While the method used in this study is Research and Development (R & D). The results of development research in this study are first, students and teachers have the same needs, namely teaching materials sourced from folklore that can be used as a companion teaching materials that have been used in school. Secondly, prototypes of folklore teaching materials have cover specifications, introductory words, table of contents, learning instructions, SK/KD/indicators/goals, material, training, summary, evaluation, assessment, final training, and bibliography, biodata of the author. Third, the validation results are stated as good or feasible to be used in Xaverius Lubuklinggau Elementary School. This is based on the results of expert validation carried out on four aspects, namely the feasibility of content or material, the feasibility of language, the feasibility of the presenter and graphics. Fourth, the effectiveness test of teaching material products proves that the results of the T-Test on teaching materials are very significant. This can be seen by the schools that were sampled in the study obtained by the results of Asymp.ig. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the learning process in constructing negotiating texts using the problem based learning model, describing improvement in skills in constructing negotiating texts with problem based learning models, and describing changes in students' behavior after the learning process with problem based learning models. This class action research uses descriptive qualitative research design carried out in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model was able to improve the skills of constructing the negotiating text of students of class X MIPA 2 Malang 7 High School. The ability of students to think critically when constructing text also increases. Through the problem based learning (PBL) learning model students are not taught to be wishful but directed to be able to solve their own problems through negotiations as outlined in a complete text in accordance with the structure and language of the negotiating text. The students are PPBSI JBSID FBS UNP. Type ofthis research is qualitative research with descriptive method. This research is done at UNP. The data of this research are the exposition texts which were got from informant. There are 20 exposition text of student work. The isntrumen of this researcher it self, and the technique of data analysis are by describing the data, analyzing and discussion. The result showed that there are there characteristic of text exposition; thesis, argument and the confirmation repetition argumen. And also there are five characteristic of linguistics found on student work; pronomina,nomina, verba, adjevtive and adverb. Based on the research it can be concluded that there are two important things, first in writing exposition text the student using there exposition characteristic. It can be said that all of them using all character, it can be proved that from 20 text, there are 12 text that using thesis, argument and confirmation repetition argument. Second, the student using linguistic character in writing text expoition. The research uses Borg and Gall model through the modified stages: preliminary, product development planning, product development, expert validity test, product revising, and product trial run. The validity results from content experts shows the content reliability gaining score 4.17, categorized very well; service reliability gaining score 4.38, categorized very well; and language reliability gaining score 4.25, categorized very well. The product validity from graphic expert gains score of 4.14, categorized very well. The product reliability gained from 25 Indonesian language teachers shows the content, gaining 4.32, categorized very well; service reliability gaining score 4.38, categorized very well; language reliability gaining score 4.37, categorized very well; and graphic reliability gaining score 4.41, categorized very well. Forms a single sentence in the Minangkabau language acquisition in children age 3-4 year review based on declarative sentence (statement), interrogative (questions), and imperative (request). Reviews theories used in the study that is the first language acquisition, the forms of a single sentence, the acquisition of syntax in children aged 3-4 years, and Minangkabau language. This article is a review based on a qualitative approach using descriptive method. Source of data used children 3-4 years old female gender. Data in the form of speech, speech writing children aged 3-4 years which contain forms of a single sentence in the form of declarative sentences, interrogative, and imperative. Data collection techniques in this study as follows to record and observe the child who was talking to another friend, a parent, or to the researchers directly. Techniques for data analysis in this study: First, transcribing into the language of the Minangkabau language copy of the tape to the Indonesian language. Second, underline and give code discretion of the child in accordance with the forms of declarative sentences, interrogative, and imperative. Third, interpret or give meaning research results in the form of the sentence forms. Fourth, draw conclusions. Research results in the form of speech, speech delivered by Child Age 3-4 years. In this case informannya natured woman named Tika. Tika in communicating day-to-day use Minangkabau language of their parents, among friends, and the researchers themselves.
