Achieving learning goals using technology can be developed by combining learning models and methods, one of which is problem-based learning implemented in projects. The aim of this research is to develop a problem-based Physics Interactive Learning Module (ILM) implemented in a project using a flipbook for students' creative thinking abilities. This research uses the development method with the ADDIE model. The instrument used to measure the level of validity of the instrument uses validation sheets from material and media experts. Meanwhile, the instrument used to measure creative thinking abilities uses an observation sheet. The validation results obtained by material experts and material experts were an average of 83.51% with very valid criteria. The product is then tested to see its effectiveness on creative thinking abilities. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas produk menggunakan lembar validasi ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa sedangkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan produk menggunakan angket respon guru dan angket respon peserta didik. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan masing-masing 0,9, 0,9, dan 0,91 untuk aspek media, materi, dan bahasa yang termasuk kategori validitas sangat tinggi. Sedangkan respon guru dari angket memperoleh nilai 4,6 yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Hasil penilaian produk oleh peserta didik masing-masing 88% dan85% untuk uji kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. This research was conducted in 7 high schools in Palangka Raya City with the total number of respondents being 186 students. The research method used is the development of ADDIE with the stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The analysis of the data used in this study is based on the results of the recapitulation of the feasibility test scores obtained from media expert validators and material expert validators. The results of the recapitulation of the feasibility test scores obtained from media experts amounted to 92.07% with a very decent category. While the results of the recapitulation of the feasibility test scores obtained from material experts are 91.85% in the very feasible category. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kefektifan pemanfaatan teknologi gamification. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk mengetahui keefektifan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan tes hasil belajar dilanjutkan dengan melaksanakan pengolahan data dan dianalisis dengan kriteria maka diperoleh nilai 82,68% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Twenty educators from Islamic Senior High Schools joined the community service activity. The success of the activity was observable on the educators while mentoring the teaching material preparation. The educators have high interest on the activities. They had the same objectives in the activity to create innovative teaching materials. Thus, the students while learning physics had high learning motivation. Generally, the program implementation remained within the activity orders, the workshop and training to develop teaching materials and HOTS-based assessment. The developed teaching material made the teachers enthusiastic to develop the HOTS-based teaching material. Penelitian mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Purworejo pada 31 peserta didik kelas X. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi validasi ahli, angket respon peserta didik, observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tes kemampuan literasi sains. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian diperoleh validitas poster digital yang dilihat dari nilai rerata ahli media 3,55 (sangat baik) dan ahli materi 3,8 (sangat baik). Sehingga media yang dikembangkan dapat dikatakan valid. Dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh Percentage Agreement sebesar 98% (reliable) dan hasil angket respon peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 98,7% (sangat baik). Sedangkan hasil keefektifan poster digital dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik dengan nilai Normalized Gain sebesar 0,63 (sedang). This skill is important for students in order to be successful in science. One way to teach this skill by implementing STEM-SDGs learning. The 14th SDGs goal regarding ocean ecosystems can be conveyed through material on the physics of global warming. The aim of this research was to analyze the level of student’s scientific communication skills in discussing SDGs issues related to global warming through STEM learning. This research was a qualitative descriptive with a case method design. This research was conducted at SMAN Kalisat in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The data collection method used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research data were analyzed using SG code. Based on the research results, it was found that STEM-SDGs learning can improved scientific communication skills. Scientific communication skills in indicators conveying specific natural phenomena increased from SG+ to SG++, indicators conveying scientific topics and representing scientific findings or evidence increased from SG- to SG++. However, the indicator for the use of scientific language terms tended to remain stable at SG-, showing no increase. Six indicators of scientific reasoning ability include conversion reasoning, proportional reasoning, variable control, probabilistic reasoning, correlation reasoning, and hypothesis-deductive reasoning. Scientific reasoning ability can be improved by using learning models that encourage students to think at a higher level, one of which is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The purpose of this research is to determine the scientific reasoning ability of students through the application of the PBL model on static fluid physics material. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. This research was conducted in class XI MIPA 4 SMAN 3 Jember. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are the average score of students' reasoning ability on the six indicators of scientific reasoning in the very good category. Sepuluh mahasiswa semester 5 berpartisipasi dalam penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrumen pengambilan data terdiri dari tes yang berupa 10 soal uraian dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, mahasiswa melakukan kesalahan menyelesaikan permasalahan pada materi fisika modern dengan permasalahan tipe Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS). Kesalahan dalam membaca, transformasi, keterampilan proses, dan menulis jawaban akhir pada analisis aspek yang termasuk dalam kesalahan konseptual dan kesalahan teknik. Selain itu mengenai aspek evaluasi yaitu kemampuan mengolah kesalahan dan menyusun tanggapan akhir. Pada aspek mencipta, khususnya kesalahan dalam pemahaman dan penulisan jawaban akhir.
