Danylov, Olga Vіgdorovich
Housing and communal services are one of the largest industries in the economic complex of Ukraine. At the same time, 61% of residential buildings in the country were built before 1970, that is, they are morally and physically outdated. This fact is a significant problem that threatens the stable functioning of our cities. It is for this reason that it is extremely important to develop methods of monitoring, strategic planning and anti-crisis management in architectural urbanism. In this article, as such a tool, the methods of compiling "Nodes of problems" are proposed, which are a component of a new paradigm - "Anti-crisis management in architectural urbanism", which is a component of such scientific and practical directions "Architectural urbanism" and "Urban management". "Node of problems" is a grapho-analytical method of outputting data obtained with the help of the "Software complex for modeling the city as a dynamic system", which is currently being developed at XNUUE named after O.M. Beketov. \u0000The new scientific direction "Anti-crisis management in architectural urbanism" is an actual response to the problem that has arisen in the field of complex reconstruction of quarters (microdistricts) of the outdated housing stock. Urban planning is the science of the city of extensive type of development. No urban planning regulations and rules indicate what to do with urban voids on the sites of abandoned factories, what to do with the problem of marginalization of "working quarters", how to implement road maps for optimizing the city's housing stock in conditions of almost complete disregard by the population of legislative requirements, and most importantly - how to achieve positive changes in the problem of housing reconstruction in conditions of limited access to resources. \u0000The essence of the method is to reflect the set of contradictions between the principles of functioning of the elements of the city system. The contradiction is the result of centrifugal and centripetal efforts arising in the processes of meeting the vital needs of the social component of the city. The city itself is considered as a collection of artifacts belonging to the social, man-made or natural subsystem. Dynamic processes of city functioning occur as a result of the interaction of these subsystems.

When posing the problem, the main aspects that lead to the current difficulties with ecology are determined. The main problems that are already facing us because of climate change are indicated. The problem of using plastic, which fills most landfills with waste, is also considered. Based on these problems, it is proposed to determine the happiest countries in the world according to a rating compiled by independent contractors at the request of the UN. In this way, the main problems of the countries are deduced and summarized in comparative statistics based on unifying problems. The existing methods and technologies currently promoted by the world's leading countries in comparison with our country are also considered. Despite the fact that countries differ in geographical location, level of development, availability of natural resources, and other factors, they all face environmental problems. Climate change - global warming due to CO2 emissions - is one of the most common problems. The level of global warming of 1.5°C may soon be crossed, unless rapid and large-scale reductions in greenhouse gas emissions are made, we are doomed to global climate change in every region \u0000The world suffers from global climate changes, social segregation, lack of full implementation of recycling technologies, recycling of human life items, epidemics, financial crises, etc. Ukraine, before the above list, has been on the permanent fire for quite a long time. Despite the indescribable depth of the tragedy that Ukraine and Ukrainians are experiencing every day, we have the opportunity to create a completely new country, implement the best achievements, and most importantly, logically implement them in the local context, and not blindly copy them. The World Bank report published in its study a list of directions that the global community should pay attention to and take into account in its various developments. \u0000For Ukraine, the problems of eco-genocide, which are caused by hostilities on the part of Russia, are indicated and potential methods of their solution are considered.

In the course of the evolutionary development of science and technology, the fields of astrophysics, nuclear physics, and elementary particle physics reached their peak in the 20th century. Since the vast majority of scientific and experimental research carried out in the field of physics requires special laboratory conditions that are as free as possible from the influence of cosmic radiation and radioactive isotopes, the construction of underground research complexes has also achieved active development. During the research, the fundamental works of a number of scientists were analyzed. Conceptual approaches to the development of underground space are considered in the scientific works of Han Admiral and Antonia Cornaro, in the doctoral dissertation of Kenneth B. Lebs. Peculiarities of the urban planning organization of the underground space are studied in the works of: G. I. Hayko, E. Reynolds, L. von der Tann, R. Sterling, Sh. Narang Suri, A. Wright. The problems of global experience in the design of underground buildings and structures were embodied in the works of P. Stones, T. Yung Heng, G.I. Hayko, and N.D. Panktrova. Interdisciplinary issues in the use of underground space are discussed in the works of H. Braun, N.A. Bakhtadze, V. Biletskyi, P. Kh. Gilberta. The spatial and planning organization of underground and surface laboratories is considered in the works of A. Bettini, Aldo Ianni, E. Kochia, K. G. Ryzhkova The article presents groups of factors that have an impact on the structural organization of the environment of underground research complexes. The analysis of the influence of the main factors on the urban planning, spatial and functional structure of underground research complexes was carried out. It was established that the formation of the underground environment is influenced by the following groups of factors: engineering-geological, technological, natural-climatic, urban planning, constructive, economic, legislative, ecological, architectural and planning. A general description of each group of factors is given. It is proposed to consider the above factors from the point of view of a complex approach as closely interconnected structures that influence each other and the formation of the final structure of the underground research complex.

The genesis and history of modular housing construction are traced. The advantages and problems of modular housing construction are determined. \u0000The study identified modern trends in modular construction: 1) the desire for maximum consolidation of construction and structural modules; 2) transition to lightweight structural modules made of wood and metal instead of concrete; 3) implementation of energy-efficient (“green”) and smart technologies, materials and the use of secondary resources in residential modular buildings; 4) striving for maximum variety of modules, apartments and housing types. \u0000The main feature of modern modular construction in the world is the spread of a new hybrid concept, which seeks to combine the automation of mass production and the unification of elements with “mass individualization” - the variability and diversity of modular elements, apartments and types of housing. \u0000Modern modular residential buildings include several types and aspects of hybridization: \u0000- modular construction itself is a hybrid method (combination of traditional on-site construction with production of modules in factory conditions); \u0000- hybrid energy supply (simultaneous use of traditional and alternative energy sources); \u0000- use of hybrid materials and enclosing and supporting structures; \u0000- implementation of the hybrid concept of "mass individualization; \u0000- functional and typological hybridization – mixed functional use and mixing of established residential typologies in one housing structure (combination of elite and social housing, apartments for students and the elderly, gallery and sectional houses, etc.).

The top level of the WBS is a project that represents the totality of the entire scope of work. The project consists of smaller works of different scope and importance, which are usually called work packages. The head of works often distributes work packages according to responsibility, assigning a responsible person to each package - an individual, a department, a subcontractor. In turn, each work package is subdivided into tasks or contains its own, smaller, internal work packages, the completion of which marks the end of work on the work package as a whole. Work on a work package is considered completed when the persons responsible for it (team) have completed all internal work packages and all tasks (events). \u0000A network diagram allows you to graphically establish the relationship between individual operations/work packages throughout the project area. The relationship and sequence between operations may vary from project to project, depending on the system you use in your work, the availability of funds, employees, etc. Actions are usually planned in a sequential order. Depending on the relationship between the beginning/end of previous and subsequent operations, four types of dependence are distinguished: \u0000 \u0000finish-start – a new operation begins immediately after the end of the previous one; \u0000start-start – the start of the next operation is related to the start of the previous one, that is, in fact, two operations start at the same time; \u0000finish-finish - the finish of the next one depends on and is connected with the end of the next one, that is, two operations are completed simultaneously; \u0000start-finish – the beginning of the previous operation is connected with the end of the next one, that is, the finish of the next one is connected with the beginning of the previous one. \u0000 \u0000When planning a relationship, you can enter lead time or delay time.
