Village credit institutions have the authority to implement their management based on the respective traditional village pararem. Given the important position of village credit institutions in improving the welfare of local communities, village credit institutions must be improved as a financial institution. Given the number of problematic village credit institutions in Tabanan Regency caused by many mismanagement of the leadership, this study was conducted to see the influence of Asta Brata's leadership on employee satisfaction at village credit institutions (LPD) in Tabanan Regency. This study used a sample of 93 people from a total population of 1190 people. Sampling using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. Collecting information from respondents using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data from respondents is still in ordinal scale units and the data processing requirements used are path analysis, so the data must be increased to intervals using the interval successive method.The results of this study are to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that the leadership of Asta Brata with subvariables Indra Brata, Yama Brata, Surya Brata, Candra Brata, Bayu Brata, Kuwera Brata, Baruna Brata and Agni Brata had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at village credit institutions in Tabanan Regency. Asta Brata with the greatest influence on job satisfaction at village credit institutions (LPD) in Tabanan Regency is Indra Brata. This phenomenon needs more attention from various parties, including related aspects that can affect a person’s mental health condition, such as religiosity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between religiosity and mental health in early adult women who have early childhood. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected using two questionnaires. The mental health questionnaire is a modification of the Mental Health Inventory (MHI-38) while the religiosity questionnaire was developed based on the theory and dimensions of religiosity from Glock and Stark. The subjects in this study were 49 early adult women who have early childhood. Data analysis was carried out by testing assumptions and hypotheses. Testing the validity of data was carried out by testing validity and reliability. The results concluded that there was a significant and positive relationship between religiosity and mental health. When a woman in her early adulthood and having early childhood has a good level of religiosity, she will have good mental health as well, and vice versa. The type of data used was qualitative descriptive, with primary and secondary data sources. Technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques, data collection methods was using passive participation observations, structured interviews, study documentation and literature study as well as using data analysis techniques and techniques in presenting the results of data analysis. The results showed that first, the role transformation of Hindu religion teachers in character-based Hindu learning in the post-Covid-19 pandemic through the teachings of Catur Paramita (Study of Case: SD Negeri 5 Batubulan) namely: the role transformation of Hindu religion teacher through the teachings of Maitri, Karuna, Mudita and Upeksa, the transformation of Hindu religion teacher as a model, and the role transformation of the Hindu religion teacher as an evaluator. Second, the obstacles faced by Hindu teachers in the transformation of character-based Hindu learning through the teachings of Catur Paramita at SD Negeri 5 Batubulan come from: internal constraints, namely innate factors, emotional factors, and interest factors as well as external constraints, namely the family environment, school environment, society environment, and mass media. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data was extracted through text studies, documents, in-depth interviews and field studies in Banjar village. The data in this study were collected using various techniques to obtain the required data with quality, reliability, and validity. The technique of determining information in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The results showed that the ideological values of Sura magada in the Banjar War of 1868 were (1) the value of heroism, (2) the value of leadership, (3) the value of courage, (4) the value of self-sacrifice, (5) the value of authority, (7) values of patriotism, (8) moral values, (9) values of solidarity, and (10) religious values that are very relevant to be guided and become principles of life in various activities today. Sehingga dalam konteks pendidikan peserta didik tidak hanya sebagai objek, namun sekaligus juga sebagai subjek, 2). Dimensi pendidikan eksistensialisme dalam Geguritan Selampah Laku menekankan pada dua prinsip yakni aspek kedirian dan juga aspek sosial. Aspek kedirian mengungkap bagaimana kesadaran diri berperan dalam proses pendidikan. 3). Pada aspek sosial meliputi pengungkapan peranan lingkungan dalam proses pendidikan dan menekankan kebermanfaatan sebagai suatu prinsip dalam pendidikan. Even if it is associated with customs and culture, one of them is through the patrilineal system as it applies in Bali, they are considered to have no contribution at all. Another theme that is also often found in many types of research is the ambivalent attitude that worships Hindu women while at the same time degrading them, especially concerning women's bodies. There are not many writers who re-discuss this theme from the anthropology of religion or religious anthropology which views women in the scriptures not only as a theological and divine dimension but also as an open space for how women can see themselves and act in their culture. Through qualitative research methods using the perspective of religious anthropology based primarily on Hindu scriptures, this study found in-depth interviews and participatory observations and anthropological perspectives of religion enriched with literature studies in the form of holy scriptures, this study found so many important roles of Hindu women who not many people know. In the western part of Kintamani, there is Selulung Traditionalvillage which is still strong with a dualistic world view regarding its beliefs, socio-religions, andrituals. Belief in ancestors with the existence of Pura Kanginan-Kauhan, Palinggih Rong Kalih,Palinggih Dewa Hyang Kembar. A dualistic socio-religious system exists in the village eldercouncil called Ulu Apad which is divided into two, namely kiwa-tengen, sigar kanginan-sigarkauhan. Apart from that, there are also social rituals that are dualistic, such as the nyeheb rite, a riteasking for rain to the gods of the sky.
