القيادة المتغطرسة وتأثيرها في الأداء المنظمي:, دراسة حالة في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعة الكوفة

Abstract

إن الغرض من البحث الحالي هو التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التحليل الوظيفي والأبداع التنظيمي في رئاسة جامعة الكوفة. وتتمثل أهميته في محاولته للوقوف على الثغرات المعرفية للعلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات (التحليل الوظيفي والأبداع التنظيمي)، كذلك محاولته معالجة مشكلة واقعية تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على المؤسسات الحكومية بالعراق، و بالإعتماد على أسلوب العينة العشوائية، تم توزيع (150) إستبانة على رؤساء الاقسام ومدراء شعب الملاك والموظفين في جامعة الكوفة وكلياتها، وكان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة والصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (110) إستبانة، وبمعدل إستجابة  73) %)، وتم تحليلها بوساطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS v20 . لقد أظهرت النتائج النظرية وجود فجوة معرفية لتفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث في المؤسسات الحكومية بشكل عام وفي رئاسة جامعة الكوفة وكلياتها بشكل خاص، كما أظهرت النتائج العملية وجود علاقة إرتباط موجبة ومعنوية بين التحليل الوظيفي والأبداع التنظيمي، فضلا عن وجود تأثير معنوي وموجب للتحليل الوظيفي في الأبداع التنظيمي.    That the purpose of the current research is to identify the nature of the relationship between functional analysis and organizational creativity in the presidency of the University of Kufa. And its importance is in its attempt to identify the gaps in knowledge of the relationship between these variables (functional analysis and organizational innovation), As well as his attempt to address the problem of real impact directly on government institutions in Iraq, and based on the method of random sampling, Distributed (150)  A questionnaire on the heads of departments and managers of the owners and employees of the University of Kufa and its colleges, The number of questionnaires retrieved valid for statistical analysis (110) was identified, Response rate (73%), It was analyzed by the statistical program SPSS v20. The theoretical results showed a knowledge gap to clarify the nature of the relationship between the variables of research in government institutions in general and in the presidency of the University of Kufa and its colleges in particular, The results showed a positive correlation between functional analysis and organizational creativity, as well as a significant and significant effect of functional analysis on organizational creativity.
