{"title":"هبة الشباب، لمؤلفه محمد بن عبدالوهاب الهمداني 1305 هـ:, دراسة وتحقيق","authors":"ناصر عبد الاله دوش, قاسم شهيد كاظم صالح","doi":"10.36327/0829-010-019-014","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36327/0829-010-019-014","url":null,"abstract":"الحمد لله رب العالمين, والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين, وآله الطيبين الطاهرين, وبعد ... تعد المخطوطات العربية جزء من تراث الأمة, ووثيقة وجودها الحضاري, فإن ’’وهذا التراث الضخم هو الذي آل إلينا من أسلافنا صانعي الثقافة الاسلامية العربية‘‘ (1) ، تناقلتها الأجيال عبر العصور لتكون الأصل في بناء الحاضر،’’ولا يزال الكثير منها حبيسا في خزائن المكتبات تنتظر اليد الحانية التي تفك أسرها, وتزيل عنها غبار الزمن‘‘ (2) , فكان لزاما على أبناء هذه الأمة أن تتجه طائفة منهم شطر التراث العربي يحيون مواته ويستخرجون كنوزه، لذا جاء بحثي الموسوم (هبة الشباب، لمؤلفه محمد بن عبد الوهاب الهمداني (ت:1305هـ), دراسة وتحقيق)، وهو مخطوط تمكن فيه المؤلف جمع مطالب النحو ومباحث الصرف، وعرض فيه أراء أئمة اللغة والنحو والصرف، ذاكرا الخلاف النحوي، مستشهدا بالآيات القرآنية والحديث النبوي وكلام العرب لإثبات ما يراه صحيحا، وأبدى رأيه الذي ارتضاه من غير تعصب أو انحياز لمذهب دون غيره، متخذا المنهج التعليمي في عرض تلك الآراء، للتيسير على طلاب اللغة العربية ودارسيها، وأرجو أن يكون اضافة مثرية للمكتبة العربية، فالمخطوط لم يحقق – على حد علمي – فضلا عن توافر الرغبة في المساهمة في إحياء كتب التراث اللغوي، ولكثرة ما جاء في هذا الكتاب من شواهد وآراء نحوية وصرفية, جمعها الشارح من مصادر متنوعة, ولما يتصف به الشارح من الموسوعية في فنون العلم, ولتنوع مادة الكتاب العلمية, دفعتني هذه المميزات وغيرها لدراسة وتحقيق هذا الكتاب الذي اعتمدت في تحقيقه على نسخة وحيدة, تحتفظ بها مكتبة الامام الحكيم العامة، تسلسل (1004/1)، وسعيت جاهدا للعثور على نسخة أخرى تعزز هذه النسخة, فلم أظفر بشيء ذي بال. وهذه المخطوطة ذكر المؤلف فيها أن الشيخ البهائي(ت:1031هـ) (3) وضع رسالة بعنوان (لغز النحو) (4) ، جمع فيه مطالب النحو، وخفي حله واستخراجه على الآخرين، وتمكن المؤلف من حله بصورة لغز آخر، جمع فيه مباحث الصرف، ثم شرح اللغزين معا شرحا مفصلا في كتابه (هبة الشباب)، وهو ما أشار إليه الطهراني في الذريعة (5) .","PeriodicalId":323652,"journal":{"name":"مجلة كلية التربية للبنات للعلوم الإنسانية","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125458964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We present through this research the financial payments and compensation of Employees in health sector compared with other sector workforces compensation, in addition to evaluating the budget of the departments of health sector. It's clear that developed countries supporting health sector to develop their economic investment, due to the health care of individuals leads to more prosperity of the country  According to the legislation adopted by parliament, in Ukraine the health care sector in the responsibility of the ministry of the health, following the centralized system depending on the national budget, under this system all the tasks and costs will be implemented. Its been noted that  the most  negative aspects in health sector in Ukraine is bureaucracy , In spite of increasing the budget allocation for the ministry of health by ( 16.2%) in 2014 comparing with 2013, but it was  not reached the national demands. {"title":"مدى توافر معايير الجودة للأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية للبنات / جامعة الكوفة من وجهة نظر طالباتها","authors":"عبد الستار شنين الجنابي","doi":"10.36327/0829-013-025-046","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36327/0829-013-025-046","url":null,"abstract":"يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مدى توافر معايير الجودة في الخدمات المقدمة من قبل كلية التربية للبنات / جامعة الكوفة , من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها , تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في (10) أقسام علمية والبالغ عددهم (257) تدريسي بمختلف التخصصات والدرجات العلمية  .ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعد الباحث اداة بحثه المتمثله بأستبانة من مجالين رئيسين : الاول يتضمن(23) فقرة و بست محاور رئيسة هي ( الرسالة والمهام والاهداف ,الادارة , شؤون اعضاء هيئة التدريس, التعليم والتعـلم والمناهج الدراسية, البحث العلمي, الموارد المالية ).والثاني يتضمن (20)  فقرة وبخمس محاور رئيسة هي ( الجوانب الملموسة , الاعتمادية , الاستجابة , الامان , التعاطف) وهذه المحاور تعطي مؤشرات لمدى توافر معايير الجودة في الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الكلية  وبذلك  اصبح عدد الفقرات الكلي  للاستبانة (43) فقرة. بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاداة تم تطبيقها على عينة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية بلغت (100) عضو هيئة تدريس في (10) أقسام علمية بمختلف التخصصات والدرجات العلمية , وكانت النتائج تشير الى الآتي :-          توافر  معايير الجودة  في عدد من الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة و بنسب متفاوتة  بحسب وجهة نظر ( 76%)  من اعضاء هيئة التدريس.-         عدم توافر معايير الجودة  في عدد من الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة بحسب وجهة نظر (24%) من اعضاء هيئة التدريس.-          عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين اعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى الى متغير الجنس.وتوصل الباحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات .  from the pursuit of universities and colleges in achieving better educational and research services, which are in the service of society , aims current research to identify quality in educational and research services provided in the College of Education for Girls / University of Kufa to achieve beneficiary satisfaction of those services level .To achieve the objectives Find a promising researcher tool purely of the identification of two main areas: the first includes (23) items and six major themes are (the message and the tasks and objectives, administration, Cun faculty members, teaching and learning, curriculum, scientific research, financial resources)The second includes (20) paragraph and five axes (tangible aspects, reliability, responsiveness, safety, empathy) and these themes give clues to the availability of quality in the services provided by the College elements and thus the total number of paragraphs of the questionnaire (43) paragraph.After making sure of the validity and reliability  tool was applied to a sample of faculty members in the college of (100) faculty member in (10) sections of various scientific disciplines and scientific titles, and the results indicate:- A quality standards number of educational services and the availability of variable rates , according to the viewpoint- ( 76 %) of the faculty members.- Lack of quality standards in a number of educational services provided , according to the viewpoint (24 %) of the faculty members.- The lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) among faculty members with respect to variable","PeriodicalId":323652,"journal":{"name":"مجلة كلية التربية للبنات للعلوم الإنسانية","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123430333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The work like many language teachers' works is a reaction to the frustrating state of the students who cannot use their knowledge in a real communicative situation. It spotlights the reasons of students' inefficient use of the English future structures; and projects, through a questionnaire, the most possible reasons of this problem propounding some useful techniques to overcome the problem depending on what is written in the literature of language learning and teaching. The study tackles the topic of tense and time as an entrance to investigate the nature of future structures. Apart from presenting a pedagogical view of future time references, it provides almost all the constructions used to express futurity and the indications they refer to getting use of the idea of Fleischman's time-line. The study ends with many results, findings and pedagogical suggestions. {"title":"تطور الدلالة الصوتية في اللغة العربية: مصادر ومراجع","authors":"بتول مشكين فام, مريم حيدري حيدري","doi":"10.36327/0829-009-017-006","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36327/0829-009-017-006","url":null,"abstract":"مسألة البحث:یقوم البحث هذا بمعالجة قضیة الدلالة الصوتیة وهي دلالة تستمد من طبیعة الأصوات في المنطوق به، وهي من القضایا الهامة التي استرعت انتباه اللغویین العرب منذ الخلیل بن أحمد الفراهیدي (ت175ه) إلی عصرنا الراهن. إن البحث یسلط الضوء في ما ورد من آراء هؤلاء اللغویین في مادة الدلالة الصوتیة لأهم مصادر ومراجع ألفوها في هذا المجال من التألیفات النظریة (ثمانیة کتب) إلی التطبیقیة (ثمانیة کتب). محاورالبحث:1- الدلالة الصوتیة في اللغة العربیة / 2- الدلالة الصوتیة في الکتب، رؤیة نظریة / 3-الدلالة الصوتیة في الکتب، رؤیة تطبیقیة. نتائج البحث:من أهم ما وصل إلیه البحث:  أولا: یبدو أن فضل السبق في مجال الدلالة الصوتیة یعود إلی الخلیل بن أحمد الفراهیدي(ت175ه) ثم تلمیذه سیبویه(ت180ه)؛ فهما أسسا مبادئ هذه القضیة ولو بإشارة بسیطة، من دون التعمق والتحلیل.                    لقد أدرك الخلیل أول مظهر من مظاهر الدلالة الصوتیة أي دلالة المقاطع الصوتیة، ثم تابع جهوده سیبویه عن طریق الإشارة إلی دلالة الصیغ والأوزان. ثانیا: بلغت الدلالة الصوتیة ذروتها في القرن الرابع الهجري عند ابن جني (ت 392ه)  في  کتابه \" ا لخصائص\". تجاوز ابن جني مرحلة البناء والتأسیس في هذا المجال إلی مرحلة التأصیل والنظریة.فهو أکبر المهتمین لفکرة الصلة بین الصوت والدلالة، وأکثرهم توسعا في بسط نطاق مظاهر الدلالة الصوتیة إذ یؤصل کثیرا من هذه المظاهر، وذلك من خلال استقرائه لألفاظ اللغة العربیة وتعلیلاته فیما بعد، مما جعل الکتاب غزیر المادة، حتی أصبح المصدر الأساسي لما جاء بعده من التألیفات. ثالثا : تم تطویرظاهرة الدلالة الصوتیة في کتاب\"خصائص الحروف العربیة ومعانيها\"لحسن عباس وهو الذي یبین مناسبة ذاتیة بین الأصوات اللغویة العربیة، والحواس الخمس والمشاعر الإنسانیة بمنهج إحصائي. رابعا: لم تقتصرالتألیفات في قضیة الدلالة الصوتیة علی حد النظریة، بل قام بعض الباحثین المعاصرین بتطبیق مظاهر الدلالة الصوتیة علی النصوص الأدبیة (القرآن-الشعر)، وذلك بالاعتماد علی نظریات اللغویین القدامی في هذا المجال. منهج البحث : المنهج المتبع هو منهج تاریخی- تحلیلي في مادة الدلالة الصوتیة. الکلمات الرئیسة : الصوت،الدلالة،التطور،المصدر،المرجع.","PeriodicalId":323652,"journal":{"name":"مجلة كلية التربية للبنات للعلوم الإنسانية","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124786728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"تأثير سلوكيات العقول الخجولة في الصمت التنظيمي:, دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من العاملين في رئاسة جامعة الكوفة","authors":"أزهار عزيز العبيدي, حيدر جاسم الجبوري, أمير نعمه الكلابي","doi":"10.36327/0829-013-025-071","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36327/0829-013-025-071","url":null,"abstract":"المستخلص : الغرض يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين رأس المال العلائقي من خلال (الثقة, الشفافية, التفاعل) التعلم التنظيمي من خلال (توليد المعرفة, الإبداع المعرفي, التشارك بالمعرفة). منهجية البحث حددت مشكلة البحث في عدة تساؤلات تمحورت حول طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث ، ولأجل ذلك وضع مخطط فرضي للبحث يعبر عن اثنان من الفرضيات الرئيسة تفرعت منها عدة فرضيات فرعية، ولأجل التأكد من صحة الفرضيات خضعت جميعها لاختبارات متعددة للتأكد من مدى صحتها . وقد استعمل البحث الاستبانه وسيلة للحصول على البيانات . منهج البحث استعمل البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للبحث. وعينة البحث استعملت العينة العمدية اذ تم اختيار الموظفين كعينة لتقييم متغيرات البحث, وكان عددهم (225) شخصا ويمثلون نسبة (42%) من المجتمع. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية (معامل ارتباط سبيرمان، معامل التحديد البسيط والتعدد) واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي(pct v.16  SPSS). نتائج البحث توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها تعامل الموظفين  فيما بينهم بحسن النية  داخل المنظمة واستعدادهم لحل المشاكل التي تواجه العمل والتفاعل فيما بينهم من خلال الاتصال وجه لوجه أدى الى تطوير الوسائل للحصول على المعرفة  وتجديدها مما وفر حوافز لهم لقاء مشاركتهم بالمعلومات كما أظهرت النتائج تعامل الموظفين فيما بينهم بصورة ايجابية وواضحة وسعيهم للابتعاد عن السلوكيات السلبية أدى الى الاستفادة من نتائج توليد المعرفة فيما بينهم  وإشاعة اسلوب العمل الجماعي لتوليد أفكار جديدة . Abstract The purpose : paper aims to reveal the relationship and effect link between the relational capital through (trust, transparency, interaction) organizational learning through (knowledge generation, knowledge innovation, knowledge sharing). And its importance is in its attempt to identify the gaps in knowledge of the relationship between these variables (functional analysis and organizational innovation), As well as his attempt to address the problem of real impact directly on government institutions in Iraq, and based on the method of random sampling, Distributed (150)  A questionnaire on the heads of departments and managers of the owners and employees of the University of Kufa and its colleges, The number of questionnaires retrieved valid for statistical analysis (110) was identified, Response rate (73%), It was analyzed by the statistical program SPSS v20.
