,154 menderita DM dibandingkan responden dengan yang memiliki aktifitas fisik tinggi</em>.</p><p><strong><em>Kesimpulan: </em></strong><em>Diperlukan upaya promotif dan preventif terutama untuk masyarakat yang menggunakan pestisida ≥ 2jenis pestisida,  riwayat keluarga menderita DM tipe 2 dan aktifitas fisik rendah.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>KATA KUNCI</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> <em>DM tipe 2: </em>f</em><em>aktor risiko, , populasi agrikultur </em></p><p align=\"center\"> </p><p align=\"center\"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><strong><em>Background: </em></strong><em>The prevalence of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in urban areas was 2.6% compared to 1.4% in rural areas. However, what is quite interesting is that the proportion of disturbed fasting blood glucose (GDPT) and impaired glucose tolerance (TGT) in rural residents is higher than in urban areas, namely 3.7% and 5.4%, respectively. Biasanya terjadi pada aktivitas anaerobik karena intensitas yang tinggi dan membutuhkan energi cepat dalam waktu yang singkat. Pemberian jus buah semangka merah (Citrullus lanatus) diharapkan mampu menurunkan kelelahan otot. </em></p><p><em><strong>Tujuan:</strong> Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah semangka merah terhad ap indeks kelelahan otot. </em></p><p><em><strong>Metode:</strong> Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental semu dengan rancangan randomized post test only group with crossover dengan membandingkan pengaruh pemberian jus buah semangka merah. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu anggota bimbingan meraih cita-cita (MCC). Luaran utama pada penelitian ini adalah indeks kelelahan otot yang diukur dengan menggunakan Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji independent t test. </em></p><p><em><strong>Hasil: </strong>Ada perbedaan indeks kelelahan otot anaerobik pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 2,55 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,75. Pada penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kategori indeks kelelahan otot dari yang rata-rata subjek memiliki kategori cukup menjadi kategori baik, dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol secara statistik (p=0,004). Kesimpulan: Jus buah semangka merah dapat menurunkan angka indeks kelelahan otot anaerobic pada anggota bimbingan MCC. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti mengenai perbedaan indeks kelelahan otot anaerobik dengan pemeriksaan kadar asam laktat. </em></p><p><em><strong>KATA KUNCI:</strong> <em>anaerob; </em>eksperimental semu; jus semangka merah; kelelahan otot; latihan fisik </em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em><strong>Background:</strong>  Fatigue is a common problem experienced by athletes, typically occurring during anaerobic activities due to high intensity and the need for quick energy. The administration of red watermelon juice (Citrullus lanatus) is expected to be able to reduce muscle fatigue. </em></p><p><em><strong>Objectives:</strong> The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of providing red watermelon juice on muscle fatigue. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a randomized post-test-only group with a crossover design by comparing the effects of delivering red watermelon juice to subjects. Subjects of this study were MCC (Meraih Cita Cita) tutoring members. The primary outcome was the index of anaerobic muscle fatigue that was measured by the Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). The staple food in Indonesia is dominated by rice. Indonesian cuisine is known to have cultural diversity and uniqueness and is rich in taste. Besides that, it is closely related to culture and customs, so it has been part of the eating culture of various ethnic cultures in Indonesia for a long time. Therefore, strategic efforts are needed in using local tubers, namely alternative staple foods, by developing friendly products as part of the realization of national food security by means of food diversification.<strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong>To analyze the effect of the formulation of taro beneng flour as the primary raw material for analog rice on the analysis of nutritional content (water, ash, fat, protein, and carbohydrates) and dietary fiber content.<strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong>This type of research was experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). The level of rice treatment is analogous to the ratio of taro beneng flour, yellow corn flour, and yellow soybean flour, namely F1 (75:25:5), F2(50:50:5), and F3 (25:75:5).<strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong>The F1 formulation (75:50:5) was the best treatment level because it had a high content of nutrients and dietary fiber (76,0% carbohydrates; 18,6% dietary fiber). Adapun salah satu kunci tren penggunaan pangan fungsional untuk permasalahan gizi adalah buah-buahan sebagai pangan fungsional. Terkait fokus stunting, selain makronutien, mikronutrien juga memegang peranan penting. Berbagai macam pangan fungsional telah di kaji, mulai dari biskuit, bubur, modisco, yogurt, susu. Namun masih sangat jarang pangan fungsional tentang produk permen susu berbahan dasar sayur dan buah.</em></p><p><strong><em>Tujuan: </em></strong><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kandungan zat besi pada permen susu berbahan dasar buah naga dan daun kelor.</em></p><p><strong><em>Metode: </em></strong><em>Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif laboratorium, dengan sampel penelitian adalah produk permen susu buah naga dan daun kelor yang telah melalui uji organoleptik dan hedonik. Terdapat 3 sampel dalam penelitian yang masing-masing terdiri dari tepung buah naga: daun kelor: susu sapi yaitu P1 (12:1); P2 (14:2) dan P3 (16:3) dengan penambahan susu sapi 200 ml untuk semua sampel. Adapun preparasi sampel untuk proses pengujian diambil sebanyak 0,5 mg/sampel. Analisis kandungan zat besi pada permen menggunakan Atomic Absorbtion Spectrophotometer </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Nilai rata-rata</em><em> kadar zat besi pada permen </em><em>adalah</em><em> 393,31</em><em>ppm</em><em> sampai dengan 545,13 </em><em>ppm</em><em>. Kadar zat besi tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P</em><em>2</em><em> </em><em>yaitu </em><em>545,15 </em><em>ppm</em><em> dan perlakuan terendah terdapat pada P</em><em>2</em><em> 393,31 </em><em>ppm</em><em>. Nilai Fe dalam permen</em><em> </em><em>setara dengan</em><em> 0,39331 </em><em>sampai</em><em> 0,54515 </em><em>mg. Sedangkan angka kecukupan mineral zat besi harian untuk balita usia 1-3 tahun adalah 7 mg/ hari dan balita usia 4-5 tahun 10 mg/hari.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kesimpulan: </em></strong><em>Kandungan Fe pada permen susu “Dragon Fruits and Moringa Oleifera” mencapai</em><em> 1 </em><em>gram</em><em>/100</em><em> </em><em>g</em><em>r. Perubahan asupan gula, garam, dan lemak pada orang dewasa dengan kasus obesitas baru belum diteliti di Indonesia.</em></p><p><strong><em>Tujuan: </em></strong><em>Menganalisis pola </em><em>asupan</em><em> dan besaran perubahan </em><em>asupan</em><em> gula, garam, lemak pada orang dewasa obese selama dua tahun pemantaua</em><em>n. </em></p><p><strong><em>Metode: </em></strong><em>Desain pada penelitian ini yaitu studi longitudinal dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Studi Kohor Faktor Resiko Penyakit Tidak Menular oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu penyandang obesitas baru sebesar 138 subjek. Nilai cut-off obesitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu IMT ≥25.00 kg/m<sup>2</sup>. Asupan gula, garam, dan lemak diperoleh dari food recall 1x24 jam dan FFQ. Pola asupan gula, garam, dan lemak dikategorikan menjadi meningkat atau menurun berdasarkan perbandingan asupan pada akhir penelitian dengan asupan GGL di T2 (tertile sedang) pada awal penelitian. Besar perubahan asupan gula, garam, dan lemak adalah selisih asupan gula, garam, dan lemak subjek penelitian di dua tahun pengamatan.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil: </em></strong><em>Mayoritas penyadang obesitas yaitu perempuan dengan rentang usia 35-44 tahun dan mempunyai kadar LDL yang tergolong tinggi. Adanya perubahan pada asupan gula, garam, dan lemak pada penyandang obesitas yang meningkat secara signifikan khususnya pada gula, dan lemak. Besar perubahan asupan gula, garam, dan lemak pada orang dewasa obese sebesar 10.5 g (p<0.05), 0.02 g (p>0.05), dan 10.7 g (p<0.05) selama dua tahun. Defisiensi besi dapat diidentifikasi dengan pemeriksaan kadar ferritin. </em></p><p><strong><em>Tujuan: </em></strong><em>P</em><em>enelitian </em><em>ini bertujuan </em><em>mengetahui </em><em>hubungan</em><em> asupan protein, </em><em>asupan </em><em>zink, dan </em><em> </em><em>vitamin A dengan kadar ferritin ibu hamil trimester III</em><em>.</em></p><p><strong><em>Metode: </em></strong><em>Penelitian analitik cross sectional ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Lubuk Kilangan dan Laboratorium Biomedik Universitas Andalas pada November 2021-Juli 2022. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 64 orang ibu hamil trimester III dan teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Asupan protein, zink, dan vitamin A diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner SQ-FFQ</em> <em>dan k</em><em>adar ferritin diperiksa dengan metode ELISA. Uji normalitas data mengunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov sementara analisis bivariat dan multivariat menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear (p<0,05). </em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil: </em></strong><em>R</em><em>erata asupan protein</em><em> adalah </em><em>92</em><em>.</em><em>56 gr</em><em>, asupan </em><em>zink</em><em> 7.35</em><em> mg</em><em>, </em><em>vitamin A</em><em> </em><em>824,98 µgRE</em><em> dan </em><em>kadar ferritin</em><em> </em><em>16,267 µg/L</em><em>. Our samples were 3953 children aged 6-23 months and 10215 children aged 24-59 months. Dependent variables were the prevalence of child stunting and severe stunting. Independent variables covered factors at the social level while controlling structural and biological level-factors. Data were analyzed using multilevel analysis using generalized linear mixed models (GLMM).</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>Gross domestic product was associated with the reduced risk of stunting among children aged 6-23 months (ARRR= 0.99; 95%CI: 0.98-1.00) and 24-59 months (ARRR= 0.99; 95%CI: 0.97-0.99) as well as with the decreased risk of severe stunting among 6-23 months (ARRR= 0.99; 95%CI: 0.98-1.00) and 24-59 months (ARRR= 0.99; 95%CI: 0.97-0.99) old children. Tax ratio was a significant factor only for the severe stunting among 24-59 months old children (ARRR= 0.98; 95%CI: 0.96-0.99). Perilaku makan pada anak berperan penting terhadap status gizi. Perilaku makan yang tidak sesuai akan menyebabkan asupan gizi berlebih atau sebaliknya kekurangan.</p><p><em><strong>Tujuan:</strong></em> Mengetahui pengaruh perilaku makan terhadap status gizi balita di Posyandu Mahoni 02 Kelurahan Gedongkiwo Kota Yogyakarta.</p><p><strong>Metode:</strong> Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan analitik observasional, desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji analisis Regresi.</p><p><strong> Hasil:</strong> Berdasarkan status gizi, didapatkan status gizi kurang 6 anak (18,2%), status gizi baik 26 anak (78,8%) dan status gizi lebih 1 anak (3%).Perilaku makan yang mengeluarkan kembali makanan yang telah masuk mulut sebanyak 7 anak (21,2%). Perilaku menahan makanan di dalam mulut/tidak dikunyah dan di telan dalam jangka waktu lama sebanyak 7 anak (21,2%). Perilaku menolak makan dengan menutup mulut ataupun menepis makanan sebanyak 11 anak (33,3%). Hasil analisis perilaku mengeluarkan makanan terhadap status gizi didapatkan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil analisis perilaku menolak makanan terhadap status gizi didapatkan sig 0,040 < 0,05. Hasil analisis perilaku menahan makanan di dalam mulut terhadap status gizi didapatkan 0,941 > 0,05. Secara simultan perilaku makan anak terhadap status gizi anak didapatkan sig 0,000 < 0,05.</p><p><em><strong>Kesimpulan</strong></em>: Terdapat pengaruh perilaku makan dengan status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mantrijeron Kota Yogyakarta.</p><p><strong>KATA KUNCI:</strong> <em>anak; perilaku makan; status gizi.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em><strong>Background:</strong></em>  Childhood is a period of rapid growth and development. Penelitian kuantitatif</em><em> melibatkan 37 responden dan</em><em> penelitian kualitatif melibatkan</em><em> 2 partisipan yang merupakan ibu balita di Desa Sukamukti Kecamatan Tanjungmedar yang diambil dengan teknik Total Sampling pada bulan Juni 2020. Interpretasi </em><em>status gizi diukur dengan kurva pertumbuhan WHO tinggi badan per usia pada balita. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari Faktor Risiko Stunting WHO tahun 2014.</em><em> Data </em><em>kuantitatif </em><em>dianalisis menggunakan uji univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Serta dielaborasikan dengan hasil penelitian kualitatif</em><em> yang dianalisis dengan metode Coalizzi.</em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Angka kejadian stunting di Desa Sukamukti Kabupaten Sumedang sebesar </em><em>37,8%. Faktor tinggi badan ibu merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan risiko stunting di Desa Sukamukti (OR= 8,55; CI95%=1,8 - 39,7; p=0,006).</em><em> </em><em>Tinggi badan ibu yang pendek (<150 cm) mempengaruhi kejadian risiko stunting sebesar 8,55 kali.  Hasil kualitatif menghasilkan 7 tema diantaranya adalah: 1) Persepsi ibu tentang penyakit (stunting), 2) perkembangan kesehatan anak, 3). Riwayat kesehatan ibu, 4) perilaku adaptif dan maladaptif ibu selama merawat anak 5) bentuk dan sumber dukungan yang diperoleh ibu selama merawat anak, 6) Bentuk dan sumber hambatan yang ditemui ibu selama merawat anak, serta 7) respon psikologis yang ditunjukan ibu.</em><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Kesimpulan:</em></strong><em> </em><em>Tinggi badan ibu menjadi determinan faktor risiko stunting dalam penelitian ini</em><em>.</em><em> Intervensi gizi sensitif penting untuk dilakukan dengan upaya perbaikan gizi secara komprehensif dari hulu ke hilir. Balita dengan status gizi kurang memiliki sistem imunitas yang lemah sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit. Sehingga, perlu memperhatikan sumber makanan yang dapat membantu pemeliharaan sistem imun balita. Daun kelor diketahui memiliki kandungan polifenol yang berperan sebagai antioksidan. Antioksidan berperan untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dalam melawan penyakit infeksi.</p><p><em><strong>Tujuan:</strong> </em>Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui kandungan polifenol dan total fenol pada cookies daun kelor formula terpilih</p><p><strong><em>Metode:</em> </strong>Penelitian ini  bersifat eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Terdapat 4 perlakuan penambahan tepung daun kelor pada pembuatan cookies yaitu, 0 gram, 3 gram, 5 gram, dan 7 gram. Dilakukan pemeriksaan kandungan  polifenol dan total fenol pada cookies daun kelor formula terpilih. Analisis kimiawi dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Pangan Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Analisis data hasil organoleptik menggunakan uji Kruskall-Wallis dan uji lanjut Mann Whitney. Sedangkan analisis data laboratorium menggunakan uji <em>one-way</em> ANOVA.</p><p><em><strong>Hasil: </strong></em>Hasil uji organoleptik yang dilakukan oleh 25 orang panelis semi terlatih diperoleh bahwa formulasi F1 yaitu penambahan tepung daun kelor sebanyak 3 gram merupakan formulasi yang paling disukai. Hasil uji Kruskall-Wallis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata pada penambahan formulasi tepung daun kelor terhadap parameter warna dan rasa <em>cookies</em>.
