Various forums of seminars and dialogues are held in order to find meaning and format forward the figure of a new Indonesia. The concept of Islamic universalism and its contribution in the New Indonesia construct can depart from the thought of the concept of al dharnriyat al khamsab, which of course includes its all-encompassing human and humanitarian history of Indonesia, which in many ways is diversity, in accordance with the concept of rahmatan Iil al alamin. Each component of the nation is required to have a prerequisite in the form of independence and democratization which includes freedom, justice and equality. Prerequisites intended, demanding implementation not only by the community but also good will and political will from the ruling elite. The actualization of the values of Islamic universalism in order to lead to New Indonesia is not just a mere academic camouflage. Indonesia baru, hingga detik inipun masih menjadi bahan perbincangan yang cukup menarik. Berbagai forum seminar dan dialog diselenggarakan dalam rangka mencari makna dan format ke depan sosok Indonesia baru. Konsep universalisme Islam dan konstribusinya dalam konstruk Indonesia Baru dapat berangkat dari pemikiran tentang konsep al dharnriyat al khamsab, yang tentu saja pemanahannya mencakup seluruh manusia dan perjalanan sejarah kemanusiaan Indonesia, yang dalam banyak hal bersifat diversity, sesuai dengan konsep rahmatan Iil al alamin. Setiap komponen bangsa diharuskan memiliki prasyarat berupa independensi dan demokratisasi yang meliputi freedom, justice dan equality. Prasyarat dimaksud, menuntut implementasi tidak hanya oleh masyarakat tetapi juga good will and political will dari elite penguasa. Even in the secular West's view, human rights are the expression of human freedom irrespective of God's provisions, religion, morals or metaphysical obligations. In contrast to the Islamic view, that human rights and even human beings are God's grace and will come back later. Based on this, human rights in Islam are theocentric, that is aimed at and sourced from God. Islam places human rights as a consequence of the obligation to God. Externally, the Islamic state is totally separate from other non-Islamic communities. Internally, the Islamic state is an ummah and a group of people united with one another by the ties of Islamic (Islamic) equality. States can not impose restrictive measures and diminish their rights altogether. Konsep HAM adalah hasil ramuan budaya yang tidak berpijak pada prinsip agama, maka ia bersifat antroposentris, yakni terfokus hanya pada manusia itu sendiri. Bahkan dalam pandangan Barat sekuler, HAM adalah ekspresi kebebasan manusia yang terlepas dari ketentuan Tuhan, agama, moral atau kewajiban metafisika. Berbeda dengan pandangan Islam, bahwa HAM bahkan wujud manusia sekalipun adalah anugerah Tuhan dan kepada-Nya kelak akan kembali. Berdasarkan ini, HAM dalam Islam bersifat teosentris, yakni bertujuan untuk dan bersumber dari Tuhan. Islam menempatkan HAM sebagai kosekuensi dari pelaksanaan kewajiban terhadap Allah. Secara eksternal, negara Islam sama sekali terpisah dari komunitas lain bukan Islam. Secara internal, negara Islam adalah suatu ummah dan sekumpulan orang-orang yang dipersatukan antara satu dengan yang lain oleh ikatan persamaan agama { Islam ). Human rights are of the utmost importance, because human beings can be real human beings if their basic rights are fulfilled and guaranteed after fulfilling their obligations. The denial of human rights implies the denial of human existence which Allah says is used as khalifah fil al ardh. In order to support the universality of Islam and the position of Islam as rahmatan Iil Alamin, the Koran regulates all aspects of human life in all its deeds, both the deeds of the heart and the physical deeds, whether in relation to the faith, ethics, and practical both governing relationships between individuals and individuals, with society, individuals with the state, individuals with the environment, and individuals with their God. Seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban manusia, perbincangan yang menyangkut permasalahan hak asasi manusia tidak akan surut tertelan zaman, karena parameter suatu bangsa yang beradab adalah apabila suatu peradaban telah dapat mendudukkan manusia secara proporsional, bisa \"memanusiakan\" manusia. Femininity will give a place to masculinity to power while femininity is behind. This is evident from the existence of a comparative study between mainstream accounting and Shari'ah accounting, in an attempt to expose the Ah-Shari'ah feminism that has been marginalized. This paper discusses Islamic accounting perspective as a new paradigm. The essence of Islamic accounting is essentially an attempt to deconstruct modern accounting into a more humanist and value-packed form. Shari'ah accounting is a new technology that shows that social, moral, and spiritual values are an important concern in determining the principles to be developed. Therefore, the concept of accountability in shari'a accounting is more emphasis on two mutually balanced sides of the concept of responsibility in the context of Hamblum minallah and Hamblum minannas. In the first concept is a form of manifestation of worship, which relates between human beings as being with Al-lah as-the Creator. While the second refers more to the existence of human beings as social beings. This form of accountability is manifested in the objectives of shari'ah accounting. Budaya modern sebetulnya didominasi oleh sifat maskulin, seperti kehidupan yang material, rasional ekspansif, eksploitatif, kompetitif, egois, kuantitatif, dan sebagainya. Femininitas akan memberikan tempat kepada maskulinitas untuk berkuasa sementara femininitas berada di belakang. Hal ini tampak dari adanya suatu studi komparatif antara akuntansi mainstream dengan akuntansi Syari’ah, sebagai upaya untuk menyingkap feminisme Ah-Syari’ah yang selama ini terpinggirkan. Tulisan ini membahas perspektif akuntansi Islam sebagai paradigma baru. Esensi dari akuntansi Islam pada dasarnya merupakan sebuah upaya mendekonstruksi akuntansi modem ke dalam bentuk yang lebih humanis dan sarat nilai. Akuntansi syari’ah merupakan suatu teknologi baru yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai sosial, moral, dan spiritual menjadi suatu perhatian penting dalam penetapan prinsip-prinsip yang akan dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu konsep akuntabilitas pada akuntansi syari’ah lebih menekankan pada dua sisi yang saling berimbang yakni konsep pertanggunggungjawaban dalam konteks Hamblum minallah dan Hamblum minannas. Pada konsep pertama merupakan bentuk manifestasi dari ibadah, yang berhubungan antara manusia sebagai mahluk dengan Al­lah sebagai-Sang Pencipta. Sedangkan yang kedua lebih mengacu pada eksistensi manusia sebagai mahluk sosial. This is because questioning the status of women is essentially concerned with established systems and structures. In addition there are many misunderstandings about why women's issues should be questioned. This paper discusses gender issues that essentially discuss power relationships that involve individuals. This paper is not meant to discuss feminist flows, but rather addressing the debate about gender in the theological discourse of Islamic intellectual traditions. In the discourse of women's theology in Islam, its social implications will be colored by the tug of war between the struggle to equalize gender on the one hand and the struggle to unite them in cosmic harmony on the other. The first seeks to eliminate the social injustice that affects women by raising the existence of gender in order to be equal and equal. While the latter seeks to eliminate social injustice by reinforcing, not to elevate gender differences in order to mutual respect and equality in the natural unity. Membincang ketidakadilan sosial terhadap perempuan dengan analisis gender, sering kali akan menghadapi perlawanan baik dari kalangan kaum laki-laki maupun perempuan sendiri. Ini disebabkan karena mempertanyakan status perempuan pada dasarnya adalah mempersoalkan sistem dan struktur yang sudah mapan. Tulisan ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk mendiskusikan tentang aliran-aliran feminisme, tetapi lebih ditujukan pada perdebatan tentang gender dalam wacana teologis tradisi intelektual Islam. Pada wacana teologi perempuan dalam Is­lam, implikasi sosialnya akan diwarnai oleh tarik ulur antara perjuangan menyetarakan gender di satu sisi dan perjuangan menyatukan keduanya dalam keharmonian kosmis di sisi yang lain. Yang pertama berusaha menghilangkan ketidakadilan sosial yang menimpa perempuan dengan mengangkat eksistensi gender agar bisa sama dan setara. This paper reviews how language uses words that deliberately 'marginalize' women. While the media continues to contain images and events that also discredit and degrade women's dignity. Because of the many perspectives on violence, this article will only understand violence according to the Galtung perspective. Because, as known Johan Galtung is a sociologist who devoted his attention to violence as a social phenomenon two decades past. Injustice and inequality due to social gender either through language with the harsh and degrading selection of words and degrading women's dignity or through the media that shows women as sex objects and commodities shows that violence will continue. Because, in addition to the media have the authority as the holder of the news an event, women themselves attitudes justify, underline and accept the myth of male domination of women. If people think women are not as smart as men, they tend to accept because they accept the authority of society. Bahasa dan media dituding sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mengekalkan dominasi laki-laki atas perempuan melalui kata maupun gambar. Tulisan ini mengulas bagaimana bahasa menggunakan kata yang dengan sengaja ‘meminggirkan’ kaum perempuan. Sedangkan media terus menerus memuat gambar dan peristiwa yang juga memojokkan dan merendahkan martabat kaum perempuan. Karena banyaknya perspektif tentang kekerasan, tulisan ini hanya akan memahami kekerasan menurut perspektif Galtung. Sebab, sebagaimana diketahui Johan Galtung merupakan sosiolog yang mencurahkan perhatiannya pada kekerasan sebagai fenomena sosial dua dasa warsa terakhir. Ketidakadilan dan ketidak setaraan akibat jenis kelamin sosial baik melalui bahasa dengan pemilihan kata-kata yang kasar dan merendahkan martabat perempuan maupun melalui media yang menayangkan perempuan sebagai obyek dan komoditas seks menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan masih akan terus berlangsung. Sebab, selain media memiliki otoritas sebagai pemegang pemberitaan sebuah peristiwa, perempuan sendiri sikapnya ikut membenarkan, menggarisbawahi dan menerima saja mitos dominasi laki-laki atas perempuan. Conglomerates that are expected as a development machine and Indonesian economic growth have failed. The position and the role of SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) during crisis gave a new hope for the bright future of Indonesian economic. A fact shows that during the time of economic crisis, SME earned much more than the big enterprises (conglomerate). In detail, this article will present the roles of SME (UKM, Ind.) and its development since 1900s for the growth of economy. The attempts of Indonesian government to empower the growth of SME is also discussed. Sejak pertengahan tahun 1977, situasi perekonomian Indonesia mengalami goncangan keras karena dilanda krisis yang berkepanjangan. Konglomerat yang diharapkan sebagai mesin pembangunan dan pertambahan ekonomi Indonesia telah mengalami kegagalan. Kedudukan dan peran UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) selama krisis telah memberikan harapan baru untuk masa depan ekonomi Indonesia yang lebih cerah. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa selama krisis ekonomi panjang, UKM menghasilkan untung lebih banyak disbanding usaha skala besar (konglomerat). Artikel ini akan menjelaskan dengan detil peran-peran UKM dan perkembangannya sejak tahun 1900-an untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi. In fact, in the world of global science, many scholars believe that since the last half of the twentieth century it is a revival of Islam (the renaissance of Islam) which is at least characterized by the rise of the Islamization of science, economics, social, politics and so on. Methods of thinking and research methods are the foundation of the development of science, then both are actually an applicative form of the whole paradigm and the world view of the flow of knowledge. Islamization of thinking methods has duality characteristics, Mutawassith characteristics, and formulative characteristics. The research methods developed in both classical and modern Islamic times need to be reconstructed to give birth to the methods expected in Islam. For that reason, it takes dialogue simultaneously to contribute greatly to the creation of an Islamic civilization. Tidak sedikit masyarakat kampus, baik di lingkungan Departemen Agama atau Departemen Pendidikan Nasional, yang belum atau sengaja tidak memahami perlunya Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan. Padahal, di dunia ilmu pengetahuan global, banyak pakar meyakini bahwa sejak paruh terakhir abad ke- 20 merupakan kebangkitan kembali Islam (the renaissance of Islam) yang setidaknya ditandai dengan timbulnya semangat Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan, ekonomi, sosial, politik dan sebagainya. Metode  berfikir dan metode penelitian merupakan tumpuan dari pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, maka keduanya  sesungguhnya merupakan bentuk aplikatif dari seluruh paradigma dan  world view aliran ilmu pengetahuan. Islamisasi metode berfikir memiliki karakteristik dualitas, karakteristik Mutawassith, dan karakteristik formulatif. Baik metode penelitian yang dikembangkan dalam Islam era klasik maupun modern perlu direkontruksi untuk melahirkan metode yang diharapkan dalam Islam. Due to the fact, literature can develop and flourish without any Islamic emblems in it. Even if there is a connection, the relationship between literature and Islam is actually very problematic. That is because the Islamic dustur (al-Quran), as a source of inspiration that complements every aesthetic momentum in Islamic civilization, expressly requires the integration of two totally different world existence in a space of beauty. This paper deals with the dialectic between the literary and Islamic value systems. Semiology of Islamic literature is spelled out in two aspects of meaning that are individual and universal. Individual interpreted Islamic literature has a subordinate attachment to religion while the universal interpreted by Islamic literature has unlimited opportunities of space and time to move and find spiritual meaning in life. Sastra dan Islam adalah dua entitas yang tidak harus ada kaitannya. Karena kenyataannya, sastra dapat tumbuh subur dan berkembang tanpa harus ada embel-embel Islam di dalamnya. Kalaupun ada kaitannya, hubungan antara sastra dan Islam sesungguhnya sangat problematis. Hal itu dikarenakan dustur Islam (al-Quran), sebagai sumber inspirasi yang melengkapi setiap momentum estetik dalam peradaban Islam, dengan tegas mensyaratkan adanya keterpaduan antara dua eksistensi dunia yang benar-benar berbeda dalam sebuah ruang keindahan. Tulisan ini menyinggung dialektika antara sistem nilai sastra dan Islam. Semiologi sastra Islam termantrakan dalam dua segi makna yang bersifat individual dan universal. This also includes culture and scientific civilization. In the span of the history of culture and civilization, Islamic discourse is never silent from psychology, from basic principles, physiological concepts, to operational techniques. Method of study and development of Islamic psychology pursued through two ways namely pragmatic method and idealistic method. This paper describes mapping methods and approaches of Islamic psychology as well as research method and development of Islamic psychology. The result shows that Islamic psychology is no longer in pseudo scientific level but it has exceeded the scientific boundaries. The objectivity of a science is only a matter of agreement, whose criteria are both quantitative and qualitative. Contemporary psychology has gained agreement from its own circle. Likewise Islamic psychology has gained agreement from the Muslims. Sebagai agama, Islam tidak saja menawarkan sistem kepercayaan, peribadatan, dan etika, tetapi lebih jauh, Islam telah mencakup seluruh kebudayaan dan peradaban. Termasuk di dalamnya yaitu kebudayaan dan peradaban ilmiah. Dalam rentang sejarah kebudayaan dan peradaban, wacana Islam tidak pernah sunyi dari pembahasan psikologi, mulai dari prinsip-prinsip dasar, konsep- konsep fisiologis, sampai pada teknik operasionalnya. Metode pengkajian dan pengembangan psikologi Islam ditempuh melalui dua cara yaitu metode pragmatis dan metode idealistik. Tulisan ini menjabarkan pemetaan metode dan pendekatan psikologi Islam serta metode pengkajian dan pengembangan psikologi Islam. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu psikologi Islam bukan lagi bertaraf pseudo ilmiah tetapi telah melampaui batas-batas ilmiah. Objektivitas suatu ilmu hanyalah persoalan kesepakatan, yang kriterianya bukan hanya kuantitatif tetapi juga kualitatif. Psikologi kontemporer telah mendapatkan kesepakatan dari kalangannya sendiri.
