Start-up businesses do not all last more than 42 months. The purpose of this study is to predict the financial factors that cause business failure. This study uses five financial ratios in predicting failure with student businesses, namely activity ratios, cash flow ratios, solvency ratios, liquidity ratios, and profitability ratios. The population of this study is student start-up businesses. The sample in this study is a business that has survived for at least two semesters and has documented financial reports. This study uses logistic regression in the SPSS application as an analytical tool. The results showed that the activity ratios, liquidity ratios, and profitability ratios had a significant effect on the failure of student businesses. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Bisnis start-up merupakan bisnis yang berusia nol hingga 42 bulan, dimulai dari tahap discovery phase, firm emergence phase, baby-business phase, hingga operating phase. Bisnis start-up umumnya tidak semua bertahan setelah 42 bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi faktor keuangan yang menyebabkan kegagalan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi kegagalan dengan bisnis mahasiswa, yaitu rasio aktivitas, rasio arus kas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio profitabilitas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah bisnis start-up mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bisnis yang bertahan minimal selama dua semester dan memiliki laporan keuangan yang terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik pada aplikasi SPSS sebagai alat analisis. The high competition has become a challenge for the mall’s manager to choose the right tenant placement strategy in order to increase the profits of both tenants and the mall’s management. Broadly, the tenant placement strategy could be divided into two core strategies, dispersion strategy and departmentalization strategy. This research argues that the tenant placement strategy is affected by the height of the mall and mall’s configuration. The research’s purpose is to analyze the influence of the variables such as total levels, levels, level gross leaseable area, total units, units, complexity, net leasable area ratio, and total gross leasable area on the degree of departmentalization. The research subject is the mall’s floor of a mall located in Jakarta in the business district that not only has four floor levels or more but also has a total gross leasable area of more than 100,000 m2. Based on these criteria and using judgmental sampling technique, there were 51 observations that included in the research. The data that used are the result of the ArcGis analysis which is then processed by statistic software called eViews. The result of the research shows that the tenant placement strategy is affected by the configuration of the mall as a whole, not by the floor level of the mall individually. The degree of departmentalization is affected positively by the total gross leasable area of the mall. This finding could be used as the suggestion for the mall’s management to increase the mall’s productivity by choosing the right tenant placement strategy in order to increase the profits of both tenants and the mall’s management. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Jakarta adalah kota yang memiliki jumlah pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di dunia dan telah dinamai \"Ibukota Pusat Perbelanjaan Dunia\". Persaingan yang tinggi telah menjadi tantangan bagi manajer mal untuk memilih strategi penempatan penyewa yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keuntungan penyewa dan manajemen mal. Secara umum, strategi penempatan penyewa dapat dibagi menjadi dua strategi inti, strategi dispersi dan strategi departemen. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa strategi penempatan penyewa dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian mal dan konfigurasi mal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel seperti level total, level, gross leasable area, total unit, unit, kompleksitas, rasio net keasable area, dan total luas leasable bruto pada tingkat departemen. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 170 business start-up projects of Ciputra University students. The data collection method used is questionnaires and the research data is tested by factor analysis. The result of this study indicates that product information, interaction, innovation, and service can influence the emergence of value co-destruction. These four factors must be considered by every business start-up student. The approach used is a quantitative approach and data collected by researchers through online questionnaires and papers. Data collected were 81 technology companies different in Batam cities. The results show that, 1) environmental innovation has a significant effect on service innovation, 2) service innovation has a significant effect on sustainable business performance, 3) environmental innovation has a significant effect on sustainable business performance, and 4) service innovation as mediation has a significant effect on environmental innovation sustainable business performance. It can be concluded that the four hypotheses are interconnected and play an important role. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran perusahaan yang tertarik pada praktik inovasi lingkungan dan membawa dampak kinerja bisnis yang berkelanjutan, terutama dari efek mediasi dari inovasi layanan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantatif dan data dikumpulkan oleh peneliti melalui kuisioner online dan kertas. Qualitatively, this study constitutes a case study on UIK Kacang Hai Jessivar. Data collection applies triangulation technigue such as observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis employes Spradley Model. The findings show that social capital is formed by the presence of several aspects detected in the  interaction among the enterprise owner with woman workers. The social capital can be identified in the followings: (1) trust among the enterprise owner and woman workers, (3) friendship and family network, (3) shared and agreed norm of the two sides, (4) Value based upon religion and cultural heritage, and (5) obligation of exchanging kindness among the enterprises owner and woman workers. The role of the social capital in strengthening the management of UIK Kacang Hai Jessivar can be formulated as follows: (1) the workers’responsibility in the production activities, (2) the job distribution, (3) mutual assistance among workers, (4) punctuality of job completion without being necessarily supervised, (5) friendship relationship in terms of empowering other women, (6) easiness of finding qualified workers, (7) discipline despite the loose working time, (8) care to workers’ family, (9) honesty and responsibility in the job performance, (10) helping other workers, (11) serving the consumers passionately, (12) respecting the enterprise owner, and (13) dilligence. Such roles strongly support the progress and existence of the small industry enterprise amidst the threat of the big and modern product of large enterprises. This study recommends the vitality of establishing and maintaining the social capital for the sustainability of small industry enterprise. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan peran modal sosial di kalangan pekerja perempuan dalam penguatan manajemen usaha industri kecil (UIK Kacang Hai Jessivar). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada UIK Kacang Hai Jessivar. Teknik pengumpulan  datanya  menggunakan  triangulasi  berupa  observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada analisis datanya menggunakan model maju bertahap spradley. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah modal sosial terbentuk dengan hadirnya beberapa unsur modal sosial yang tercipta melalui hubungan antara pemilik usaha dan para pekerja perempuan. The geographical position close to Singapore is a force in capturing foreign tourists. This has resulted in an increase in the number of tourist visits, especially foreign tourists. Bintan Regency is rich in natural and cultural tourism but is still lacking for man-made tourism. Diversity of tourist attraction can be a reason for tourists to extend their length of stay. This raises opportunities to open a water park business. The purpose of this paper is to examine business feasibility by analyzing market aspects market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organizational aspects, and financial aspects of the water park business. The research method used is descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 222 respondents using convenience sampling, observation, and interview techniques. The analytical method carried out consists of several aspects, i.e. market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organizational aspects, and financial aspects. Based on the results of the analysis of the four aspects, the water park business plan is feasible.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Kabupaten Bintan adalah merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Kepulauan Riau yang mengandalkan sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor utama. Posisi geografis yang dekat dengan Singapura menjadi kekuatan dalam menjaring wisatawan mancanegara. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, khususnya wisatawan mancanegara. Kabupaten Bintan kaya akan wisata alam dan budaya namun masih kurang untuk wisata buatan. Keanekaragaman daya tarik wisata dapat menjadi alasan wisatawan untuk memperpanjang lama tinggalnya. Ini memunculkan peluang untuk membuka bisnis water park. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menguji kelayakan bisnis dengan menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, serta aspek finansial dari bisnis water park. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada 222 responden menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, dan aspek finansial. The research methodology used is quantitative by using a survey method to produce descriptive and verification analysis. The population used was ASN in the Republic of Indonesia Main Unit of the Republic of Indonesia as many as 661 people and after using the Slovin formula obtained 250 ASN people included as the study sample. The results of the study prove that both for Change Management and Organizational Strengthening have a significant influence in shaping the performance of HR or ASN, so that in the future in order to improve ASN performance, then in each Ministry's Main Unit must be organized management changes and organizational strengthening all elements in the organization. Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh manajemen perubahan dan penguatan organisasi terhadap pembentukan kinerja SDM atau dalam hal ini adalah ASN di lingkungan Unit Utama Kementerian Republik Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey untuk menghasilkan analisis secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah ASN di lingkungan unit utama Kementerian Republik Indonesia sebanyak 661 orang dan setelah menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan 250 orang ASN yang termasuk sebagai sampel penelitian. Social media has proven to be able to foster crises, thanks to open platforms that allow for relatively free discussion among strangers with common interests.  Nonetheless, Vietnamese organizations have often ignored or underutilized these channels in their crisis communication efforts. Organizations prioritize using traditional media in their crisis communication efforts and paid little to no attention to social media outlets, even if the crisis had started on social media channels. Through a survey with experienced Vietnamese PR practitioners, this research aims to understand this trend of crisis management and explore the perception of Vietnamese organizations toward the use of social media in crisis communication.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Media sosial telah menjamur ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari rakyat di Vietnam. Akibatnya, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Vietnam telah melihat banyak krisis organisasi yang dimulai pada platform ini. Media sosial telah terbukti mampu menumbuhkan krisis, berkat platform terbuka yang memungkinkan diskusi bebas  untuk kepentingan bersama. Meskipun demikian, organisasi di Vietnam sering mengabaikan atau kurang memanfaatkan saluran-saluran ini dalam upaya krisis komunikasi yang mereka alami. Organisasi lebih memprioritaskan menggunakan media tradisional dalam upaya menanggulangi krisis komunikasi mereka dan sedikit memberikan perhatian kepada outlet media sosial, bahkan jika krisis telah dimulai pada saluran media sosial. Cashless food aid enable the underprivileged society that formerly have no access at all to financial or banking services, to finally have bank account, ATM card, and even doing their cashless transaction through e-stall. However, practically this program is facing some obstacles, especially on technology adoption by underprivileged society. Through social marketing approach, it is expected  that financial inclusion program in Indonesia will have more precise strategy. Social marketing itself, has been demonstrated to be an effective tools of behavior change, especially on health initiatives and poverty reduction (Truong & Hall, 2015) Using qualitative method, this research is doing in depth interview with 15 beneficiaries’ family in Mojokerto as the receiver cashless food aid, to have insight on how they perceive financial inclusion program, what are their obstacles, and what are their expectations from this program. By analyze through the social marketing’s approach, the result of this research showed that facilitating condition, interpersonnal communication, and intense socialization, are played an important role on succeding the financial inclusion program as the key to the barriers that is faced by the beneficiaries family when performing behavioral change on financial activity.  Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak : Penelitian ini berusaha mengeksplorasi program inklusi keuangan yang dilakukan lewat penyaluran bantuan pangan non-tunai oleh Kementrian Sosial, Bank Indonesia, dan OJK. Penyaluran bantuan pangan non-tunai memungkinkan masyarakat kurang mampu yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses sama sekali terhadap layanan keuangan, untuk akhirnya bisa memiliki rekening bank mereka sendiri, kartu ATM , dan juga melakukan transaksi non-tunai melalui warung tertentu yang telah ditunjuk. Namun demikian, aplikasi dari program ini juga mengalami beberapa hambatan, terutama dalam hal adopsi teknologi yang harus ditunjukkan oleh keluarga penerima bantuan. Melalui pendekatan pemasaran sosial, diharapkan program inklusi keuangan di Indonesia akan bisa mendapatkan strategi yang lebih tepat. Pemasaran sosial sendiri telah lama menunjukkan keefektivitasannya dalam upaya peubahan perilaku, terutama untuk inisiasi kesehatan dan pengentasan kemiskinan (Truong & Hall, 2015).
